The staff was really friendly, kitchen was great, well organized, bathrooms were well kept, I like the feature where you can turn on your own light in the stall. The curtain for the bed was basically blackout which is awesome. The lockers are very conveniently placed and love that it’s one keycard to open everything, very useful.

The metal shelves in the showers were all rusted and gross. Doesn’t seem safe. Just put my stuff on the floor but it’s a pain to have to bend down. I feel like this is an easily preventable problem with regular cleaning, they can maybe even still be saved with a good scrub with the proper product. Though replacing them takes less time and is overall probably cheaper. At least the girls showers, the guys probably don’t care haha. Also the garbages all have foot pumps to open but none of them work, except the ones in the bathroom stalls which is great.

Everything about the services and comfort was perfect; the environment is also very positive; the initiatives from the hostel (free tours, visiting night clubs,...) were very much appreciated. Sofas in the main lounge were very comfortable.

The wi-fi connection is very weak in most places of the hostel; made it very difficult to work; the door of the rooms is also very noisy and in a room with so many people there's constant noise at night because of the constant closing of the door; also, the incense at the entrance can be just a bit too strong. Could have a couple socket extensions for the sofas in the middle that aren't by the wall. The game part (snooker table, etc.) should be free since the tenants are already paying for the rooms, and it would further promote a good environment

Key cards - I understand this is needed in the interest of security, but keep in mind you always have to carry your key card with you inside the hostel to move between the bathrooms/showers and your room which is inconvenient. Showers - the button had to be pressed every 10 seconds or less for water to keep flowing and it still took a few seconds for the temperature to even out each time. Mirrors and lights - not suitable for applying make up properly.

The reception was great, the staff was always trying to help and all the instructions were very clear. We stayed in the 24 person room and it was s surprisingly comfortable and the curtens provided privacy, the room was cooled down by the AC to a perfect sleeping temperature (but if you get cold easily they provide an additional blanket). There were no mosquitos, which was refreshing after staying in Italy (if you know you know). The kitchen was well stacked (no cutting board tho) and provided most things for comfortable cooking. The bathrooms were clean, as was the room and kitchen. The hostel also has a free shot nights on thursday and friday with a bar and pub marathon after, if you're into that kind of thing! Also can't forget the most important thing: the location, which is absolutely amazing! The hostel is located about a 15-30 minute walk from most of the Barcelona attractions. We bought 10 metro rides for a 5 day stay and had almost a half left because we just kept walking everywhere lol!

Location was very interesting, I would go back certainly. Since I was a hostel staff for almost 2 years in the past, there were some good details in this hostel that really called my attention! The hostel makes the guests very comfortable to contact them for any help just adding stickers near to the bed and also in the toilets providing administration what's up number for quick contact. That's wonderful! It was innovative and the company shows how much they care about their customers experience!

Some guests entered in the room during the night(1am) making some noise but after some complaints the staff rapidly solved the problem, he was very fast, wise and precise 😁

Facilities amazing , plenty of toilets / showers , and we’re all clean Loads of shared space outside the dorm with many sofas and table and chairs for eating , or working on your laptop Big modern kitchen you can use and fridges you can put your food in I was given a free locker , to keep my stuff safe I was given a fresh towel on arrival , and very friendly staff

The bed did have curtain rails , which were good , but there’s was a decent gap at the side of the bed space which things could easily fall down , to the person below if your on the top bunk , while your asleep Also the amount of beds in each dorm is a little excessive , I think there were over beds per room If it was more like 4 - 8 , would have felt more secure and far less noise from possible snoring or people waking up very early packing their bags making noise while you sleep

The hostel is pretty big and comfortable. There is all what you’ll need and the kitchen is practical to use. Also, the private terrace is very nice and I like the system with the card to unlock the hostel door and the lockers. It makes the stay easier compared to a system with a code. You just need to be careful not loosing the card :) location and quality / price were very good !

I had the first room that is next to the street, so late in the night, we could hear people from the hostel talking while they are smoking their cigarette. Usually, it would have bothered me but weirdly, I could still sleep tight. Maybe this room isolation should be increased a little bit for people with a very fragile sleep (which is not my case). I would have added a shelf inside the locker so we can put some stuff on it and not be obliged to get our stuff from the luggage every time.

The property was spotlessly clean, the bed was comfortable, tne lockers were really big and secure, the curtain around the bunk was the perfect size and blocked light well, and the plug at the bed was really convenient. The kitchen area, showers and bathroom facilities were also spotlessly clean and spacious.

It would have been really convenient to have a small shelf over the head of the bed, and a second pillow would also have been more comfortable. The property was also too warm at night, so air conditioning or fans in the rooms would have been welcome.

Best Hostel In Barcelona without any doubt ! Simply Perfect Location Rooms Beds Kitchen Cleaning and Staff better than In many five Star Hotels ! Carlo at the reception is one in a Million I know many Hotels who would be very happy with such brilliant people ! Friendly and very competent! Have never Seen such a large Living room Like Area in any other Hostel ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars 🥇

Nothing at all best value for money in Barcelona Have been in a few hostels now and the winner is Hola! As a person who has been working with the best Hotels in Austria only 4 and 5 star hotels none of them have better staff and management!

Good value, nice location and friendly staff. But my bed may be too close to the main hall, I could hear some people talking after midnight that I couldn’t sleep well several nights. Lockers and other facilities are making noise easily and some roommates are not even trying to minimum the noise even after midnight. The shower room is a bit hard to use cus you need to keep pushing the bottom.
