Our first visit to Barcelona was an unforgettable experience, made even better by our choice of hotel. Traveling with family for a long weekend, we wanted to see the city's highlights efficiently, so we picked a hotel conveniently located next to a hop-on hop-off bus stop. The hotel itself was clean, cozy, and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was exceptional—special thanks to Claudia at reception for her kindness, helpful recommendations, and outstanding service. We will definitely return one day!

We got the room with a terrace and it was a great choice for the price. There was also a small separate room with a coffee table and TV which was nice as it meant we weren't constantly in the bedroom. The terrace was relatively private which is good, as you don't want to be looked over by lots of people while you are chilling out. The other big bonus is there's a lovely cafe/restaurant literally across the road. The Spanish omelette with the baguette slices covered in olive oil and tomato was lovely and set you up nicely for the day. It was excellent value and cost approx 20 euros for the both of us.

There was no tea or coffee in the room which was a bit annoying for a 4 star hotel. We actually bought tea bags from the supermarket. The shower had this extremely loud screeching noise when you used it due to the pipes, so you had to hold the tap to stop the terrible noise. They didn't actually change the bedsheets, they just made the bed, which again for a 4 star hotel, you'd expect better. Luckily we just stayed 3 nights so dealt with it, but if we were staying longer I would have made a point of it to reception. Would the issues above put me off staying here again? Probably not, but it would depend what price I'm getting for the room as we got a relatively good deal!

Located about 15 minutes walk to nearest Metro station and to Sants Estacio (the RENFE station). In a neighbourhood with a selection of coffee shops and supermarkets. Helpful front desk staff, even thought they are overworked at times.

1. Inadequate lighting of the safety box, which requires 100% accuracy to use. 2. Room was discretely lit, which is inadequate for when bright lighting is required, e.g. for suitcase packing. 3. A handle on the wall above the bath would be a safety enhancement for short people climbing into and out of the bath to take a shower.

Is a good hotel,located very well in Barcelona.

It is a noisy place. The floors of the hotel are covered vit marble tiles and wood foor boarding.Therefore,people coming and going,walging to/from their rooms and inside the rooms with their trolleys(luggage on weels) are disturbing for everybody; day an night, at any hour,this noise caused by the wheels on hard floor may be heard feom everywhere. A bit expensive considering this disconfort.

The junior suite was great to have some separation for the family and the terrace was great to hang out in! The location is not central. However, having been to Barcelona before I loved the location. Lots to do around and great restaurants! The mall was a 8 min walk from hotel which was great for those early mornings.

The two twin beds kept coming apart during the night when sleeping. They are only pushed together so they move easily. The pool is nice but is in a different building so not a big deal but not as easy.

Very thin walls and windows Basically you can hear all the neighbors doing their things around the room, even at the toilet :( Maybe they should invest more in customer experience. Not even a free bottle of water. Also, one morning a lady at the reception asked me quite aggressively when i entered the hotel from the gym what’s my name and what room number i stay at. Didn’t understood that.

Good place to stay if you are looking out for this area. It is a little far from tourist laces but it suited my purpose. One has a metro station close by. Good eating options even a few indian restaurants. Room was good and comfortable . Staff was very cooperative . Breakfast is good and options for vegetarians also .

Downside - No kettle in the room. suggest to include if feasible Water draining from the bathtub made a lot of noise. Room No 627

Very welcoming, staff were lovely and the hotel has a great feel to it. The room was clean and comfortable, and the air con worked fine. Pool area is across the road, but this was no problem at all, it was lovely! Hotel is in a great location and right on top of a number of bus routes, including the city hop-on-hop-off tours, which worked out great for us.

The bathroom felt slightly small, and had very minor bits of damp in the corners, but the rest of the facilities were lovely.

The location, the rooms are also clean and nice.

A bit thin walls, the first room of ours was really noise because of the renovation in a neighbor building, we told the staff and they provided us with another room with a good view. Also no complimentary water, no tea or coffee in the room, but I guess it's in whole Spain so, have been to Spain several times and hotels never have complimentary waters, not to say about tea or coffee.

We booked on the day as needed to stay in Barcelona an extra 3 nights. The staff were very helpful. The Wi-Fi allowed Chairing of a meeting in the UK which ran smoothly. On the last day we needed to collect our baggage which they were looking after, and arrived when they were busy checking people in. A staff member spotted us in the busy lobby and got it straight away. We also enjoyed a relaxing time in the pool before leaving to fly home.
