Great location right on Las Ramblas. Easy to get to any public transportation. Room was great size with a very nice sized bathroom and shower. Security on hotel entry was a nice feature. Buffet breakfast available in the downstairs area of the hotel

Front desk does not always have someone there or enough people helping. Waited a while several times during the stay due to this issue. Check in took over 20 mins because there were not enough staff to help check-in people and handle the luggage that needed to be stored. Came in early evening several times and needed to get help but no one was there. Had to ring the outside doorbell several times to have someone come to the desk. Communication regarding the breakfast could be better. We were told buffet breakfast would be served in the morning for us downstairs. What were not told was there as a charge.

Friendly, helpful staff and very central location. Very comfortable bed, and very clean room and facilities.

Unfortunately there were very noisy roadworks happening for our entire stay outside the hotel, which looked likely to be ongoing for months. Not the hotel’s fault obviously, but we were surprised we weren’t warned/advised in advance. It meant we couldn’t have our balcony doors open at all during the day, which was disappointing since that was the reason for choosing the room. But it didn’t affect our holiday or overall satisfaction with the hotel.

Excellent location. Right on Las Ramblas so street noise at night but was blocked out well by windows. Big room and bathroom. Able to walk to all the sights easily. Able to leave bags at location prior to check in.

Location is in the heart of famous La Ramblas street. Minutes of walk to the marina, 10 min walk to the heart of city. Convenient to take metro line as well. Right in front of hotel. Our room was facing to the street, had day light and enjoyed small balcony. Isolation is perfect on the window but when door was open, noise of the street was not fun :( There was construction on the street ... Breakfast was tasty and rich, more than expected. Variety of food, fruits etc. serving int'l breakfast for different preferences.

If will come on summer time, prefer to stay at rooms looking inner view rather than street.

The staff are amazing and go out of their way to be as accommodating as possible. the breakfast is very good and varied. great location. super clean

the toilet doors are smoked glass so you can see exactly what your room mate is doing. they don’t close so there is a 1cm gap between them. so you can hear exactly what your room mate is doing. They don’t lock or close so basically you are going to the toilet in front of your room mate.

Rooms are quite sparse No coffee or tea facilities and was not aware until 2nd day that coffee was available for free in the breakfast room Rooms are not soundproof and noise from outside was quite disturbing, especially on Saturday night. Revellers until 5am

My Husband and I really didn’t expect anything about the Hotel. But we really amazed for everything. 1. The Hotel was is so cleaned and they always maintain the cleanliness of their guests rooms. And the room is very spacious and nice view in the evening. 2. Breakfast- very good and there’s a lot of options, we are only looking for Halal food we didn’t expect anything about the food because we are also bringing something but when breakfast time it’s amazing it’s always fresh breakfast and taste is good. 3. Location- perfect as in PERFECT very accessible for everything, metro is just 2min walk, Bus is everywhere, if you’re going for some tourist spots you don’t need a taxi or private car. Take the ticket and you’re good to go. You will never miss anything in this kind of place. Don’t hesitate to book. Perfect for all the tourist. We will book for sure again once we plan again for Barcelona.

Nice location on La Rambla and close to the sea Paid public parking just in front of the hotel Nice rooms. The staff were very friendly. walk distance from metro. Breakfast is definitely satisfying. The food is fresh and delicious

Sometimes, when you get up at night and get out of bed, she makes squeaks. Not something problematic but a bit unfortunate to spoil the integrity of the room.

Perfect location, 1 min from the Metro station, right on the Rambla close to the Columbus monument. Staff was very nice and helpful. Very comfy beds and linen.

We had the windows opposite to the Rambla, where a Youth Sports Centre is located and it was very noisy all night long. I guess on the other side is the same, as the center is as noisy during the night as during the day. The glass door to the bathroom was just for decor, thus one could hear everything from the toilet/shower (not comfortable). Also the doorbell during the night echoed through the whole building.
