The location is perfect, close to all facilities, and attractions, also good with children, park, cafes, playing grounds around, also communiction is easy and we got help immediately when the key code did not work . The operator changed the code at once and we entered the place. The deposite was returned the day we checked out.

There is a deposit of the property 150eu that is not shown on booking, and tax fee , the property counted it incorrectly, but when i wrote them they corrected the mistake, the dishes are old, the remote controle of the tv did not work. The walls are thin and if the property is busy you can here the other guests. We didn't feel uncomfortable becuase our visit was not on busy days ,but in summer it can be a problem.

The location is amazing, everything is so close, we would walk every day all day. Also, convenient to check in, you just pay online, they give you a code, go inside and there's a card, you can also use the app.

We were off during peak season, but from time to time the noise was very loud since the walls were not that thick. A bit old TV, cannot be connected to the wifi and use Netflix or YouTube.

It was in a very good location to get everywhere around Barcelona. Almost right next to the Sagrada Familia. Great that the appartment had many towels and good and clean facilities e.g microwave, coffee machine. Really liked the mobile check-in

The property had a few things that we weren’t happy about which were that the shower was very loose, almost broken so you couldn’t adjust it very much, mattress on the sofa bed had many stains and the plug beside was loose and unsafe. There was also a large amount of mold on the curtains that were above the balcony doors. Other than that we were happy.

Property bing self contained was good it had all your essentials , and a washing machine which is very handy

The room had a washing machine but no clothes drying rack . We messaged about it and no response . To get in the property was virtual key but there was also a swipe card as well which we didn’t get . The toilet seat was loose (screws out ) and the click board floor was worn out in places and boards had moved and gapped also peaked which made you keep tripping . It is a fair distance to the beach or central. But Sagrada is just around the corner . Besides our stay was good , the unit just need a little TLC especially for the price you pay .

It was very clean in the apartment. There were all necessary facilities. Two minutes on foot to the subway station.

We had very bad neighbors in three apartments at the same time. They listened to the music on full blast, slammed the doors constantly. It was happening almost until midnight and started over again at 6:25 a.m. So there was no chance to have a rest at night. I suppose this place is quite popular among troubled Spanish youth.

Compliacated process if payment through 3rd party website, to get into apartments I had to call managing company as their app was not properly working - otherwise everything was great

We were a family of 5. The apartment is very spatious, the second bathroom is certainly a plus, and the most amazing feature is the large veranda, with a big wooden table to have a breakfast with direct views at the top of the Sagrada familia. Right across the street there is bakery, 24h mini market and decent restaurant. Close by there is pizzeria and within a short walk there is metro and bus stop. I would definitely stay back there, if we visit again Barcelona. PS. The check-in procedure proved to be slightly tedious. I advise to try and complete it before you reach the accomodation for your stay

Location, very close to everything. Linen clean and everything provided. If I came to Barcelona again I would consider staying here again.

No major negatives just a bit frustrating. Check-in process is on the wall of the foyer and was in Spanish so a little difficult to understand. Wasn't sure what we we were being charged 204 euros for but it was for a damage and cleaning deposit. We couldn't complete check-in without paying it. No bowls to use for cereals etc.

Living room and kitchen are different compartments which makes it feel quite spacious for a studio, not having the stove next to your bed is always great. The kitchen is well equipped, we cooked every day we stayed there, there wasn't a chopping board but we sent an email to the hosts in the morning and they brought a new chopping board a few hours later, so points for that.

The noise isolation is quite bad, you can hear everything coming from the stairs which is not great considering there was some drunk tourists talking loudly at 4 am.
