Clean and modern place, at 5 min walk to the beach and metrostation Ciutadella/villa olympica. there's a bus stop in front of the hostel. Nice staff, very kind and fast. I had a little problem with my keycard and staff was offered me breakfast, i was very satisfied for this commercial resolution. Good confort bed, quiet room. Breakfast was amazing for an hostel. Special mention for Nadia of the frontdesk, sympathic and.efficient. A big deal was toilet and shower in the room. U don t have to exit and walk 150 m like another hostels i've visited. Clean and modern. I was staying only 1 night but ill be back for sure!

Im a very easy guy so for me everything was ok for the price i've paid (28). I ve read a bunch of commentary complaining about cleaning staff entering in the room at 10:30... That was the case for me and... STOP COMPLAINING THE CHECKOUT IS 11!!! What was the plan, sleeping till 10:55? Also, i speak a little bit with the cleaning staff and exchange some ideas, that was fun! I dont remember her name but very sympathic person.

Generally cool vibe, free towels, super close to the beach. Nice big windows in dorm room for light and also ventilation when opened. I liked the eye-level sliding (lockable) storage compartments built into the bed, which were too small to store luggage in but otherwise very capacious for storing necessities and valuables.

Biggest issue: no trash can in the bathroom (in a women's dorm)! This is a serious oversight, especially for female guests. Needed to be more staff-- staff was friendly and helpful, but there was always a long wait at reception. Rooms were clean enough but dust and older grime in corners and on surfaces like upper part of toilets. Hard to climb up to upper bunks--there was a handle thing to help, but the one on my bed was missing. Couldn't control water temperature on the sinks, which automatically started at a neutral temp and within milliseconds got boiling hot. Each of these are relatively minor issues.

It was clean except for the shower. The beds were nice the rooftop and the lounge room were nice. The female employees were kind and helpful

When I was greater the male employee was externally rude to me. In general all the male employs were rude except for one. When I was robed they employs hardly helped me out they did print out a map to the police station but did not even offer me breakfast when I explained I had no money credit cards or phone. Would have been nice to be a little more helpful. I was stuck at the hostel for 3 days with nothing to eat

Big rooms, comfortable beds

No soap in the toilet, no towels included (6 eur to rent them), no towels in the floor of the shower so it gets flooded super fast, no hair dryers... No basic and cheap stuff, that's very "cutre" as we would call it, for 33 eur the night you can provide this

I had a three night stay in the hostel and everything from room, facilities and staff was great. Location is quite good also, 10 minute walk from beach and bus stop is right outside if you want to explore center area. People I met there were all friendly, but its not a party hostel if that's what you're looking for. Again I had to really give huge thanks to the staff (especially Tin) who helped me a lot after my phone and id got stolen on the beach. Which is my last and most important point, be vigilant in buses, metros, on Barceloneta beach and central areas which you plan to visit. These are places which pickpockets and thief groups operate in and steal from unaware tourists.

Nothing related to hostel, which was really helpful, just stressing again the fact that you take care of your personal belongings while in Barcelona as on average between 300-600 thefts happen per day. Last thing you want is your vacation ruined by loss/theft of a bag, phone or Id. In my case I was bit reckless and left my bag unattended while training on the beach, other people got their bags stolen while playing volleyball. Lastly do not trust anyone trying to help you while buying tickets or sth similar as thieves use many distraction tactics to avert your attention while other takes your bag.

I found love there

I liked the location, comfortable rooms, friendly staff, close to the sea, good toilet and shower, very comfortable beds, rooftop deck and lounge.

There is no kettle in the kitchen and no dishes. There were problems with the key card 2 times. Weak breakfast. The smell of cigarette smoke comes from the street to the reception.

The hostel was very nice, super friendly staff, nice common areas. The room was also fine, bed comfortable, lockers also comfortable! All areas were clean. Roof top with nice view and sun beds. Free water to fill up your bottle. Kitchen pretty big. Location was nice - less than 10 mins walk to the yellow metro line which takes you almost every where. 10-15 mins walk from the beach and clubs area. Very tasty churros nearby! :)

No curtains in beds... That's the biggest disadvantage which could be easily changed. Shower was splashing everywhere. Also sink - this one pretty bad.
