Hotel was very close to the Marina, and the beach, where there are plenty of bars and great resturants. Also close to the main road with more bars and restaurants and shops. Staff were great, hotel and pool area were clean and tidy. Plenty of bed chairs, but not all of them are by the pool, half of them are on the grass areas, which is nice if you want to be out of the way. Which suited me fine. The old town is a 12 minute cab journey away and definitely worth a look. Old spanish styles and great cafés and resturants. You can get a bus, but I prefer cabs, cost around €12-€15. The cable car is a 7 minute cab journey away.

I had a side room not overlooking the pool, they are building a new residential apartment. They work from 8 till around 4 or 5pm. Noise wasn't bad, the good thing is your balcony gets the sun in the afternoon, which suited me better. If you have room take a beach towel as they charge €3.5 a day, which I was a bit dissapointed about. Most places I stay don't do this. In peak times the pool is very busy, so if you want to be by the pool, get there early. Pool doesn't open till 10, and I like an early morning swim, so this was a bit of a let down.

We liked the location, about a 5 min walk from the beach, marina, shops, bars and restaurants. Friendly staff, comfortable beds and clean hotel. Variety of food for breakfast and lunch was endless. Our upgrade to a Seaview room was amazing due to been placed in a street view room on our first night when we had paid for a pool view room but we were extremely impressed with how the staff recovered our accommodation.

Unfortunately we didn't get to experience the dinner choice as trousers were requested for males in the evening and my husband only brought shorts as weather was very warm. We viewed the pool but did not get to relax there as the beds at the back were not clean, and the front ones were extremely busy. A charge on the safe is not ideal, I feel its an important part of security when staying and therfore should be included in the paid accommodation.

The staff here are so friendly and helpful, location is great as you only have to walk across the road to the marina if you go out of the gate at the bottom of the garden which we spotted on our second day, that was a life saver as it saved you from walking up the steep hill at the front of the hotel, Our balcony looked over the marina/ sea and the pool, The beds are really comfy too,

I think the corridors and rooms need a bit of up dating, We had a junior suite, The toilet was as you go into your living room, but there is no sink in the toilet, or living area where the kettle and fridge are, the bathroom with the sink is off the bedroom, that's the only thing I didn't like,

Location is awesome! if you go out the back gate you are close to pubs and restaurants which is what our trip centred around. About 20 minutes from the airport in a taxi ( I'd recommend Bolt as a cheaper option)

Depends on what you're after but the in-house entertainment wasn't great and the pool bar didn't offer much food wise. There's a lot of building work going on across the road, it can be noisy first thing in the morning if you aren't facing the pool. We were the only group of people in the pool and we weren't allowed a ball even though no other guests were using the pool.

Excellent location situated beside Marina , bars restaurants. Bus stop at top of the hill making ease of access to visit neighboring towns . Exceptional attention to detail , warm welcome at reception with cooling eye masks awaiting for you in your room following your travel. Rooms are cleaned daily , fresh towels etc and overall the hotel is immaculate, very boutique feel . Staff are warm and very helpful . Pool area peaceful.

Ongoing construction beside the hotel . Our room balcony Room 142 was in view of this so noise pollution was present from Mon -Fri but this was not the fault of the hotel might I add just unfortunate of timing .

Hotel was excellent and most staff went above and beyond for everything

Reception staff were not so helpful. We had 2 small problems and one room request problem that we emailed months in advance to be told a rubbish answer on arrival. It was only two rooms close to each other.Not a big request i don't think. The other two smaller problems were just dismissed.

Huge beds, and spacious room, very clean. There is a fridge in the room which was perfect . Pool area is large with shady grassy areas and lots of sun beds. Reception staff are lovely. 5 minutes walk to marina and sea . Great value for money.

They have a cashless policy and you are unable to add food and drink to the room which was annoying as that’s what we normally do so we can pay at the end. Maids are sooo noisy in the mornings which woke us up!! But they were cheerful 😂 There’s always a queue at the outside bar area.

Very nice hotel, well kept with all the amenities you need. I would like to point out though that this is a hotel not an apartment so the rooms are not big compared to apartment type accommodation. It's a very nice hotel though in a very good location. Building works across the road are disruptive but I assume they'll be finished in the coming months. Weren't allowed play with a ball in the pool which was a bit annoying as there was nobody by the pool on this day apart from the duck floating around in the pool. Still a good hotel though.

Excellent choice of foods for breakfast and dinner buffet. The room cleanliness was excellent. The junior suite was perfectly sized for our family of 4 and offered nice pool views as well as Puerto Marina from the L shaped balcony. Room upgrade to at least a double room with pool view is advisable. The swimming pool had plenty of shady areas with trees which worked well as there are not many sun umbrellas available.

Swimming pool area a bit on the small side, but that can be expected at the centre of entertainment in Benalmadena. We always found sun beds, though.

Almost all rooms have a balcony, but not ours, so we couldn’t enjoy the views and even open curtains since our small window faced other rooms. Plus our room was connected to the cleaning supply closet, so it was very loud all the mornings during cleaning. We think these rooms should have a different pricing and it should be clear in the booking description that this is a room without a balcony. Breakfast drinks were bad.
