Great location away from the hustle and bustle of central Benalmadena. Relaxed environment no mad rush to secure a sun bed early morning. Reception and bar staff are helpful and friendly. Rooms are more than well equipped. Air con is good.

Shower head was broken so it didn’t hang overhead and the water temp went cold after approx a minute, but I’ll be honest with the hot weather the cold water was welcome! We slept ok, but the beds are quite hard.

Hotel should ecourgage recycling of the rubish - and provide separate bins for it. Hotel should also provide basic info how items can be recycled. This should be no question in the world we live in. Maybe that is Spain - no so much caring. Loud groups of female drunks were also guests, their noice little bit spoiled the atmosphere around the pool, but the bar was happy as they ordered many drinks.

We have stayed here on many occasions over the last 6/7 years. We like the location. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful. The poolside bar/cafe is good with a good variety of food, drinks etc at very reasonable prices. Apartments are very well equipped with washing machine, dishwasher and a very good supply of dishes, cutlery, pots, pans etc etc. Bed is very comfortable.

The €220 deposit is excessive. The standard of cleanliness in the apartment was not very good. We have stayed here on many occasions over the last 6/7 years and the standard of cleanliness has definitely declined. A great lack of coat hangers in wardrobe.

Everything was fantastic from Mario and his associates at the front desk to the cleanliness and convenient locations overall it was a 9 out of 10 in all aspects thank you very much look forward to seeing you next year.

The bed was very uncomfortable very hard and seem to move kind of small would have preferred one large queen size or king size bed it was my wife and I and we had to I think they were double beds put together.

Clean comfortable apartments with good self catering kitchen including washing machine great air-conditioning 👌supermarket downstairs open till 2am mercadona around the corner if needing a full shop. Few minutes walk to the beach really good location.

Hard mattress however asked for extra pillows which helped sleep

The aparthotel is very well situated for easy access to the beach & numerous bus stops for visiting Malaga & resorts in all directions. There are plenty of bars & restaurants within easy walking distance & there is an excellent supermarket nearby. The reception staff are very friendly & helpful. We particularly enjoyed the convenience of staying in a very well equipped apartment, combined with the services of a hotel.

Good accommodation, plenty of room with facilities we required for our four week stay in April. Position very good, beach, restaurants, supermarket and transport. Quiet, despite being next to lift, and heavy curtains for nighttime which ensured a restful night. Ideal.

Outdated furniture, dark and takes up space. Could do with instructions for kitchen eg washer dryer.

The apartment was great, if a little tired. It was spotlessly clean and very well equipped.

Our experience at reception could have been better. On presenting ourselves at the desk we were ignored by the girl for a good few minutes. When she did eventually acknowledge us she made us feel as though we were putting her out. We’re still waiting on a smile or even a thank you. On checkout there was a man in reception and our experience couldn’t have been any more different. He was extremely pleasant and polite. It’s just a pity the girl wasn’t the same - she could learn a few things from him.

This property is in a very good location shops bars restaurant so promenade five mins away . I traveled by myself and felt very safe also big lock 🔒 on the door on the inside so it was nice to have that extre reassureance

The only thing I did nt like was I asked if possible to have a room with a pool view on sea view if one was free , and they replied it would cost an extra €65 for this .. it was nt a big deal it did nt really matter

I found my room to bright spacious and warm. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom towels and bed linen changed regularly. I had a se view and south facing room which was excellent with plenty of sun in the morning. The room overlooked the pool. The cafeteria was good for coffee and snacks and the staff very polite. The hotel is in a great location close to the beach restaurants and the Mercadona supermarket.

Not much. The staff are very friendly so no complaints. This is my third time staying at the hotel and will return. The hotel is very quiet and you never hear any noise during the night. You get the feeling the the staff at reception are always around to help and have lots of local knowledge.
