The apartments are in a fab location right next to the old town. The main strip/ indoor market and new town are just a short walk away around 15 minutes depending on the route. The beach and marina is 5 mins walk and levante beach 5 mins if you find the back street route. The apartments are a big size and are being renovated. so depends on the room on how modern. Good showering facilities with a powerful shower. Free Wi-fi but can lack connection BUT like anywhere- we was a family of 6 with both kids having Ipads aswell so it is alot of connection at once. Sun on our balcony from 9am- 6pm!! My mum has COPD and managed the walks daily as one route has a steep hill but there are other routes that avoids the hill and slowly inclines. Taxi down to strip is around 6-7 euro so cheap enough if you did not want to do the walk- towards the end my mum did this. For reference on distance as just 2 30 yr old adults we walked from the McDonald's on levante beach back to apartment and it took us 25 minutes. Overall- fab stay and would stay here again without the kids. We normally do hotel all inclusive stays, So my kids love a pool so if your kids are happy at the beach then its perfect.

Shower takes about 10 minutes to get warm.

This place is basic but spacious - great value for money. We booked a 2 bed apartment for 5 of us ladies so were expecting one of us to have to sleep on the sofabed- however when we arrived found 5 singles & a double (very pleased) plus a sofabed which we didn’t need. Staff were responsive around the clock and allowed us to book an extra night (right at the last minute) so we could check out in the evening for a late flight. We requested extra towels and bedding half way through our stay which were delivered in minutes. Lift & aircon both appreciated Each room had a balcony with a view of the streets below. 7 min walk to the beach, 2 mins into the main parts of the Old Town. Streets are quite noisy late into the evening and early in the morning (same throughout Benidorm)

We were allowed to check-in early to the two aparttments that we had booked and since we were last there last time both apartments had been modernised and upgraded, there were only four of us in each apartment so we each had a bedroom and the use of either bathroom, if you want to stay in the old town and are not bothered about a pool or a bar this is a place that i would highly recommend

They could offer [for a fee] a late check-out

The apartment had 2 bedrooms and was quite spacious. Towels were provided and so was on site parking. The man on reception was very nice and accommodating. Wi fi was good.

The deposit hits your card straight away as do my payments but refunds of the deposit take 4 working days? Nothing to do with the apartment but the local plod had a go at us for riding our bikes to the door of the apartments saying pedestrians only. BUT, the sign banning motor vehicles is further down the street so in my opinion the smart arse copper got it wrong.

Large spacious rooms.big kitchen. 2 bathrooms. Which was good. 1 for boys 1 for girls. Lol Great shower, plenty of Towels.. plenty of cafes and supermarkets near by. Washine machine was great.

Was a colder week, and the apartment was freezin with only one heater in the living room. No toaster would be a great asset.. some days couldn't use lift as were being used by workmen. Who drill and banged all day in near by apartments

We liked the spacious rooms. Came with everything necessary for a few days stay. We've always found the staff friendly and helpful, and this time one even too the time to take a nember of our group to the local police station.

The biggest drawback this year (we've been going for three years) was the inability to connect to the Internet.

Location was fantastic, well equipped apartment and reception staff were very, very helpful. It looked like it was geared up for students, hence all the extra beds but there was plenty of room and we didn’t mind that.

On our first night it was absolutely freezing. Luckily there were a number of beds so we could take the blankets from them. I had 3 blankets on my bed. Once the heating had been on overnight it was fine. The bathroom is adequate but could do with a tidy up and grab rails for the shower.

Location is between old and new with a 5min walk to beach situated in a quaint spanish area next to Crystal Park Hotel Great value for money however it's basic but has all you need we have stayed here for 5 years now, find staff friendly and eager gor you to enjoy your stay would recommend the 10 beds in the 3 bed room apartment

Could be critical and say views of the surrounding buildings are not sea view slight uphill to apartmentos

The apartments are brilliant. We have stayed here 5 or 6 times. They are so spacious. There were 8 of us in one apartment. Short walk to tapas alley, beach and bar Leo’s is basically next door. A brilliant little bar/cafe to sit outside and chill.

Nothing is wrong with these apartments. They are perfect for us. We will be staying again.

Friendly chap on reception who was very helpful and polite. Kept our luggage locked away after checking out while we were waiting for our transfer. The rooms were clean and very large. It's in a good location a short walk to the bars and restaurants. The aircon in the living room only but it was free

Nothing really, it was a little dated and shower tray leaked but that's just nit picking when you pay so little
