Breakfast excellent with wide variety of options including for those with dietary requirements. Location. For us, ideal. 5 mins from Benidorm Palace. However, for the beach, probably a 15 min walk.

Surprisingly, as I can be quite critical of hotels, restaurants etc. I can't think of a criticism in this case. Even the underground carport eas reasonably priced & spotless!

My stay at this hotel was simply amazing! From the moment I arrived, I felt truly welcomed. The atmosphere was warm and friendly, and the staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. The room was spotless, cozy, and had everything I needed for a perfect stay. The location is also ideal, with easy access to the city’s main attractions. Breakfast and dinner was delicious, with plenty of choices for every taste. I would like to express my deep gratitude to Oscar, Milagros, and Maxim. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made me feel not just like a guest, but like part of a family. They are a true credit to the hotel, and because of them, my experience was unforgettable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, excellent service, and a personal touch that makes all the difference!

Rooms, view and breakfast. We went to Benidorm Palace and the close proximity was great.

As my wife and I both had Spa treatments booked at the hotel on the morning we were departing, we asked for the room for an additional hour checkout time (to 1.00pm). so that we could shower and change before departing. The not overly friendly receptionist offered this but only with an additional charge of €10. Actually, the issue was not the €10 but the fact that we were both using the spa and the hotel was far from full. For no cost at all to the hotel, some good feelings could have been generated. In the end, we cut short our time in the spa and left at midday.

The hotel room was fabulous. The bed was so comfortable,I wish I could have taken the pillows with me 😄 The room was spotless. It was cleaned everyday. I could also see the pool from our balcony and it was cleaned every evening. The hotel has two pools , so you can relax and read a book in peace or enjoy the entertainment at the other pool. It's a good location, about 10-15min walk to the beach and main nightlife. Which is what we wanted, to chill but also head out if we wanted.

The cocktails weren't great , they were either way too strong or just like a fruit juice. The barman took ages sex on the beach and it tasted of just orange juice and way more ice than needed.

Nice hotel. The location is far end of Benidorm. The breakfast was good. Liked that bacon was cooked fresh on griddle.

Not enough info given. Eg. Asked at reception are there any books around to read. Told me go floor E, which I did. Lovely room. Could see no books. Spoke to a lady in there and she told me it was a reading room. All books are in a cabinet (not visible). Room was clean but could have been better. Noticed under bed needed cleaning. The plug in sink, when I pulled out was disgusting. Thick dirt and long black hairs. I had an upset tummy a few times. No loo brush to clean pan. Was not properly cleaned.

Location, GREAT staff, cleanliness. We stayed in the new deluxe apartment, separate from the original building. Fantastic large rooms, highly recommended. We had to move rooms because of the nationwide power cut. We moved to a premium room in the original building. The room was older but still large. We were also compensated with an upgrade to all inclusive. An amazing gesture at a time of uncertainty. The hotel had its own generator so took care off all its guests at a time when many were left with no power. We were also given complimentary tickets to the spa circuit. Well worth a trip. Thank you for a great stay and care afforded to us at a very uncertain time.

Property was spotless, rooms were excellent and a huge balcony. I’ve stayed in Benidorm many times and this is by far the best hotel we’ve stayed in. The location is the only downfall, but suppose if it was more central you’d be paying silly prices. We knew the location certainly don’t mind a walk, it took around 20 minutes to walk Tiki Beach Bar. If you struggle with walking, could always jump a taxi, but I don’t think it’s that far and plenty of bars / restaurants along the way to main strip. I’d certainly stay here again!

Location is only downfall, but was fully aware of this when booking and opted for a better hotel, than location. It’s about 15 minutes walk to main strip and 20 mins to Tiki Beach bar (just to make others aware). Personally, prefer a better hotel and a slight walk, than an over priced snide hotel in better location.

Room was good size, nice to have a separate shower and bath in the basic price room. Food was good for buffet style service. A main meat option was available at every dinner. Drinks were served very quickly in the lobbys bar. Location away from the main town wasnt an issue for us as were young. if you were a little older to get to the beach/main drag you might want a scooter.

Not the places fault but the pool was cold, i suppose its not heated. I would have liked more options of rice with meals as it was only served one day of our stay but its no biggy.

Hotel is lovely, spacious, relaxing atmosphere, has everything you need for a chilled holiday. Rooms are huge, beds comfortable, bathroom had 2 shower cubicles, good supply of complimentary toiletries , 2 bottles of complimentary water in fridge which is a very thoughtful and welcome touch. staff helpful, efficient and professional. Relaxing pool area to back of hotel is excellent. The spa is very relaxing , i had a pedicure which was 5 ✨️ . Beautiful setting with mountain views.

Being accused of not paying for water in restaurant !! ( of course i had, and was apologised to, but didnt appreciate the attention) Food was varied but hot food not hot enough although there was a microwave . Show cooking is a hit if you like your meat. I had the tastiest roast turkey with gravy, roasted peppers and new potatoes one evening 10/10 . Never seen English scones and crumpets on offer for breakfast before in any other Hotels. Fresh orange was lovely as other Hotels tend to be just orange squash . Lovely choice of cakes for dessert, carrot cake, red velvet, lemon meringue, double chocolate gateux, nice choice of ice creams, lemon, nougat, pistachio, caramel, strawberry.

The room and bathroom were very comfortable, large and very clean. The hotel is well located and the bus stops right outside. The freshly cooked fish and meat on the grill was really good. Drinks in the restaurant were reasonable and the service in the restaurant was good. The spa needs some TLC some of the showers didn't work but the large spa pool and steam room were very good.

The hairdryer was very difficult to use it appeared faulty and we reported it. The buffet display looked nice but some of the prepared food dishes in the restaurant weren't hot enough and they looked like they had been left out too long, maybe bain Marie's would have been better . No evening entertainment but understandable because of the low number of guests.
