Dated rooms bed that was damaged and not repaired for sometime and leaking air conditioning unit that although was reported on at least two occasions was not repaired during our stay.

Lovely hotel in the middle of old benidorm. Reception staff, lovely and pleasant, nothing was to much for them. Cleaners do a great job and always say hellow when they see you. I read one of the reviews and it says break was toast, ham and cheese. Every day we were there it was fried eggs, scrambled, bacon, beans, toast, sausage, yes there is ham and cheese also. Fruit, yougurts, and a coffee machine for drinks. The only down side was there was not enough to choose from for evening meal. There was soup, meatballs, chips, lasagne, and rice. But i would go back no bother at all.

Friendly staff. Serviced rooms daily if required. A nice more traditional hotel. A bit of character. Good choice for breakfast. Good aircon and wifi. This was my second stay at Santa Faz. Hoping to stay again in the near future. Excellent location for the bars, beaches and shops. Thank you.

Slightly noisy as local bars were opened late for Pride weekend. However, close the window, aircon on, problem solved. It is central to the old town so great to people watch

Great location in the middle of the old town

We have stayed at this hotel a few times now and the location and the staff are excellent and very accommodating. The room that we had was starting to look but tired with scuffs on the wall and with only one halogen spot light in the bathroom it left the whole shower area very dim. That being said we would stay again as the other rooms that we have had were if better standard

The location is outstanding and the staff were incredibly friendly. The hotel was old and could do with a lick of paint but was clean. Can't complain for the price. Breakfast was varied. They gave us a family room which was very big.

It's an incredibly noisy hotel. The sound of the neighbours flushing the toilet woke us up early every morning and kept us awake. So don't book this hotel if you want to sleep in or rest. The hot breakfast items (bacon, egg, sausages...) were stone cold but I'm unsure why because the hot plates were boiling.

Great location, fabulous staff, very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast choices and a nice but small bar area. We have visited many times and will do so again. Would be better if cooked breakfast items could be hotter. Would also like it if the standard minimum stay was less than 4 nights. I understand why but it's not always convenient to do 4 nights. Otherwise, almost perfect stay

The reception staff were exceptionally personable, I remember Carlos being particularly approachable and friendly. While I was sitting in reception area he sorted out a couple of issues for other guests, and being very polite throughout.

Wasn't too keen on the low bed and mattress in 206, ended up with a sore back each morning.

The location was absolutely perfect for being central to the bars, shops, restaurants and of course the beautiful beach. I liked that it was smaller and friendly. All staff awkowledged you with a good morning, afternoon etc. Cleaning staff worked hard and room was cleaned daily with fresh towels. Helpful and friendly reception staff who worked hard and even served drinks at meals times. I would stay here again for sure.

Just wish there was more choice for the meals. A little too noisy in the rooms, from neighbouring rooms and some air con units outside my room. I did read the other reviews and ear plugs were a god send, although I wasn't actually disturbed by outside noise.

Located right in the middle of the old town, so everywhere is in easy walking distance. The room was cozy, clean, and disinfected regularly, with fresh towels every day. The staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and helpful, and were always available. Breakfast was also great, and with a coffee machine that makes really good coffee (in a lot of Spanish and Italian hotels, it tastes like mud). Also, I had a long journey to get there, with multiple flights, so I was really appreciative of the possibility to check-in early, and to be able to leave my bag in a locked luggage room on the last day. Overall, it was better than I expected, and incredible value for money. My brother usually stays there when he goes to Benidorm, I definitely WILL stay there again.

I was travelling alone, so it was perfect for me, but women usually need more space for their hundreds of suitcases, so it would have been a bit small for my girlfriend =o) And the dining room is quite small, so you really have to get there early for breakfast, or you will have to queue for a while.

An excellent hotel for our Christmas stay 2023. We could not believe the amazing value for money. The room was spacious and very clean, and even got chocolates from the clearer each day. Located as central as you can get, with all the popular bars right on your doorstep. The beds were very comfy too. There was a good array of food available for all meals, and although not included the drinks prices were very reasonable, only €4,50 for a descent bottle of Rioja.

We did have a small leak in the bathroom and due to the time of year finding someone to fix it was a little difficult, but the staff dealt with it amazingly, keep us up to date and it was fixed by Boxing Day.
