I liked the fact it is an older hotel and felt it had a more cozier feel than the more modern hotels. The restaurant was a lovely intimate feel not like these great big canteen style dining halls. I can honestly say the food was probably better than some 5* hotels I’ve stayed at! The view from the rooms are the best sea views I’ve ever seen. The Staff were all lovely too. We only stayed 4 nights but thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Oh can’t forget the crème caramel pudding at dinner!! 😌

I cannot think of anything that I didn’t like about the hotel. There was no kettle in the rooms but I asked for one and was given one straight away, no charge 😃

there aren’t any balconies and the sundeck is really small and doesn’t get the sun till late morning

Parking .. not being able to book parking at the hotel, we had 2 disabled guests and one had to walk all the way from the underground car park and uphill to the hotel, the public parking was more expensive than the hotel parking

Amazing view over the beach and promenade, very spacious room with a nice built in balcony. The room has modern style, the bathroom is amazing with a nice and big walk in shower. The room was very clean and fresh, the houskeeping staff does a very good job. The breakfast is good especially the fresh fruits!

The walls are pretty thin so it is sometimes hard to sleep because of the noises coming from the neighbouring rooms.

Excellent hotel. Good reception. Brilliant staff. Good buffet breakfast & evening meal. Good value for money. Comfortable bed, great shower, all in all a very good hotel for short or long stays.

We stayed here for 4 nights, we had a spacious room with shower, what a perfect view from our room. We love the location too. We used the car parking we were given a space with a number and that was our allocated space for our stay. Its easier to walk through the bar area to go through the alleyway to get to the beach rather than walking up the steep hill.

We had breakfast every morning, lots of choice (bacon, Fried eggs, tomatoes , beans, mushrooms, pastries, fruit, cheeses and ham.) The only thing that could make it perfect is if the dining room area was warmer and the food could be hotter.

Hotel Benikaktus is a great choice for anyone who values views, comfort, and quality. The sea view from the balcony is incredible, especially at sunset – that alone is worth five stars. Rooms are very clean and well-maintained, cozy, and fully equipped. Staff is polite and helpful, always ready to assist or simply greet you with a smile. The food is excellent – tasty breakfasts, lunches, and dinners, with a good variety of dishes. And the fact that you can enjoy every meal with a sea view adds to the whole experience. All in all, a great place for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Would definitely come back again.
