The resort was very luxurious, massive beautiful pool, loads of sunbeds! No rush to bag a sunbed, very relaxed feel around the whole place. Food choices in the buffet was excellent as were the snacks, high quality food and plenty of it. Rooms were huge and very comfortable, we had an adjoining room which was perfect for our family. Would definitely stay again if going to that part of Spain.

Only bits of feedback would be that as a hotel with 'all inclusive guests' it's very tricky to get a drink after 8pm (soft drink or alcoholic) when the snack bars close. There is only one bar open and it's table service, which is slow when there are that many people all having to go to one place. Also the bar is within the plaza where the nightly entertainment is so you have to stay there if you want to have a drink and the entertainment wasn't really for us. All the entertainment is in Spanish, which is fine as it's a Spanish hotel but does mean if you don't speak Spanish you haven't got a clue what's going on (same with the kids club and pool entertainment).

Excellent hotel in a secluded location, with a vast and well-maintained green area. There are many spots where you can find solitude and enjoy fantastic views of the mountains, sea, and the city at night.

The children's room was out of service, and children under 5 years old are not allowed in the indoor pool at the SPA.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. From the warm welcome from Danna on reception, to the laid back relaxed atmosphere, the gorgeous surroundings and the immaculate attention to detail, this complex is absolutely stunning and was just an immaculate stay. The entire hotel complex is full of recreations of famous Valencian buildings, and the attention to detail is incredible. We stayed at the Level, and there is an open lounge with snacks and a heated pool. Breakfast was incredible, as was our room. We went with our 10 year old son, there were lots of activities to keep him entertained , such as a Kids Club, games room, play area and mini-golf, but it still retained the feeling of a hotel for adults.

The overall experience was good. Nice location, large complex without being overwhelmed. Beautiful gardens, nice pools and lovely entertainment and sport program (good job Felipe!)

The room was ok. The shower screen didn't work. After showering, there was always a water flow/small flood. Small detail: i missed a clothes rack with a family of four and swimming everyday :-).

Kids slides for my son, kids club, kids club staff and overall a great stay with lovely hard working staff.

The room had a few hairs and items left over from the previous guests. Just noticed this in the room. Nowhere to eat in the afternoon from 3-8 other than basic Mexican at the beach area. Also to sit and eat properly - nowhere to sit and eat to have food if you only can eat Mexican on the beach - bean bags and stools.

We went for my partner's 40th with friends and our families. I'd stayed here before so knew it was a great hotel. This time we stayed in the grand suite in the level and it was amazing.. I'd highly recommend this hotel.

The only negative I have is I ordered champagne and flowers to arrive on the morning of her birthday and they didn't come! The reception couldn't have been more apologetic and had them in the room within the hour complementary of the hotel so all good in the end

Amazing golf courses are great and pools were sensational

Getting served in the bar it could be much more efficient. Maybe try an app to order from the table we would definitely have spent more money if we could of got served quicker. I felt a little sorry for waiter and waitresses as people constantly trying to get their attention. This didn’t spoil our stay but would certainly have improved it.

Property is stunning. Perfectly set away from main strip but close enough in a taxi. Pool was heated which was a bonus as weather just starting to warm up. Rooms was a little too hot but bearable. Air conditioning not set to come on I was told as still on winter setting

We loved so much about this hotel. It had lovely swimming pools, decor around the site was stunning. We loved the couple of restaurants that were there, especially the Italian one. We loved the Rituals products in the bathroom. We enjoyed having two bathrooms in our room.

The queue for breakfast was crazy unless you got there when it opened. We wished there were better lunch options on site.
