Its location was right in the heart of the city, ideally placed to walk to the main attractions. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful.

No bar and the restaurant only served breakfast. There were some cooked items at breakfast but they were served in ceramic trays with no heat lamps, so were invariably cold.

Great classic hotel not far from the historic centre. Comfortable room and bed, spotless bathroom, aircon and a lovely handwritten welcome note from the staff with a couple of chocolates completed a warm welcome.

It really is a shame many hotels have removed in-room coffee and tea making since the pandemic, sadly this place among them. That said, there's a good cafe right across the road which opens early.

Breakfast had lots of choices. Really good coffee. A waitress went especially to the kitchen for as I asked for honey. She was very helpful. I loved the selection of yogurt, nuts and seeds. The tables and cutlery were perfectly clean. Thank you.

Proximity to the cathedral, and location within the city

The shower drainage was too slow, ended up with a puddle even before finishing the shower

The girl at the front desk was a lifesaver! She helped me get a bus ticket to Madrid. She spoke really great English and went above and beyond! I was so grateful for her help

Excellent location.

We wish there was on-site coffee in the morning without having to pay for the buffet. Cafes were very close so we still got our coffee fix.

Brilliant location. All local attractions, bars and restaurants in easy walking distance. Staff on reception very friendly and helpful. Clean and comfortable room.

No tea making facility in room.

Bathroom was tiny. The smallest I've ever encountered. Others were bigger and we were disappointed especially as we stayed 2 nights. There was rarely anyone on reception

Luis & Victor (reception staff) really do make your stay great. They’re on hand to provide information about the city and no matter what you’re looking for they’ll show you where to find it. Location is great for looking around the city

hot water to my room seemed to take far longer than normal and it did seem that it wasn’t working and I do agree with others that the carpets in the corridors do look very worn out and dirty in places

Great attention to detail, well located for tge centre and easy access from the motorway. Co.fortable sofa bed and clean all round.

Design could do with an update. Some tiling a bit broken.
