Lovely hotel, extremely well located. We were across the road from a huge park which was set for a festival with a huge stage & pop-up tapas bars. A short stroll behind the hotel brought us into the older historic part of the city which was absolutely gorgeous. There was an incredible buzz about the place without it being too busy. We loved Burgos & this hotel just added to the experience.

The rooftop bar was very busy & noisy (but it is a city centre hotel & there was a festival on - maybe I'm just old & grumpy...) We went back down to the lobby where it was much quieter...

The hotel is very well located to enter Burgos by car. The room was very new, very well cleaned and bathroom as well. It takes you 5 minutes max to get to the heart of Burgos walking. We were there on a night when there was a lot of music or a kind of festival, crowded but all very nice ! We left around 5 in the morning to return to Belgium, and the guy at the reception desk was very helpful and professional to explain how to exit the garage. For Burgos this is the best option, we will surely return to take breakfast next time !

We read all the reviews about the parking and they are true :) As we arrived around 8pm, the parking was already full and we went to -3 or so to park, it is good to be with 2 when you park because you will need somebody to check. Not easy but happily we had the parking ! Still we would pick the hotel again.

Location is great, close to city centre and museum of mankind, next to the river for pleasant walks. Easy to drive to, parking garage is narrow but manageable, electric charging available. Bed was very good, providing good back and pelvis support while not too hard. We slept well. Hotel is modern. Room was spacious with plenty of light.

Cleaning could be better, we found a toe nail in the bathroom and a dust boll in a corner of our bedroom. There is no tea or coffee available in the room.

Location, large room, very comfortable bed & pillows, spotlessly clean, lots of hot water, great choice of food at breakfast. Super helpful friendly reception staff. Quiet.

Evening menu very limited for a ‘proper’ meal and they seemed to be very short staffed the night we were there. (For breakfast, the total opposite - great choice & lots of staff). Shower over bath, had to be careful not to slip. As you cannot book parking in the hotel’s underground car park in advance, we had to park our UK registered car in an open public car park on the other side of the river. We did however move it early the next morning into the hotel’s car park.

Easy to find on the Zumo, I had a group of 11 bikers along with 11 touring motorcycles for an overnight stay having travelled from Bilbao. Helpful staff, underground parking and we were only charged for the spaces we used (3 adjacent spaces). We ate in their restaurant on the ground floor - again good value. Great location with a nice on street bar/cafe opposite and a nice trendy area across the bridge. Definitely recommended for a group like ours.

Second time I've stayed here - my wife was super impressed by the size of the room, plenty of space to chill out. Only 10 minutes walk from the older quarter of the city - great to be there on the night Spain won the European Football tournament. Safe parking under the museum on the other side of the river - the staff were great at not wanting to put my car in their much smaller car parking area.

Only issue was the beeping of the pedestrian crossing you could faintly hear when the windows were closed.

Modern and comfortable hotel in good central location. Large room with good storage, fridge and safe. Good sized bathroom with good lighting. Excellent selection at breakfast. Sky bar an 'interesting' experience in a thunderstorm!

Room lighting could have been a bit brighter. Confusing information as to whether the cafe was open in the evening or not. A notice on the wall would have been useful.

The hotel had secure underground parking which was easy to access. We were allowed early access to our room, so we could make the best of our time in the adjacent old town of Burgos. The staff were extremely helpful with all aspects of our stay and local knowledge. They also made our external restaurant booking. The room was large, comfortable and the bathroom had a separate bath and shower, plus two handbasin's. Everything was was immaculately clean. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel and I certainly intend to stay there on my next visit.

Hotel was in a very good location for all the major sites. Restaurants were also close to the hotel. Room was large and very comfortable - it had a bath and a separate shower. Breakfast was very nice with plenty of choice. We were also able to book a car parking space in their garage underneath - which had a lift that we could take straight to our floor.

Comfy space. Nice staff. Very well located. Overall a very nice experience. Surely I'll recommend it! In my future stays in Burgos this is a serious contender!

The bathtub was a bit clogged. Unfortunatlly that is more usual than I would like to and personally, it makes me a bit unconfortable.
