Everything was more than perfect! Thank you so much to everyone who made my stay so wonderful. The staff are awesome. The room was lovely and bright. I had a small balcony which I used a lot early in the morning and late at night when it cooled off. I arrived on a Friday afternoon and there was a concert at the harbour. So my first night was quite loud but the rest of my stay was very lovely and quiet. Someone said in the reviews that they didn't understand why this gorgeous hotel is rated 1 star. I agree as it should be 5 stars (my feeling). Muchas gracias por todo from a happy guest.

Our room was on the second floor, facing the main street with a little balcony. Very spacious, clean and comfortable. Rather plain decorated but functional. We loved the breakfast, especially coffee and natural juice were very tasty. We were initially given a room on the tower at the top of the building. It had a gorgeous terrace overlooking the cathedral and practically all Cadiz but we decided finally to get an standard room because my wife suffers from vertigo...

The entrance is located in a pedestrian street, but there is a parking nearby. The hotel looks under construction or perhaps unfinished due to lacking decoration overall and some other signs. The lobby is rather small and unimpressive.

The location was perfect - on a little side street right near the cathedral and pedestrian mall. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was really spacious - a large very comfortable bed and well laid out bathroom - with lots of area to put my things. The breakfasts were very tasty and ready at 8:00am sharp every day. Everything was clean and quiet and because I was in an interior room, there was no street noise or lights so I really slept well. But best of all, the price. Very reasonable and it was worth every bit of it.

Location for Old Town points of interest, open courtyard style of layout, friendly and helpful staff, very good breakfast and cleanliness.

Obviously the Old Town is historic however, the streets, which are car free, are very uneven, difficult to pull a 10kg trolley type case as the wheels stuck often. The distance to the train and bus stations is not long, about 15 minute walk, but the barrow uneven surfaces make it more difficult than could be. A safe box in the room would be appreciated, as would tea/coffee making facilities but it’s one star and we should remember the good things are better than the poor matters.

Fantastic location. In quiet side street only a 2 minute walk to the cathedral. Asked for a room on a higher floor and had room 401 which was up on the roof in the tower! If you want a quirky room with fabulous views ask for room 401. Bedroom on one floor then upstairs to bathroom and upstairs again to living room. Also more steps to tower turret (might not be ideal if you have problems with steep stairs). Private terrace with fantastic view of cathedral. Good breakfast in lovely foyer. Would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Cadiz.

Great location near the cathedral in the heart of Cadiz. Walking distance to most everything Beautiful building - an old casa palacio - most rooms have a balcony onto the interior atrium. Mine also had a balcony onto the street. Very nice atmosphere. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed talking to all of them. Lounge area where you can get various types of coffee free from a machine during the afternoon and evening, which is really appreciated. Strong, easy to use WIFI Pricing was very reasonable. The hotel encourages guests to forego the daily room cleaning for environmental reasons which I think is fantastic. Bathroom and shower were spacious and the shower was very modern with push buttons and wand or overhead options.

It could be a bit noisy at times, with sounds coming from the atrium and the street outside, but not much after 23h I like to keep change on me at all times - there are waiters, street musicians, people in need. Several mornings and at other times, the hotel couldn't make change for me. It's a small convenience that I really appreciate in hotels.

Right in the middle of the old town - and a 3-minute walk to the cathedral, square and sea. Staff were great - friendly, effiicient and accommodating. We had the 'Tower Room' which had spectacular views. Bed & pillows really comfortable. Great shower. Very decent breakfast, with excellent coffee machine and good variety of sweet and savoury, hot and cold.

With oranges all over the city, why was the orange juice at breakfast not fresh...?! Seemed very strange. Be aware, being so close to the cathedral, that the bells ring on the 1/4 hour, as well as hourly. Just needs getting used to.

The location of the small and friendly hotel could not have been better. Situated in the centre of the old town's narrow, cobbled streets, you are within walking distance of everything, from the cathedral to the beaches, tapas bars to the train station. Lucia, Ana and Moh are some of the friendly, approachable and professional reception staff who will be there to Greet you. The room staff and catering staff give you a cheerful 'ola' as you go for your enjoyable buffet breakfast each day. Everyone made us feel really welcome and we hope to stay in this little gem again in the future.

Nothing to dislike

Breakfast included eggs & bacon- which I enjoyed. Also, pastries, toast, coffee and fresh OJ Ana, who handles the weekend breakfast service, was very attentive, friendly, and knowledgable about the city The hotel used to be an old merchant's home, and still has an original tower, with a roof terrace. It is centrally located, and usually a 10-15 min walk to many attractions. I highly recommend going to Caleta Beach to see the sunset! Staff was very good to me and my dog- we both enjoyed our stay

Parking is non existent in this area, especially during holy-week, and I paid a steep price to park overnight for the weekend at one of the garages

Welcoming staff although I arrived at 2 AM. Hotel situated near the Cathedral in a narrow pedestrian street with about thirty rooms in a historical building typical of Cadiz, with a large lit patio and painted all in white. Renovated with taste and modern equipment in the bathroom. It makes you want to discover other hotels of the same brand elsewhere in Spain or Portugal.

There is only one window in the room giving on the patio, not on the outside. If you keep it open during the night, it can be very noisy as any noise from the groundfloor is reverbarated, especially when the staff is preparing the breakfast which is taking place in this patio.
