Great stay here for 6 nights with fiance and 3 year old. All previous all inclusives I ate in weren’t as nice as here. I was pleasantly surprised with quality of food. Gala dinner one night with strawberry & chocolate fondue was a highlight. Pool- indoor nice for small one but quite small. Outdoor was a bit cold- would be nicer if heated but still nice. Kids pool small. Drinks and cocktails were nice. Entertainment was very good- a bit busy in the entertainment room though where you would almost have to go right away after dinner which was 6.30-9 and entertainment usually at 9.15, sometimes took a while for table service but staff were very good. Some nights we couldn’t get seats as seating layout a bit hap hazard. Excellent location. Lovely hotel. Room was lovely but TV was not working (for the whole hotel it is the same which we didn’t know until the last night- only found out then after a lot of messing around with same). Shower and bath were lovely. Nice balcony. Bike rental with sports bar right next door which was nice. Fantasy land next to hotel with games and bouncy castle which was lovely for just 5euros for unlimited access. About 80% of hotel guests German and all very nice but this meant it was a bit difficult for son to integrate for kids club etc. Lovely staff, lovely hotel. Excellent value, very glad we picked here. The hotel provides a satisfactory breakfast, a clean room and hotel environment, large swimming pools, a comfortable bed, and a pleasant view.

On the first day, we had an unpleasant situation with other guests at the outdoor swimming pool. We saw a naked man. I would totally understand if this were an adults-only hotel, but it is not, and there were kids in the swimming pool! We asked a staff member who was responsible for safety at the swimming pool for help, but she did not bother herself because she said it was fine with her if it was no longer than a minute. And she told us she don't mind naked people and in my opinion she is a worker and we shouldnt mind if she like a naked mens between the kids if we are costumer she should take the responsibility

I loved my stay at this hotel. The staff were well-trained and engaged. The food was superb. The facilities were excellent and I really appreciated the effort that went into providing some entertainment in the evenings. Reading back on some of the reviews, as always, I get so disappointed. I wonder if guests realise the impact that a bad score can have on both staff morale and the hotel itself. Let's take UWE's review on Feb 9th. Really? My experience was the exact opposite of yours. And frankly, why on earth would you mark a hotel down like this? It's just unkind. Shame on you. If guests had to publish their real names in reviews, I wonder if they would write such rubbish. If you experience minor issues, take them up directly with the hotel, and don't put them in the public domain.

That I am unable to give this hotel a score of 15 out of 10!

In April, we had the pleasure of visiting the site and were delighted by the amenities the hotel offers. With both indoor and outdoor swimming pools available for both kids and adults, guests can enjoy aquatic fun regardless of the weather, which can be variable even in Majorca. The availability of an indoor pool during windy conditions was a definite plus. Additionally, we appreciated having access to two saunas at no extra cost. Furthermore, the friendly staff, wide selection of delicious food, and cleanliness of the rooms were all wonderful bonuses.

We were disappointed to discover that children could leave the kids' club unsupervised at any time. This meant one of us had to stay nearby to ensure our child could find us. It seemed unusual, as typically you can leave your child in the club with a provided phone number for them to contact you if needed, allowing you to enjoy some time outside or on the beach. Additionally, we found it inconvenient that the mini disco for children only lasted 30 minutes. Extending it to an hour would have been more preferable.

Our apartment was lovely and spacious, hotel was very clean, my husband was given a bottle of sparkling rose wine for his 60th Birthday from the hotel this was very much appreciated

Dining area you were not allocated a specific table, no water was included in our stay so we had to buy bottles each meal time

Clean and modern facilities. Spacious rooms. Close to the beach, shops and nature reserve. Lots of fruit and veg on the menu. Night shows were good. Stuff at the front desk and bar were amazing! Cleaning of the rooms was daily and great. Cocktails in the bar were very good. Value for money.

No easy access to the drinking water. We got a bottle just on arrival and after that we could only drink in glasses when at the bar or a restaurant. Would be nice to top up water in the room or keep cooler in the lobby. Restaurant staff was not much customer focused. We were never offered drinks for the second time during meals. No cava with fresh orange juice for breakfast like in most 4 star hotels. Food in the restaurant was on a cheap side but nicely presented.

Great view in a large room. Food was very good and an excellent variety of food options on the menu. Great facilities including indoor swimming pool, gym and sauna. Entertainment was also good.

There was building work around the hotel that did spoil the daytime silence that was sought when we booked the room, but maybe to be expected in January

Upgraded to a large seaview room. Comfortable beds. Tea/coffee making facilities. Staff friendly and helpful. Nice lounge area with entertainment. Food was delicious and lots of choice. Free access to SPA with towels

SPA pool was more of an inside pool so children allowed, so not quite a "ZEN" environment No jacuzzi Steam Room not in function Sense Showers not working Pool temperature quite cool

Staff at reception was really good ,we get upgraded room for free so that was very nice. Room was very comfortable and clean. Food good too.

Animation we just seen on evening mini disco,there was just beach volleyball and nothing more going on like dancing in the pool or etc One evening there was glitter tattoos for the kids and they was not included in all inclusive so we was surprised about this

It was the 1st time we had stayed with this hotel chain so we didn't know what to expect. We had a wonderful experience. The staff were friendly, the food was amazing and the room was comfortable and spacious. It is very close to the beach and there is ample parking nearby. I would highly recommend this hotel for couples and families. We managed to chill 100%!
