The bed, soooo soft I loved it. It’s not the biggest room, but the chair and view on the balcony makes up for it. The shower pressure was decent. The gym is basic and ok. The breakfast is brilliant but I wasn’t impressed with the dinner. Be advised the retirees are very good at waking up early to take most of the sun beds for the day. The location of the bus stop is directly outside, which is very convenient. And the beach is only a couple minutes walk away

Hard to criticise because everything was nice. The AC was a little difficult to figure out. As mentioned the dinner didn’t look as impressive as the breakfast did (I only checked once). They should maybe state the prices for the massage/spa on the website

I would suggest this hotel if you want to be in the quieter area of Palma. Close to the beach. You can use Hotel towels for the beach and pool with a deposit, which was cool. I liked the cleanliness; it was perfect. We got our towels changed regularly, and the cleanliness was at a high level in our room. We also liked the staff; everyone was very polite and ready to help. The reception is open 24/7, so you can check in late (like we did), and we got a dinner package in our fridge in the room. (Nothing so special, but it is nice when you are coming after a long journey and no stores are open in the nearby area).

The rooms aren't too spacious. Also, our room was a little bit odd, so when I was taking a shower, the water would leak on the floor, and there was no way to prevent that (the glass protection was wobbly). There is a safe in the room, but if you want to use it you need to pay additionally (which wasn't written in the booking reservation). The food can be improved a little, but we were able to find what we usually eat, so we weren't hungry, and the food was fresh.

The hotel is near the airport. And the bus stop is right in front of the hotel so it’s convenient. Foods are good

Location ja great, directly front of bus station (airport, capital), staff very friendly, great price (in comparison with nearby hotels), shower posible after check-out in gym area, wide choice of food. Prosecco for breakfast but only each second day. 2 elevators - really good for so many people. We got also amazing view.

Hotel needs a renovation, it is really old, and for example carpets are really bad, also lift making weird noise…change of the furniture would be really needed,… although wide choice of food, i think food did not have much taste. cakes seems to be very artificial although looked very nice.

We had room with sea view and the view was spectacular. The room looks exactly as pictured in Booking.com. The bed was comfortable and hotel facilities were sufficient for our holiday. There is a nice swimming pool with good surroundings and enough sun beds for guests as seats cannot be reserved. Hotel bar had an entertainment (singer) each evening we have been there. All staff were very polite and helpful. Breakfast was very good.

Gym could be better equipped. Otherwise all went fine. One morning we did not get cleaning due to misunderstanding, but we got clean towels from the lobby so no harm done.

Both breakfast and dinner were very good, a great selection of dishes for everyone's taste. Plant-based milk (rice, almond, oat) for coffee was also available, a lot of fresh fish every evening with lots of vegetables, fruits, desserts and so on. I was missing nothing. On Sunday morning there was champaign available for breakfast. Overall I was very satisfied with the food and the staff in the restaurant and the bar as well. I had a room on the 8th floor (the top floor) with sea view which was amazing.

I was missing a clothes dryer rack from the balcony to put on my wet swimsuit and towels. I didn't see this equipment on other balconies either. It would have been very useful.

The hotel is a block a way from the beach. In front of the hotel there is a bus stop from/to airport and Palma. The Palma Aquarium is 400m from the hotel. Clean and comfortable room. The balcony overlooked the beach and pool area. The beds were extremely comfortable. The breakfast and dinner were descent with a huge variety of meals. The highlight in the restaurant was Esther, who look after the grill. The staff was very kind, friendly and helpful. Here I would like to highlight Carmen, the room maid. We got 2 bottles of water every day.

Breakfast was just awesome! It includes everything you could imagine and even more; champagne free of charge. Coffee and juice machines, many kinds of fresh fruits, vegetable selection, fresh olives, egg in many ways, sausages and bacon, variety of cheese, many bread options, different kind of youghurts, cereal, whole honeycomb(!), churros and many pastrie options. I spent 1,5 hour every morning enjoying the lovely breakfast! The room were clean and perfect for me. Bed was good for me.

I used the room only sleeping and showering and store my stuff there, so I don't have nothing to complain. Oh, maybe one thing! There were no clothes drying rack on the balcony or in the room. That would be neccecary if spending there more than 1 week.

Location was great. was able to take airport bus.

NO Coffee in the room. :( Single bed sea view room was facing the sea but there were buildings on the side blocking the view. Let's call it as I can see the sea but there were buildings in the front spoiling any sea view experience. Just be aware, there is NO direct access to the beach from hotel. one have to get out of the hotel and use the public road to access the beach. staff weren't smiling and welcoming. I chose breakfast and Dinner inclusive option. surprise was no coffee/tea and water during dining. costed 2.6EUR a samll water bottle. however, there were free champagne kept in the morning during breakfast. don't understand this logic.

Near the beach, near bus station, nice view, clean, nice swimming pool, .staff friendly and helpful.

Every night was a singer singing to the pool bar, very loud, until 23 hours. We have a baby ( 3 years old) what need to sleep at 21...21:30...! So, it's not appropriate for kids. The food it was various, but nothing that you can give for kids. I choose this hotel because was written that is "kids friendly ". Its not. Everything Nice and good but not for kids. Adults only.
