A beautiful hotel in a very central location, with a lovely atmosphere and very friendly and supportive staff, especially on the Reception . A great base to explore LaLaguna from, it literally is only a short walk to the old town, which is a must see when in Tenerife. Our room was spacious and airy. It was very clean with comfortable beds, crisp fresh bed linen and great water pressure in the shower - which made for a very enjoyable stay.

The buffet breakfast looks good and technically should be good given the lovely selection that greets you when you enter the breakfast area but it falls short of expectations. More attention is needed to keep the hot selection ‘hot’ and to ensure enough food is available at the right time - replenishment needs to coincide with morning rush. Sadly breakfast was a disappointment on both mornings.

Characterful old buildings very similar to heritage Paradors. We were upgraded to a junior suite. So had a lounge dining and small kitchenette area. Central location. Bedding and towels modern and good quality. Furniture old Spanish so dark brown but fitted the hotel style. Food in restaurant gourmet standard and service excellent. We were in a sperate building to reception. Very close across a courtyard open to the public.

No where to sit outside to enjoy the sun. No pool to swim in, and no outside dining except a terrace filled with smokers.

Absolutely loved the hotel! The staff was super nice, the room was big and comfortable. I especially appreciated that the room was equipped with a full small kitchen. The breakfast buffet was full of different food types and very abbundant. The hotel is in a very good position in the center of La Laguna, but it was still super quiet.

Lovely character hotel walking distance to bus station and trams close to historic centre and shopping, with larger than average rooms

1) I stayed in the annex building and found the front door left open ajar, yet reception in the main building not appearing to be aware of this security risk 😳 2) amazing hotel, but none of the juice dispensers were refilled during breakfast. The boiled egg was cold too. However a huge array of pastries and bread.

Convenient for the city. We have stayed here before and came back again. Hotel car park. Our room was ready earlier, and we were allowed to check in earlier. Brilliant. We should have been here the night before, but one of our family was ill, so I phoned the hotel to explain and they were happy to move our booking without charge. Fantastic service. Lovely food and drinks. We really couldn’t ask for more.

Nothing. It was great

Great location and fantastic room. I don't normally stay in hotels of this quality, so it was a big surprise to have a suite. The associated spa is well worth a visit, I was in the middle of a running holiday and took the opportunity to have a deep tissue massage and some time in the water treatment area. I felt relaxed and refreshed after my stay.

There weren't many options for vegans at the breakfast unfortunately, so I filled up on toast and found a vegan cafe in Santa Cruz. Some non dairy milks and yoghurt would be a great addition, not just for vegans but for guests with allergies too.

We love this hotel, though we usually only use it for short stays, we stop off in Tenerife on our journey from Vienna to El Hierro. Its location in the World Heritage city centre of San Cristobal is formidable. The pedestrian zone is very lively (and on 14 December, it was lavishly illuminated for Christmas). The staff are friendly and competent, small problems (broken safe) are resolved as quickly as possible. We always discover small innovations (or delicacies that we had previously not have seen) at the excellent breakfast buffet. An excellent playlist from the singer-songwriter genre and a very good, brilliantly adjusted sound system help to get the day off to a great start and make breakfast twice as good. The music and its sound are the best of all the places we know! What a relief for our long-suffering ears, which are bombarded with so-called "Christmas music" from everywhere these days. We would choose this fine hotel again and again simply because of the musical atmosphere in the restaurant. But, as we said, it can do much, much more!

The hotel is situated in a nice square, a few minutes from the city center. The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel staff was extremely nice.

The breakfast was good, but it could have been better (the juice was of poor quality). The gym was very basic, it could have a few more things.

Larger room with the small table and cooking area. Extremely comfortable bed and although you are steps to the sites and busy town centre streets, the hotel is extremely quiet I came in for the Santa Cruz carnival and the buses ran all night between the towns . Hotel is a 15 min walk to the bus station

Those who like a bit of atmosphere in the evenings will be disappointed as nothing happens. However a top restaurant is on-site. Also it’s two separate buildings so one does feel like a bedroom of the hotel.

I recently had the opportunity to book a hotel stay under quite unusual circumstances, and I must say that the experience exceeded my expectations in every way. My family and I were forced to evacuate our home in Las Barreras due to a nearby wildfire, and we found refuge at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff displayed remarkable empathy and professionalism. They understood the stress we were under and went above and beyond to make our stay as smooth as possible. The reception team, in particular, deserves special mention for their unwavering support. Our room was clean, comfortable, and provided a much-needed sense of security during a difficult time. The hotel's amenities were well-maintained, and we were able to relax and unwind despite the challenging circumstances. In times of crisis, the true character of a hotel shines through, and this establishment proved to be a true sanctuary. I am immensely grateful to the staff for their kindness and assistance during our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone in need of a safe and supportive haven, and I look forward to returning under happier circumstances.
