I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I can confidently say that it exceeded my expectations. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful, always going the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. The facilities are new and modern, giving a fresh and welcoming atmosphere. The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable, making it easy to relax and unwind. One of the highlights was the free coffee and drinks available 24 hours a day—a fantastic perk that made the stay even more enjoyable. While the location is a bit far from Madrid's city center, it's just an 8-minute walk to Bus E1, which takes you directly there. It's a small inconvenience compared to the overall quality and experience this hotel provides. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay!

Location is a bit far from Mardrid, no much choice for restaurant or coffee shop in neighborhood.

Good location, just a short walk from several bus stops with easy connections to the city centre and out-of-town daytrip locations. The room was clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room at a very pleasant temperature despite the chilly Madrid weather. It was also very quiet, we did not hear any noise from the hallway or other rooms. A really nice touch was the free access to tea and coffee throughout the day. The staff were friendly and both check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free.

No change of towels during our 4-day stay.

It was very clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast facilities were very good for an extra cost but staff did say we could take some more with us as they were closing, save food going to waste which I was very shocked at and thought this was a lovely gesture.

It isn't close to centre but they do have b and b sister hotel in the centre but costs more of course. I didn't find this to be much of a problem though as it's just over a 10 min walk to nearest metro station and then you can get anywhere using the metro and found this easy to navigate. Just took about 45 mins on different trains to centre.

The staff are super helpful. And the rooms are simple but lovely. Regarding the staff, while they were all very good and the hotel is managed by a very nice manager, there were some members of staff that stood out as extremely helpful and kind. These were: Luz (front desk), Lesley (front desk), Adriana (front desk), Marta (front desk), Pablo (front desk), Adina (sorry if name spelling is not correct - the Romanian housekeeper who worked non-stop to keep the front of house absolutely spotless), and finally, the maintenance man who fixed an issue with our bed for us (apologies for not knowing his name).

We had to leave at the end of our stay!!!

Modern B&B, a nice building and new rooms. Even if the room was pretty small, the bathroom was big especially the shower. Loved the free coffee in the hall.

The location is really far from not just the center but anything really and there is nothing around the property besides a couple of supermarket. We knew when we booked that it was far but we didn’t realise how out it was. We also were there while there was very hot weather and the AC in the room was unreliable, it’d turn itself off every hour, so at night it was difficult to sleep well.

The whole hotel was very clean and eco- friendly. Everything was new and decorated properly. TV was working fine. The breakfast was rich and affordable. Free coffee and tea was provided in the reception hall, so there was no Need for a coffee machine in the room. You could also buy water and snacks from the reception. The temperature in the room was ideal for winter. The bathroom was very clean and the shower was spacious. The location was good. It took us 15 minutes to get to the metro station on foot and then 30 minutes to the city center by metro. There were also bus stations outside the hotel. There is a shopping center nearby and there are many supermarkets with reasonable prices. The staff was very polite, special thanks to the redhead lady with the glasses! ( I am sorry I did not remember her name) I would love to see some personal complimentary amenities such as a toothbrush. I will definitely come back !

The rooms are quite comfortable! We had a really large comfy bed and the walk-in shower is really nice! There's 24/7 coffee and tea at the reception and they've got a buffet breakfast that's quite affordable. The location is quite a ways out of the centre but very accessible with public transportation, just takes a while, but you can easily go to the centre for the whole day and then return in the evening as buses run until about 11.30pm! The staff at the reception are very nice! All in all, a lovely hotel!

The staff was very polite, polite and very attentive. We would like to thank the staff in particular. The hotel was very clean. The rooms were spacious enough, especially the bathroom was ideal. The beds were both very comfortable and spacious, we slept and rested very well. There was free coffee every day and every hour. The location was a little far from the center, but we never had any transportation problems. We knew that anyway, so it wasn't a problem for us.

Nice breakfast, almost everything was there. Little space for breakfast but somehow it worked very well. Free water and coffee all day! Nice rooms, spacious bathroom. Extremely clean and with nice aroma around the whole hotel. A very good choice. Easy to find, near the big shopping center. Easy transportation with metro number 11, and bus station number 118 and 155, and some more...

The hotel is brand new, everything was perfect and functional. The room is bigger than your typical B&B room, it had a mini-bar fridge, the bathroom was big and clean, the sound-isolation was also good, the bed was really confortable. Good value for money.

The location, as it was far from centre (aprox. 40-50 mins by bus/metro). Regarding the hotel i have nothing to complain about.
