This hotel was very good value - probably a low season price in November. The room was comfortable and the breakfast excellent. It is advisable to get a taxi from/to the station, but once in the hotel all the sites are walkable, some within 5 minutes. Highly recommended are the Convento de las Duenas where the nuns sell delicious biscuits and the Convento de las Claras round the corner. There is a very good wine bar/restaurant just down the street called Vino Diario which starts serving dinner at 8pm but booking is advisable as it is deservedly popular with lots of local regulars.

It would have been nice to have a tea/coffee maker in the room. The staff were very good at keeping me supplied with hot water but it was irritating to queue behind people checking in at reception.

Great location, clean, comfortable and very professional and friendly staff. We had a great time in Salamanca, I am coming back.

The shower area. The shower is within the bathtub, the bathtub was very clean and with the soap and shampoo left after a shower I had a fall. I was fortunate it was nothing serious, I step on my left food to avoid the fall but the movement was not good and I hurt it. I went to sleep with the hope it would pass during the night but it didn't and I couldn't walk in the morning. The receptionist was great with me, she suggested I should go to check my foot to the hospital all covered by the hotel's insurance. We are really greatfull for their attention .

The hotel with provate parking via an elevator was located within easy walking distance of the main square. We has a junior suite which was very spacious and comfortable. Hotel staff were extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgable. Breakfast was good with plenty of choices.

On attempting to leave the car park when calling the elevator twice it was occupied by another car but we made it out on the third attempt but not a huge problem.

A modern yet characterful hotel in an ideal location for visitors to the beautiful Salamanca. The rooms were excellent and very clean. Breakfast was extensive and well presented. Underground, safe and secure, motorcycle parking. The staff, domestic, catering and reception were all very friendly and happy which makes the hotel a welcoming place. I'd single out Paula on reception who had a welcoming happy smile for all guests. As always, the staff demeanour can elevate the experience for a hotel guest. Unreservedly recommended.

The room was pretty big and comfortable. The bed size was the biggest I ever see (and comfortable). The location was good as well, walk-in distance to many sightseeing and restaurants. The breakfast was good, but I think it could be improve with more variety of food.

The parking lot was a little bit tricky and weird, since this is accessed by a car elevator and the space is pretty small. Other than that you always have to ring to reception to open the parking lot door (but they were always fast to to open it)

Location was great. Reception was super helpful explaining city centre. Followed advice and directions and worked. Room was fine. Had read negative reviews about the lift to car parking. Was worried but it was absolutely fine to access, parking spaces are generous too. Kia Niro was a breeze, and saw big cars in there. Ate in Vinodiario, recommended by another review, twice. Ideal as close-by after a day of walking. Breakfast was decent.

Rooms probably need a bit of an update. But, I’d go back because of location.

Loved the hotel and whole experience in Salamanca. Room was spacious, comfortable and quiet. First experience with Carpark vehicle elevator with very little room to spare getting into and out of the elevator itself. Managed it with nil contact, albeit very slow process. Staff were excellent and extremely helpful, especially reception

The overwhelming fragrance in the hotel was exceptionally strong.

Perfect location, excellent car parking (with elevator for the car) and very friendly staff. The staff speaks excellent English and is extremely helpful. It is easy to easy to reach the hotel by car, although it is in the beautiful old center of Salamanca.

For the price, it very much exceeded our expectations, but having a swimming pool and/or gym would make it even better.

The twin room was very large compared to most rooms and so had lots of space. The location was perfect being a few minutes walk from gran via and close to Convento de San Esteban on the way to the cathedrals and university

It would ideally be better if there was a shower unit rather than a step into the bath shower. It was fine for me but others may prefer walk in shower

Perfect location for the historical centre. Spacious, comfortable room with huge double bed. Bathroom was very nicely appointed, big, deep bath and great shower. Parking in underground car park was easy and efficient. Excellent breakfast. Staff friendly and welcoming.

The lack of a hotel bar/ restaurant might be a minus point for some guests but it didn't affect us. No tea or coffee making facilities in room.
