It's very hard to find reasonably priced accomodations that are not sketchy. As a woman traveling alone, I felt safe here. This hotel was nice and although older, was clean and well-maintained. The food that was included was good, not fancy, but hearty with a lot of options. For example, breakfast options were typically a fruit/yogurt area, toast area, coffee machine, cold meats and cheese, hot area with eggs, bacon, sausages, beans (for the Brits), and vegetables. They have a griddle where you can get eggs to order, and also some sweet items like doughnuts and pastries. So a really solid breakfast for sure! The staff was exceptionally nice. The wifi speed was excellent. The pool area was also very nice. Also, there is a great shopping area just a 2 min walk - with a supermercado and multiple dining options. I used the store to stock my mini-fridge.

For me, the bed was a bit hard. I do understand that is personal preference. I also had some issues with my hair dryer. I ended up borrowing one from the front desk. But the hotel did send someone promptly to my room to check on the hair dryer when I told them I had a problem. That responsiveness was appreciated! One other thing to be aware of if you are traveling solo or just with your family, this hotel does have tour groups that come through, it can make it a bit hectic at breakfast if you end up in the dining room at the wrong time. That being said, there is plenty of overflow space outside on the nice terrace.

Love the location. Plenty of good restaurants and bars at a few minutes walk away. The hotel is perfect for long weekend breaks. Have stayed there often and never disappoints. The staff are marvellous.

The only thing I can complain about is the lack of air conditioning in the hotel restaurant which makes it very uncomfortable as in the summer months it gets stifling hot. The aircon was broken down last summer when I stayed there and it still remains unrepaired this year. Although they’ve installed a large portable one it is extremely noisy and the cold air it expels doesn’t really reach all areas of the dining room. Must be awful for the staff who work in there all summer long.

Budget hotel but has everything you need. Exceeded my expectations. Our room was good size, mini fridge for cold drinks (not supplied - buy from supermarket nearby). I think they are all the same, ours looked modernised but I think some that don't surround the pool might not be. We had a shower and the bathroom decor looked modern anyway. Hot water whenever we needed it. Our room was cleaned and made up daily. All rooms get a balcony (good size) but ours looked directly over the pool and terrace area. Sun trap in the morning. Shaded in the afternoon. I think we got lucky with our room (201). TV in room is small but has plenty of channels (not many if any English) but we connected our phones using a USB C - HDMI cable. AC was good. Wifi throughout and is ok but my 4G data was better. Pool was clean, wasn't busy and when it was there was still plenty of sun loungers (open 1000 - 2000). We had breakfast included (0800 - 1030) in our rates which I thought was good quality and plenty of it. We stayed 3 nights and ate in the hotel the first night. Buffet 2030-2230. €17 ea pre-booked instead of €21. It was good quality and plenty of choice. Not AI resort level but great for €17. Alternately, you can and we did eat locally. Plenty of restaurants / cafes and bars within a 2-5 min walk from the hotel. Supermarket next door too, everything you could need and open 7 days a week until 2230. There's an Aldi across the highway, 10 mins walk. The staff were super friendly. Bar on site and you can get food / snacks during the day. We parked our hire car for free near the hotel. Car was safe. You can pay €10 a night and get secure parking but not really necessary.

Not too much. 1st world problems if anything but: Beds are hard. Typical for Spain. Two singles pulled together. I'm a side sleeper and my shoulder was aching on night 3. AC when on at night. The blue status screen illuminates the whole room, More than the lights do! Bathroom smelt a little of sewage towards the end of our stay. Not too bad but noticable. Sun loungers don't fold completely flat and when you sit the fabric pulls the back upright. Comical if anything. Tip - Don't knock the shower on/off temp lever with your behind when you're under the head. I nearly got scolded. Howeverm, for the price we paid I cannot and did not complain.

Location is perfect for nearby bars and restaurants. Despite being so close to the road, there was no noise and didn't bother us at all. The pool area looked really inviting and we would definitely like to return in the summer to take advantage of it. The fridge in the room was an unexpected bonus!

The room smelt a little of stale smoke on arrival but was fine with the doors open and as we were only there for 1 night it didn't bother us. If we were there for longer we would have mentioned it to reception. We do like to spend a lot of our time outside on the balcony so if we stayed for longer a small table would be brilliant.

was first class breakfast/room exellent pool n/a all the staff were most welcoming and helpfull the reception area on arrival and departure were very helpfull the older gentelman felix the name i think went beyond is duties to be helpfull You can be sure i will return again akong with my wife

the hot food at breakfastcould/ should be better displayed the fried eggs were awful the chef must see this if he takes the custermers pointof vjew but dont take this as a critism more of a constructive suggestionbut overall the food displaywas very good!!!

It is clean, with big rooms and helpful staff. The breakfast was varied, with new options every day. Cleaning is done every morning. The pool is closed at night, so you don’t need to worry about pool parties.

The doors are not the best when it comes to soundproofing. It’s not a problem with the cars on the highway (you can’t really hear them, even those with loud exhausts), but the real issue is when someone talks or pulls a trolley in the corridors — you can hear it clearly.

Nice hotel. Clean and tidy. Rooms were comfortable. Facilities well maintained. Separate pool areas for adults and small children. Personnel very polite and friendly. I suggest you get the breakfast option as it was superb. Didn't try the meals though. Nevertheless there is a small compound nearby (less than 5 mins walking distance) that offers a variety of options for lunch and dinner Small supermarket is also located nearby with wide variety of goods if you have a car you can further explore the region and enjoy the local dishes, or shop at the bigger supermarkets.

In our room the bathroom door was made of frosted glass (semi transparent). Will this may not raise any privacy concerns for couples, i wouldn't say it is an ideal solution in terms of privacy when it comes to 3 individuals sharing a three bed room for example..

The hotel and rooms were very clean reception was also very helpful except for one occaision

On booking in late at night I needed to make a request the response was you can get one at the supermarket not easy at midnight the the next morning the was a young lady on reception she solved my problem straight away perhaps the elder one of the night team could be more helpful the item I required was within one metre from ware he was standing

It was in such a great location - I did read that it was close to the highway but in the hotel & room we couldn’t hear any traffic it was quiet & peaceful! The staff were always on hand and so helpful, continuously asking us if we were happy & comfortable. Fran on the front desk was especially helpful, guiding us and helping us (especially when we arrived to check in 1am! He gave us a great welcome and set us up for our stay!) The pool facilities were great and everything was clean. Housekeeping tended to the room daily and refreshed the room, it was a beautiful hotel and only a short taxi ride to Puerto Banus & Marbella - with a beach 20 min walk away. Would recommend.

I really enjoyed my stay ath this hotel. The best things were: very good breakfast and dinner (half board) for a fair price, private parking, a big pool and a comfortable room, nice and friendly staff. Near the hotel there are many restaurants and cafe's,

The only complaint I have is that on the day of arrival we were not informed that we could park for free on outside hotel parking, even though I mentioned I saw the places. The receptionist did not inform me about this possibility and only proposed paid (closed) parking spot. The only objective drawback was proximity of a lively road near the hotel. However, with closed windows it was not much disrupting (it was mainly unpleasant when lying near the pool - but as mentioned the price was fair). In my opinion the hotel is better for customers comming by car, but it is subjective, I did not use any public transport. Still a rate this hotel very high as it met all my expectations and I spent a great time there:)
