The beach! And the staff were amazing

The hotel is beautiful, featuring lush gardens to explore and a prime location right next to the beach. The rooms are spacious and extremely comfortable. The breakfast is exceptional—the best I've ever had! They even serve a jar of freshly squeezed orange juice directly to your table.

The bathroom floor is extremely slippery, and the color makes it hard to tell when it's wet, causing us to slip frequently. At breakfast, I don’t drink coffee, so I requested hot chocolate. However, they brought me chocolate powder to mix with warm milk, which felt underwhelming, especially considering how wonderful the rest of the experience was.

This hotel is a dream. Beautifully decorated and landscaped. Staff were kind and helpful. Snacks at the bar were tasty; breakfast was very good. Beds, linens, towels, and robes are luxurious. Although the hotel was nearly full, it had a quiet feeling at breakfast and around the grounds.

It is a very minor thing, but at such a generously equipped property, it would be nice to have more space in the shower for the shampoo & etc. Perhaps it would be useful to have a bit more information about the facilities and surrounding areas in the room (in paper form or via QR code).

The staff were friendly and cafe a great option for drinks and meals. Access to beach was great also

Pool not operating and we would have loved to use it. Disappointed that the Spa costs extra 25euro for one hours access.

Half of the hotel and the restaurants, are located in a very beautiful old palace.. Our superior room was located in the new building, which does not match the charm and elegance of the old one.. The room was modern and very spacious with a nice sea view..The gardens especially around the old building, are superb. Breakfast was excellent. Convenient vallet parking. The hotel is located a few km away of Vigo close to the beaches ( actually is on Bouzas beach).

The receptionist on the morning shift was quite unfriendly. The receptionist on afternoon arrival was trying hard, but needed some more experience.

It was a beautiful property with views facing the ocean and a great beach out front! The picture of the “castle like” structure you see, isn’t where most people stay, it is in another building, more modern.

It is located a long distance from the Camino trail, which I should have investigated myself. So a taxi was needed to get to the hotel. The breakfast wasn’t included and was 21 euros per person, which seemed very expensive for the buffet style set up.

We believe that the only point that indicates an improvement, even if small, is the options available at breakfast. These could have been a little more diverse, although everything that was offered was excellent.

Very comfortable and spacious bedroom and bathroom with a huge terrace overlooking the gardens and sea. Friendly, helpful staff. We were happy with the location and pleased we chose to stay outside the centre of Vigo .

The hotel could Have made more of its superb grounds and location. For example we would have eaten in the bar one night had it been better located with a terrace and some atmosphere, but it lacked both. We didn’t eat in the hotel at all as the menu at the formal Spanish restaurant was a bit dull and we did not want to eat Italian food when visiting Spain. Although we had a fabulous terrace there were no cushions on the sun loungers so they were very uncomfortable.

I recently had the pleasure of starting second time at Pazo Los Escudos Hotel Spa & Resort in Vigo,and I cannot recommend it highly enough! The location is simply unbeatable. The Hotel itself is outstanding, with every facility will-maintained and up to date. The rooms are spacious ,clean, and beautifully decorated,making for a very comfortable stay. Exceptional staff.From the moment We arrived,We were greeted with warmth and professionalism. If you are looking for an excellent place to stay with top-notch service,this is the place. We can’t wait yo return!

O persoal (hotel, restauración, spa) moi amable e profesional; as instalacións propias dun cinco estrelas nunha zona espectacular se non fose pola zona de recheo da ría coa zona industrial para almacenar coches que se ve nas habitacións con "vistas ao mar". Almorzo fabuloso. Parking gratuito incluído. Aloxamento no edificio novo.

Ao haber varios edificios (edificio vello, novo e spa) estaría ben algunha marquesiña para cubrir os desprazamentos, así como indicadores.
