Lovely, helpful staff. Big, comfortable rooms and a very good breakfast. Great location on edge of old town, easy walking to cathedral and main squares. Perfect taxi pick up point for the Alhambra. Parking available via car elevator (carpark and car elevator were much more spacious than others we had experienced in Spain). Lovely surprise to return to our car and find they had cleaned the windscreen. We used the spa at the hotel - seven different pools and a sauna, which was a treat. Well done Senator Granada team for your excellent service delivery!

Location was close to a high traffic street and difficult to find. Parking a nightmare. Hotel could use some renovations and should eliminate some items, such as the bright tacky showcase at the entrance whith hard liquors and shammpoos together, to make it look less cheap...

Nestled in a quieter area yet within easy walking distance of the city center, this hotel offers a perfect balance of convenience and tranquility. The rooms are not only comfortable but also impeccably clean. Plus, the front desk staff are incredibly friendly and always ready to help, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Just a heads-up, the parking garage can be a bit tight, so if you're driving a larger car, you might need to be a bit strategic with your parking.

The Spa at this hotel is second to none. My wife and I had 1.5hrs in the spa to ourselves, bliss... The best thing about this hotel though is the staff, they were extremely friendly. In particular we had a very pleasant night in the bar with the bartender Jiecob. What a lovely young man and he put a lot of effort in to speak English with us as we tried out our Spanish with him. Great guy... Also Miguel on reception was so attentive and sorted anything we needed with a smile...

Very clean nice hotel with spa and restaurant and parking. Very gentle proffesional staff. big rooms with really comfortable beds. rooms is equiped with all you need. generous with coffy buffet, welcome water supply and bathroom matters.

Hotel location is a little far from city center, Alhambra and Albaicin. Ordinary outview..

Location was good - 15 minute walk up to Albacin and bit further to Sacramonte - although we did electric bike tour of these areas - Alhambra is a taxi ride as steep climb! spa was excellent. Some nice tapas bars nearby - recommend Colon Lovely couple of days in January!

The rooms & beds were clean & comfortable. The continental breakfast was plentiful & tasty. The spa was exceptional. The hotel was close to buses, bars & a Science Park which is well worth a visit.

Payment was not taken through Booking.com, you had to pay directly to Senator Granada.

Great location as we were going to see a performance literally across the road, so a 3 minute walk to the venue. Quiet, spotlessly clean, friendly staff, comfortable beds, underground car parking, nice cafe/bar for snacks and very good wine! Good value.

Location was very good. Nice walk to main attractions. Breakfast was good aswell with good quality products. We loved the spa which we got a discount for being guests at the hotel.

At our arrival the receptionist that greeted us was very helpful. After that the others we talked to were not so keen to help. The waitresses at the breakfast were also not very friendly.
