Very nice pool area and pool. Fantastic view from our penthouse balcony. Clean and overall nice apartment. Nice beach. We asked for more sheets, pillows and blanket and got good service.

Too few sunchairs by the pool even though there are a lot of space. The penthouse balcony was impossible to use most of the day, no sun shades. The bed sofa was not in very good condition. Kitchen equipment very basic. No information supplied regarding restaurants, supermarkets and way to beach (which is longer than indicated). Some problems with sewer smell from the air conditioning (depending on wind direction).

353 / 5 000 Location - 20 km from Gibraltar. Apartment about 20 years old, in a large housing estate of holiday homes near the sea. Outside swimming pool. You collect the keys from the machine after logging in on the screen, you return them to the porter's office. Apartment well equipped, fold-out beds in the living room with kitchenette and a large double bed in the bedroom with a wardrobe. Balcony. I recommend the apartment.

Poor contact with the owner. I sent a request to the owner for the WiFi code but he did not reply and I had to use my own internet.

Beautifully clean and comfortable beds. The location was peaceful. The location of our apartment in relation to pool, reception and car park was perfect. Balcony was lovely, nice size and plenty of privacy. The grounds were well kept and pool a good size for apartment to water numbers ratio. My stay was out of season so it was of course empty.

The only negative for us as a family of 3 on a budget. We needed to cook and prepare each meal even packed lunches in the apartment. The kitchen was no where near adequate, lack of oven (appreciate microwave was a combi but very small and no utensils for the combi feature) and general utensils. The fridge was good at full size and a decent freezer for a week. The kitchenette is the only reason we won’t book again which is a shame as it’s a really gorgeous apartment. However if you are a couple who are planning to eat out a lot and just prepare light snacks and breakfasts then it’s great and enough. I would be prepared to pay more money to stay here and have more in the kitchen.

It was located in a quiet, peaceful area and not hard to reach the convenience ; Not far from Gibraltar and Puerto de Algeciras by driving; There was a lift to the 1st floor which really released us with many luggages; Free parking and enough rooms ; Terrace was nice.

The hot water was not enough even for 2 people to have shower continuously, so we did separately in the evening and morning ; Some small bags of shampoo and gel were not eco or enough for using; The pet was €10 /night even we didn’t need any room service and did not give any extra work of cleaning. We experienced much better service for pet but free charge in many other hotels, so just felt a bit… anyway that’s ok.

I liked the peace and quiet most of all. The pool was a nice size but it was very windy and water too cold . Could not stay very long.

I didnt like the fact that i was given an attic when i booked a penthouse at 1st , the lady said it was the same. Clearly not, as both the penthouse apt and terrace was alot bigger and the attic was tiny and the terrace had the spiral staircase outside to go up to the terrace . Very unsafe for my 3yr old . But asa i complained, apart from saying they are the same , the receptionist changed it to our originally booked penthouse . Also no oven!

The apartment was clean and well presented when we arrived. One or two items we were short of were made available very promptly. The pool looked very inviting but unfortunately the weather was cold and wet most of the time. The room was serviced every 3 days which was ideal as we stayed for 12. There was a spacious balcony but again it was too cold to sit ourside.

The walls are paper thin and we were forced to listen to the nocturnal activities of the young couple in the room nextdoor. It felt like their bedhead was coming through our wall ! We spent quite some time in the apartment because of the weather and hence would have appreciated at least one English language channel on the tv.

The property was lovely, view was great even from the ground floor apartments. Water pressure was fantastic, we were given additional linens and towels when requested. Staff were friendly and really helpful in arranging taxis and knowledgeable about the area and times that places would close. The area was beautiful and quiet. Great hill training for runners too.

No proper toaster just a very old and out dated one.

Second time staying here, great location, very good value for money! Pool area is very clean and rooms are spacious, would definitely recommend

I think the cleaner attends every 4 days, which i think is a bit too long, however saying this, if you ask for spare towels or toilet roll at reception they are more than happy to help.

We had a pleasant stay at this property, which is located in a quiet housing estate. While the area is residential, there are a few shops nearby, which made it convenient for us. Beach close by too. We stayed here on our way from Gibraltar to Marbella, and it was the perfect stopover. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and offered great value for the price. Ideal for anyone looking for a peaceful and practical place to rest during their travels.

Good location to visit Gibraltar. We stayed there 2 nights as a stop in our on the road in Andalucia. We were 5 so we had to use the sofa bed. With the sofa bed opened the living room was small. Nice view from the terrace. The apartment is in a very big hilly residential area. Good apartment for the price we paid.

The kitchenware in the kitchenette was very basic (no bowls for cereals, for example).
