Hotel is located on a tiny square in the middle of a busy compact pedestrian area with narrow streets and dozens of tapa bars and small restaurants. If your goal of visiting Logroño is to experience its nightlife to the fullest this is a perfect location for you. Hotel is modern and efficient but housed in a nicely restored historic building of an old post office. Evening noise from drinking crowds outside is not a problem due to soundproof windows. Comfortable bed, pleasant front-desk staff and good breakfast buffet.

Noisy, drinking atmosphere around the hotel can be considered a plus or a minus. On a busy weekend I would suggest not trying to negotiate narrow one-way streets around the hotel in order to use its underground parking garage. Instead, you can easily park in a spacious public parking ramp under Parque Espolón a few short blocks away. Bathroom small. Interior decor in rooms and public spaces pleasant but minimalistic and business-like rather than five-star opulent.

Warm welcome from staff. Location was excellent, right in heart of Logrono - and very close to the streets with pintxos bars etc. Museum of Logrono also just next door. Room was reasonably sized. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast was good. The rooftop bar was an excellent addition.

We didnt use the hotel parking as it was underground with car lift and looked very tight for our vehicle, and it was quite expensive. We used free public parking round the corner which was 4 minutes walk away - so best option. Use of the spa would have been good - but I think it worked out at around 50 euros per couple!

The breakfast food was good but there were not enough staff on when busy . The reception staff were exceptionally pleasant and helpful . The hotel was very convenient right in centre of town and the rooftop bar was delightful

Breakfast staff quite slow. No coffee machine so all coffees had to be ordered, that took a long time. Also tables not cleaned or re laid in a speedy manor. Strongly suggest to add a coffee machine or two

The facilities and staff were exceptional and cannot be faulted. We would definitely use Eurostars Hotels again. The location for the old town and tapas bars was superb. The parking lot and instructions were really helpful.

Unfortunately our room overlooked a busy bar area and so we had noise disturbance late at night and early morning with deliveries. However we chose a central location which meant easy access to the old town and tapas bars so cannot complain. Secondary double glazing would help eliminate the street noise

Ximana (spelling?? 20 years old with glasses in black suit) at the front desk was fantastic. She is only 20 but her knowledge and experience combined with her outgoing personality really made our stay at this hotel special. Not only did she take care of everything we needed, for example ice and cappuccino’s delivered to the room, but she also set us up in the spa both days. She is amazing. In addition, the wonderful lady who works in the bar and dining room area at night is incredible. We told her we were a little sore from the Camino and asked her if she could give us some ice. Not only did she give us a bucket of ice, she actually vacuum-packed ice for us to put on our knees. And we did not ask for that. Those two girls alone went way over and above anything you would expect at a 5-star hotel and we are very grateful to them. as far as the rooms and hotel itself…. The rooms are spacious, the beds are fantastic and the shower is great. The facility is basically new and flawless. The breakfast in the morning was spectacular and they had everything we could want - and if they didn’t have it, they made it for you. The cappuccinos were awesome, a rare Find in Spain. We would absolutely recommend this hotel to anybody and we would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Lovely property in a fantastic location. But very quiet and comfortable.

The parking situation for those driving a personal car needs to be much better explained at booking. There are only 12 underground parking slots for a hotel with over 60 rooms. It takes a lot of gymnastics to get a car into this garage even with a reservation

The location is right in the heart of the tourist area and it was incredibly noisy up until around 05:00 on Friday and Saturday - if you are a light sleeper I would not recommend this hotel. I basically had 3 days of zero sleep

great location and loved the roof terrace overlooking the square. and my room was great - excellent facilities and really quiet, even in the centre of Logrono. and the car park too!

perhaps mote fresh fruit (and less cake!) for breakfast
