The staff were lovely and so helpful with everything. They provided me with an upgrade and I had a lovely room overlooking the square. They also accommodated me extending by one night. This hotel is in a great central location on the edge of the old town with access to everything you could need being very easy. Everything was clean, the wifi was good and strong - I used it to work one day. Parking on site, which is rare in this kind of area. Overall, a great stay.

Getting into the old town by car to access the parking was a bit tricky, but once you have the instructions it's manageable.

The hotel is very central to the main center of Logroño. We enjoyed to have been next to all restaurants and bars within minutes. The breakfast was surprisingly good. We could park the car safely in their garage (15€ per Night) which was really comfortable.

The room was small and dark (view of a backyard). We stayed only for 2 nights, but for a longer stay it would be a bit less for the price.

Location is just perfect. Also the great bonus is private underground parking right in the hotel (for an additional fee). It was kind of difficult to find the way to the parking, though... but after detailed instructions by the reception, I've successfully figured it out. Stuff was very helpful with advice, directions, etc. The room was nice, clean and quite. Also, there's a tourist information center right neat the hotel. They have all the necessary information not just for Logrono, but also the whole La Rioja.

Beds were comfortable, location great, staff excellent. Needed a taxi to the bus station. There was a marathon that day and no taxis available. Would have missed the bus and would have to wait 7 hours for the next. The maintenance man for the 3 hotels was leaving to go home and offered to take us to the station. Made it 10 minutes before departure. Not sure that would have happened in the U S. That is why we like Spain…. The people.

Everything was great

We booked the hotel because of the limited time we had to spend in the city, thus the location was ideal. Also because there was a garage. We arrived quite early but they allowed us to park our car in the garage. Parking there is a challenge as spaces are really narrow but we managed it. Rooms are comfy, beds are really good, facilities perfect. The location is ideal. You leave the hotel and you're immediately in the center of the lovely an lively city. Amazing. We truly enjoyed hours of walking in the narrow streets, visiting churches, and eating tapas in Calle Laurel. Logrono is one of the cities we absolutely loved. We added breakfast to our booking as we had a long drive the next day. Great value for money. Stay was perfect, even if it was only for one night. We would love to come back for a longer stay.

The room was clean, comfortable with quiet air conditioning. The staff were friendly and helpful. The parking was right next door and the car lift was cool. I found reversing was easier.

Parking was on a first-come first first-served basis. A bit of an issue for me as I would not like to leave my 1969 classic in the public car park. But it was all good and I had my parking for the duration of my stay.

Like… Location is perfect and underground parking is safe and secure although a bit frightening getting the car into the lift to the underground space… the entry doors closed before I could get into it which added to the worry but in the end it was all good. The breakfasts are another highlight with good choice for my palate Bad… it’s a bit expensive and the beds are not the most comfortable but super clean and nice environment

We landed in Bilbao as entry point to get to El Camino, starting our second stage from Logroño. Tip…. if you’re thinking of this as a way into the pilgrimage, make sure to purchase your bus ticket to logrono in advance. The tickets are in big demand. A taxi will cost around €220+. This hotel is ideal. Its location is central to the town and directly on the Camino trail. It is clean and tidy with good facilities. The staff are also very helpful. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants close by.

Fantastic location right in calle Portales with walkable distance to every site in Logroño and right by the old town tapas area in calle Laurel, Albornoz, Agustín… Very nice and clean property.

Nothing wrong with the property. I will recommend it and come back if I was revisiting Logroño. What didn’t quite like it’s the lighting body sensor system whilst in the corridors on the bedrooms floors, it can leave you without light for a few seconds and had to put my mobile light on or remember where the individual switches were located, none next to the lift leaving/going to the bedroom.

The staff were super friendly and welcoming, very kind and giving us tips about the city's attractions, this was honestly amazing! And they left us a small present from Rioja - we were very grateful for this! The room and bathroom were very spacious, with the nice writing table right in front of the window and the view was just awesome, with panoramic windows, you could see a good deal of the city center, the mountains, and even the ancient wall which used to surround the city. Location is sublime!

The bed was not double bed, but to be fair - our room had the most awesome view, so if that was the cost for the view - happy to pay it :) The bed linens were set up kind of weirdly - they got quickly moved and messed up. Also unfortunately the coffee during breakfast wasn't good (to my taste)
