Very clean modern hotel, very close to the old town. Underground car parking is available but only on arrival no pre-booking and is quite expensive €20 pn. The beds were large and very comfortable. Bottled water coffee and some teas in the room. The breakfast has a good choice of foods and freshly cooked options such as eggs how you like them with bacon and sausage available.

On arrival, there was a bottle of wine and some chocolates in the room which we thought was a nice touch. However, after going out for a walk on return to the room it was gone which we thought a little strange. On speaking to the receptionist, the lady said it was a mistake and they had put it in the wrong room. She was quite offish no apology and refused even a drink at the bar. The implication was that we should have known it was not for us. Pretty poor for a 4-star hotel charging €150 a night. Although they have a bar it was impossible to get a drink as when you ask at reception it's not open till 2030hrs, although I can't remember it ever being open.

Large room, tea and coffee facilities, very good adjustable aircon, good shower, friendly staff.

We had a room for disabled but while shower ok for someone like me with mobility problems but able to stand, it would be no good for someone needing wheelchair. It was necessary to manoeuvre while standing to one and shut door before using the shower chair. Please consult disabled person while planning a shower room next time.

Good quality hotel in a superb location just a five minute walk from the buzzy tapas streets where, by chance, on our arrival the town was celebrating the first day of its annual wine festival (this the Rioja region!), lovely room with awesome bathroom, yes the underground parking garage is tight but if you take your time and the odd space is empty to provide extra room to manoeuvre it is viable and if you don’t fancy the challenge the hotel will park for you.

Spotlessly clean. Our 3rd floor room was quiet and comfortable. Check in was quick and the man who checked us in and out was very pleasant. We needed car parking. We were able to park right outside the hotel for 20 minutes, while we checked in. The garage entrance is on the side street beside the hotel. The garage is underground and well lit, with a lift and stairs up to the hotel. You have to be a pretty expert driver/parker to manoeuvre into the space that try allocate you. Think 25 point turns. All the walls and pillars are covered in padding, to minimise scrapes and the hotel do offer to park your car for you if you are unable to. There seemed to be plenty of room. Very near the old historic area of Logrono. We like that it was just outside the old part as it made driving to the hotel easier. It was 2 streets away from the historic center. We would book this hotel again and made the right choice when searching for a Logrono stopover on the way to Santander.

The hotel is in an excellent location and an easy walk both to the old town and to the river. The room was good sized with very good aircon and the breakfast was very good and prepared on demand. I had a pet and by the end of the stay everyone knew and loved Jackson the Labrador!

The parking garage is very tricky to maneuver and unless you are very good at steering in very tight spaces I would not recommend it.

Excellent location in centre of Logrono and 5 mins walk from Calle Laurel. Staff were very friendly and very helpful. Well worth a visit.

Only a small thing, but was a bit disappointed with not having complimentary water in the room. While it was not overly expensive (~€3.50 per bottle) from the minibar, it is almost standard in most hotels these days

Reception staff were really lovely and helpful and friendly. Really nice hotel in a great location.

A dirty pillow case from someone else's room was (presumably absent-mindedly) left in our room on the side worktop after the room was made up, but this was instantly rectified after reporting to a very apologetic reception.

We visited the hotel last year and had a lovely stay over on our way to Bilbao. We travelled with our Dog who was welcomed. We even had a dog bed and bowls for her food and water. So we decided to visit again. The room was wonderful. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was very good. We enjoyed our visit very much and will come again. Janice and David Painter

We did have a large car and it was very difficult to get out. But all was well.

Good location, public carpark was easy to access, and the dog was welcome.

Room was a little small compared with other NH hotels we have stayed in.

The staff were great, Alex at the front desk was wonderful. Very helpful! The location is amazing. They have parking available as well. Unless you have a very small car I would recommend having the staff park on your behalf.

Unfortunately we didn’t find the beds comfortable.
