Everything was lovely. I could live in this place. The way the space is used makes everything feel very spacious and comfortable

Parking is overpriced. We ended saving 5€ per day by parking in a closed parking only 25 meter further away.

We stayed here three nights, and we really enjoyed it. It is in the heart of the city of Logroño. This was a full apartment. Nice bedroom with a comfortable bed, and electric outlets on both sides, a big closet with an iron and safe, nice size bathroom with toiletries and a blow dryer, fully equipped kitchen with a drip coffee maker. A small living room with another TV. everything was automated from the check-in, to the parking. But it was easy to manage. There was an additional charge for the parking. The first day we left our car parked right in front of the apartment, thinking we were so lucky, and in the morning we had a ticket. We paid the ticket at a kiosk in the corner. plenty of great shopping around, and a lot of grocery stores. 10 minute walk from Laurel street where all the restaurants are. we used this location as a base to visit the wineries at Rioja.

The air conditioning was a nightmare! It was set at 22°, but the sun would hit the apartment all day, so the apartment was hot. The last night it wouldn’t go below 34°. We contacted management and they said the owners had it set like that, and it wouldn’t go lower. It was really hard to sleep in it. It got really muggy. They told us to sleep with the windows open, which we did, but we had to close the bedroom window because of the fumes From the street. Also, the whole building kinda smell like sewage, and they use this very strong deodorant to mask the smell,so sometimes it smelled really bad. There are a lot of places in Spain that smell like that, so this is not an isolated case.

Super clean, roomy and well-equipped apartment.

Totally “contactless” checkin and out. There is no reception or personnel, other than a phone number you can call to speak with someone off-site. Impersonal kiosk and no one to help with the entry to the vestibule for check in if there is a question. Kiosk was not completely intuitive and the translation-instructions in english were ambiguous. We saw other people struggling with in too. Location on a densely populated street made the initial parking to drop off luggage is a problem. And you have to “checkin” at the kiosk first to get access to the parking garage with is impossible if you can’t stop the car someplace to do that.

Nice, clean modern apartment with good facilities including small kitchenette and fridge. Spacious bathroom. Left a little wash pack for our a baby as we had requested a crib. They allowed us to park our car earlier than the check in time which was great as there was a huge festival on and street parking was non existent. A short 10 min walk into the old town.

Check in was slightly clunky. Couldn’t get the key out of the machine at the specified check in time, no person to talk to, only machine or number to call.

This hotel is good value for money and offers a lot of space as it has a separate living room. We could do an early check-in which was great (however given the quite late check-in time (4pm) this was still a 'normal' check-in time at 2pm). Everything was clean and well arranged, there was even an iron which I highly needed for attending a Wedding. I can recommend this place.

The check-in process lacks personal contact of course. If this process would be faster this might outweigh this disadvantage maybe, however now I had to enter my name and more data on a relatively slow program. Just entering a booking code (with automatically having your pre-filled data connected) would improve this process already.

Comfortable apartment for two, with separate sitting and kitchen areas. Located close (a 5 min walk) to the historical centre and main tapas/restaurants. Very clean and modern. Good facilities including kettle, filter coffee machine, refillable toiletries, plenty of space for baggage. Building itself well maintained, with lockers available for luggage. Staff responsive if we asked anything. Check in is at a digital kiosk, but was straightforward, and they have a branch a few minutes away if anything is needed. Worth noting the café bar opposite (Iker) seemed to be open at most times, with good takeaway coffee, and it is a nice local bar for a drink too!

No complaints, only a suggestion that some wine glasses could be useful given it is in La Rioja!

This is a self-catering suite with an equipped kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and living room. You buy the food nearby (an Eroski market is one street to the east) and prepare your own meals in the room. There are television sets and the basic necessities to feel at home. It is a ten-minute walk from the bus station and the same time to the "old town" of Logrono. We were comfortable here. It is an automated check-in but everything went smoothly, everything was clean and everything worked. We spent four days and were completely satisfied.

The sofa and living room chair are uncomfortable unless you use the extra pillows provided. Find them in the closet. Bring your own bar soap if you don't like shower gel.

Good location and easy walking distance from the old town. Spacious appartment and well appointed.

It would have to be the most difficult check- in we have done. Intetacting with a machine with a line of other bewildered looking people trying to sort it out. No staff in the bulding to help so you need to ring. Once you are in, it’s all good.

Great location, quiet but very central. Lovely & modern crisp white bedlinen. Very tastefully decorated and furnished. Great with dog, however €15 extra for a dog per night seems excessive.

The check in procedure is frustrating. Its self check in at a machine in lobby and no immediate response when you contact customer service with a query. I think 4pm check in is too late. Can be tricky to access parking etc before self check.in.
