Great location, 1 minute walking from metro, no disturbances from the street, well and fully equipped room and bathroom, working AC. For breakfast there were some breads and sweet pastries (croissants were amazing!), cream cheese, meat and fish patés, jams, fruits and cereals. Great orange juice even though it ran out pretty soon, coffee, tea and not common but very appreciated by me - hot chocolate!

Not very stable wifi (colleague in the other room was satisfied though), breakfast consists mostly of sweet and mainly individually packed stuff, I would prefer more savory options (like cheese and eggs maybe). I personally would appreciate fridge in the room or maybe a kettle as well.

Excellent breakfast with pastries chesses yoghurts fruit orange juice and coffee. Excellent location: right next to the metro ( 2 minutes walk) which takes you into the centre of Madrid and good service to the airport( 2 changes) Staff were excellent and moved me from a double room to a twin room because my daughter decided to join me.

Mattress a little too hard but that is just a personal thing. Small amount of traffic noise but nothing excessive.

It’s super close to subway station and to the place I was going to. Staff was really friendly in the morning period. Room super clean.

One day I noticed they didn’t clean my shower, I was shocked because me and my friends commented that the hotel room was super clean. So I think something happened to the cleaning lady and forgot that one time. Rooms are small, and you can hear everything on the other side of the wall. Luckily I had only one noisy night.

Very good location, 20 minutes walk to Santiago Bernabeu, metro station right in front that takes you to Gran Via and Atocha train station, very clean.

There was only one long pillow for both of us (never had this before and it is a bit weird), however we slept like a rock so didn’t actually mind that much. A mini fridge could help and also a desk as sometimes we work while travelling, however the room is very small so probably it cannot fit a desk.

The hotel may not be 5 star but is exceptional value for money The room was clean and well appointed The staff are exceptional and made our stay.The train station is right outside and the train line stops at all the sights

We didn’t get to explore the area so I can’t comment on the neighbourhood. My brief experience was that it lacked character though had we had time I am sure the staff could have advised us

I had an amazing experience staying at this hotel in Madrid and would highly recommend it to anyone planning a visit to this vibrant city. The location is incredibly convenient, with the metro station right next to the hotel and Santiago Bernabeu just a 5-minute walk away. The metro line connects you directly to the city center, making it easy to explore all that Madrid has to offer. What truly impressed me was the attention to detail and the range of amenities provided. The room had everything one could need, from toothbrushes and towels to a razor, shampoo, and shower gel. The hotel offers a delicious breakfast, daily room cleaning service, and fresh towel replacements. They even have a convenient baggage storage service, allowing you to make the most of your day without lugging your bags around.

While my overall experience at the hotel was quite positive, I did have a couple of minor issues to mention. The rooms were a bit on the smaller side, which might be something to consider if you value more spacious accommodations. Additionally, I was a bit disappointed that there wasn't coffee available in the rooms, as I enjoy having a cup to kickstart my mornings. However, these were relatively minor inconveniences in the grand scheme of things, and they didn't significantly impact the overall quality of my stay.

We liked how centric the hotel is. It is so close to the metro, and to places to buy food. We went to Madrid to attend a game at the Santiago Bernabeu, and we loved how close it was. It was a nice 15min walk, we enjoyed doing.

It isn't about what we didn't like, but what we thought we would have like to have. A mini-fridge would be amazing to have in the rooms. When you buy water during the summer months, it would be nice to have a mini-fridge to cool beverages.

The breakfast was simple but adequate. I wished they had served eggs as well. The room was clean and bathroom size OK. The location was in a self-sufficient part of the city, lots of restaurants and supermarkets, and also just 2 mins from the Estrecho metro station.

It was just basic so we didn't expect too much. If you are driving there, be especially observant and cautious as the entrance is along a busy main road, so you may miss the turn-off, along the bus/taxi lane.

The receptionist (Raul) was very professional, friendly and helpful and the gentleman attending the breakfast room was also lovely. The room was very clean and spacious enough (double room) and mine faced the back of the property and was very quiet (when the man next door wasn't in his room) The shower was powerful and instant. The breakfast was okay. It had croissants and breads and one of those conveyor belt toasters and it had butter and jams, but the cheese and ham was in single serving spread form, instead of just normal ham and cheese slices. I didn't venture to try the ham paste so I can't comment on those and they might be very nice, who knows. It did have some fruit though. It's right next to the metro with direct line to the hustle and bustle of the city centre.
