Amazing place to stay. It has everything you need. The bed is comfortable. Great location (living room to the street but bedroom more silent). Nearby metro and bus stations. Very clean. Great communication with staff. You can get food at the hotel or in the neighbourhood shops, a big grocery store is nearby. We’ll definitely consider this apartment again in the future!

We would like a gel soap instead of the bar soap - it was a bit hard to wash it off from hands. But that’s really a minor issue 😊 Also the pidgeons from the bedroom side made some noises but it wasn’t a big deal for us.

Friendly, very helpful reception staff. Quirky hotel with personality. I enjoyed the spacious, clean room and was very appreciative of the small kitchenette. Tea making facilities seems to be rare in Spain. The on-site café was great! Hotel was close to the metro station

Lower level room slightly below street level so window was too high to open. Would have liked to be able to switch off air-conditioning at night. Wifi box ( I think ) glowed bright green at night ... a bit hard to sleep with it on.

If you want to be in Madrid and still feel more like a citizen rather than a tourist this hotel it's perfect. You live a bit outside of the center so you will not hear the mass a tourist around you at all times. The breakfast until 12 pm was incredible, you could stood up late after a whole night up and still enjoy a very tasty breakfast. The half balcony on the room was great when I had to do a bit of work. Also the design of the hotel being fairy tales and fables was also a plus.

Sometimes cleaning did took more time than intended, for example when I put the sign to indicate that the roo. can get clean, it took hours until they enter the room even when I was away all day and when I got back to rest at around 19:00 there was still nothing done.

Just a few blocks down from the Valdeacederas metro stop. Surrounded by shops and restaurants. Friendly staff. Clean room with lots of amenities. Great price for the area. You have to appreciate their commitment to a theme.

The mattress was a little too firm for me. While they've put a lot of effort into the decor, it could be reduced by about half and be more comfortable. The affirmations all over the walls and mirrors should definitely go. If you don't really love and live fairy tales, this is not the place for you.

The hotel is adjacent to a cafeteria where breakfast is served. There are four different breakfast formulas + an "a la carte" option with a wide choice of sweet and salty dishes. The staff there is very quick and efficient. The hotel is far from the city centre but very close to metro line 1 that will take you directly to Sol square and Atocha train station. The members of the cleaning staff: always smiling and very polite. Lots of grocery shops nearby.

This hotel was centrally located, which was handy. They were able to accommodate our request for twin share. The room was small, but we managed. Whilst breakfast is not an option, and they do not have a foyer, there was a caféattached to the hotel which served decent food at reasonable prices. The hotel is quirky, colourful, and you are made to feel part of their family. I highly recommend it.

Showers over baths are unsafe for older travellers, my travel buddy struggled. This is common over many areas of Europe, a better option is a reasonable sized enclosed shower cubicle so that water doesn't go all over the floor, making it easy to get in and out. I understand the need for baths for small children, but twin rooms rarely need baths in budget hotels.

Everything was better than expected, better than presented on booking.com! Good location, close to metro, buses, restaurants, supermarkets, friendly staff, very good cafeteria downstairs, possibility to leave the luggage. Good insulation, we could not hear the traffic or the neighbors. Attention to details, very nicely decorated rooms, so pretty! Welcome sweets, water and tea. Really nice surprise, awesome place, I am sorry we were only staying for 1 night.

I recently stayed at this hotel and the experience was really positive. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious and well furnished. The bathroom was clean and equipped with all the necessary comforts. I did not encounter any problems during my stay, and the staff was courteous and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay and without hitches.

The point I consider the most critical are the walls. These are not very thick so it is possible that the neighbors can be felt or that they can hear you. ​

I've booked a studio room on the top floor. I have a lot of love for this room. What I love the most about the room is the light. The light streams in all day, and the room is spacious, lovely, and clean. It makes me feel at home, and the staffs are so nice and welcoming. There are a few markets in the neighborhood, it's very convenient to buy groceries. As for transportation to the center, the metro line one is around a 5-10 minute by walk, and it takes about 15 minutes to reach the Gran Via area, which is very convenient. If I were to travel to Madrid again, I would definitely book this room!

Excellent location and great staff. I arrived early and was able to leave my bags. My studio was rommey and comfortable and the bed was very comfortable. Good water pressure in the shower and it had everything I needed. Just a 4 min walk from the Metro station and there is a Mercardo supermarket opposite. The hotel has a little cafe in reception and the service and food where excellent. Happy to stay again.
