It’s a good location, surrounded by shops and restaurants. The street is not the nicest but it’s clean and safe and close to the metro and buses

The layout of the hotel was a bit messy. Too many ups and downs and since I had knee surgery I had issues with that but that’s on me. I think people who have difficulty with stairs should reconsider staying here. There are two elevators one for the M floor and then walking to the other elevator to get to your floor room; it’s something that you find in countries in Europe as hotels buy many properties and then put them together and some are smartly built some are not.

The location was great, just next to Gran Via and Plaza Espana. The hotel was clean and modern, the room was spacious and comfortable. It was also quiet and relaxing, no noise from anywhere.

There was no coffee machine available, just instant coffee and paper cups. It's not very eco friendly to use paper cups every day, plus at a hotel like this - a nespresso should be provided, like in most hotels in Madrid. It's a bit expensive for what it is, given there's no terrace or bar.

Excellent location, close to one of the busiest and most beautiful streets in Madrid. A lot of small restaurants around - Spanish, Asian, Italian. Close also to the Royal Palace (less than 10 minutes walk) and to a magnificent park with great views. Spacious and clean room, with large and comfortable beds, kettle and water, coffee and tea provided, Bathroom with all necessary things - toothbrushes and tooth paste, hair combs, make-up pads, shampoo, conditioner and body cream, hairdrier, etc.

However, the bathroom definitely needed renovation - unstable hangers for the towels and for the hair dryer, water leaking from the shower onto the bathroom floor and as a consequence the floor towel always wet.

friendly staff - spacious and clean rooms we took 2 connected rooms -very nice for family like in your own home - location 5mn walk to gran via - we took breakfast once it was ok - no noise at all - Value for money - we also now part of the eurostars members and we got 10% when we went to valencia also eurostar valencia was very good very nice connected rooms.

nothing. They should provide water everyday to the room and you should get toothbrushes and slippers in the room without asking.

A bit too expensive for what is there tbh. There were paper cups for the kettle to make tea but then once you use them that is it, no new cups the next day :) The hotel insists on collecting my email and phone, tells me they will not be used for marketing purporsessand then calls me on the phone on Sunday evening to ask me for evaluating the hotel. There was a woman moaning for a solid hour that was clear to be heard in the room..awkward

IT HAPENED TO US IN 3 DIFFERENT HOTELS IN SPAIN: IT SEEMS THAT IF YOU STAY IN LOWER FLOORS (E.G. 1ST FLOOR) YOU HAVE TO ACCEPT A RATHER BAD SMELL, AS IF COMING FROM SEWERS. IT HAPENED TO US IN BILBAO AND IN MADRID. THE PERSONNEL IN THE FRONT DESK WAS WILLING TO HELP BUT ALTHOUGH THEY STATED THAT THEY NEVER HEARD OF ANYTHING SIMILAR BEFORE, THEY SOUNDED RATHER APOLOGETIC. WE MANAGED TO GET ALONG WITH IT BY KEEPING THE WINDOWS OPEN, BUT DON'T KNOW WHAT WE WOULD HAVE DONE IF WE HAD TO STAYED LONGER.

Nothing everything was perfect.

The room was very clean and big, we had a lovely balcony as well that had a view of the whole street. Location is amazing, close to all the city attractions and shops! Great wifi and room service was very good as well. On our check out day, since we had a flight in the evening the hotel let us also leave our baggage with them.

We didn't get slippers and robes when we checked in but I think you can request it at front desk
