The bed was really comfortable. Additionally, all staff (except for 1 person) was very very nice, specially considering that I traveled with a kid of 1,5 years that was always running from one side to the other. The breakfast was also very nice with lots of diversity. The food from the restaurant was also very good.

The only thing that was not ok was the person that was on the frontdesk during my check-in. I had some particularities on my reservation and I felt that she was on a rush and was not really listening to me. Also, her facial expression showed some exasperation when I tried to explain myself. I decided to not ask all the questions I had and returned after to speak with other staff

Breakfast was really very good and very nice; plenty of choices, great coffee etc. Breakfast Crew was very sweet and phenomenal! We had a very very good steak in the restaurant. The reception staff was very helpful and very friendly. Beds are great, good pillows, good shower! Free on street parking (not a problem and safe for the car) Supermarket less than 100 meters away Quiet neighbourhood

A little far from the center of Madrid We hated driving in Madrid - our advice is to take an Uber or train (walk to Fuencarral Train Station) Beware of environmental stickers on (rental) cars - read about it before driving into Madrid to prevent fines

During my stay at the hotel, I was thoroughly impressed by the level of comfort and cleanliness provided. The rooms were immaculate and cozy, making it easy to relax and unwind. The professionalism of the reception staff, including Micheal, Andrea, and Noella, hope didn’t forget any one was during y stay is truly stood out. Their high level of client orientation was evident in their warm greetings, efficient service, and willingness to assist with any inquiries. Overall, my experience at the hotel was exceptional, thanks to the comfortable accommodations and the outstanding service provided by the reception staff.

We stayed here in order to visit Madrid a couple of days. The hotel is a 10 min walk to the subway that takes you straight in to town. There is steet parking available but I parked in the underground car park as a cost of 24 Euros. The rooms are good size and air conditioned which is good in the summer heat. There are a couple of nice places to eat close by and a supermarket about 30 seconds walk. Breakfast is standard Holiday Inn but the warm stuff was always cold so we stuck to cold.meats and cheese.

The room was spacious and clean, with a mini-fridge, plenty of space to place the luggage, kettle (very important for tea and mate 🧉) and a comfy bed. Good amount of power outlets, but sadly not on both sides of the bed (not a problem though, but a nice to have) Breakfast was excellent: delicious and a great variety of foods to choose from.

Frosted glass wall and door for the bathroom wasn't very comfortable. Nothing was visible but isolation wasn't complete (plus I felt like walking into an office rather than toilet).

Location was a little bit further away from the centre, but this is no reflection on the Holiday Inn, because the hotel is excellent.

The room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was of a very good quality. The location was ideal for my visit in terms of proximity to the airport, my meeting destination and local transport services.

The room could have provided complimentary water. It could also have provided more cupboard space for clothes. Other than that it was a pleasant stay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Holiday Inn Madrid - Las Tablas and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The cozy atmosphere, comfortable bed, and delightful breakfast made my stay truly comfortable.

The staff are so sweet and nice. The room was excellent in terms of size and cleanliness. I loved how fast and easy the check-in/out processes were. We arrived at 7 am even though our check-in was at 2 pm and they still checked us in with no hesitation or extra charges!

The location is a bit far from the center.

Good breakfast, more fresh vegetables would have bene ideal. Relatively close to the metro and bus.

There were no disposable slippers - the only thing to improve in the room.
