We had a layover in Madrid so wanted a place close to the airport with a free shuttle. After we booked I developed mobility issues. I then asked the hotel to provide a room with a shower that was reasonably easy to get into. To our surprise, the hotel changed our entire room to one suited for a handicapped individual. It was large and the bathroom had all the necessary accommodations. The king size bed was very comfortable and it had the best pillow I ever used. The hotel’s efforts were very much appreciated. There was nothing I did not like. The shuttle was great but through no fault of the hotel there was a mixup with the pickup. Without going into detail, it should be known that the hotel will pick you up at whatever terminal you land.

Good facilities and location near the airport

During the booking process, I was not made aware that you had to reserve a place in the shuttle to the airport. When I wanted to use it, it was fully booked for 3 hours. I had to order a taxi, no big deal, but if you advertise free shuttle, make the customers aware that reservations will be necessary.

Excellent location near to the airport and to the motorway. Room was extremely clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Price was very reasonable.

Upon arrival at the property, the check-in process was quick and efficient, with friendly staff ready to assist. The room itself exceeded expectations—spacious, clean, and exceptionally comfortable, providing everything needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

During check-in, the receptionist did not provide clear or comprehensive information about the amenities offered by the hotel. I was simply directed to the elevator and told which floor my room was on, with no further details about facilities such as dining options, the gym, pool, or other services available on the property. It would have been helpful to receive a brief overview or even a brochure outlining everything the hotel has to offer, especially for first-time guests unfamiliar with the layout or amenities.

Comfortable and location when taking an early fly. Free shuttle to the airport. Confortable beds. Cleaness. Quick check in. Spacious room.

When booking, the payment option was pay at property but still I got charged 4 days before the stay, and the explanation was due to busy period. If pay at property is not an option, they should advertise it as do other hotels, where the payment date is shown. Other than that, all good as usual .

everything was superb, great staff, facilities etc

the pool was closed the week before we arrived. if i had known this, i would have booked a hotel with an open pool!

For a night stop between flights, my stay at the hotel was very pleasant. The airport really shuttle works 24/7. you do have to get lucky on the timing: the driver could be 5 min away or in the middle of driving back to the hotel. The hotel restaurant was convenient - it doesnt have plenty of options but it serves as a late dinner after a flight (open until midnight). The room was very comfortable, and the breakfast buffet (if you dont have to fly early next morning) was great - definitely worth the price. To order the shuttle back to the airport, you must book in advance once you check in at the hotel.

The flow of water in the shower head is a bit weak the pillows on the bed were a little flat. if the bathroom amenities could be inside the room and not at the front desk, that could be very helpful

Nice hotel super convenient for the airport just 8 mins drive away. Spacious room, super clean and heated bathroom floors which we appreciated given it was -2 degrees outside. Free onstreet parking and complimentary shuttle to the airport.

Staff were not so friendly, very blunt. The booking process was a bit cumbersome, needing to update your card twice to confirm your reservation seems unnecessary. You cannot book the shuttle til they send you the link to check-in online which I had to message them to ask for the link, then the shuttle time we were hoping for was already fully booked. However they did offer us an earlier time so overall good.

The room was clean, spacious and the amenities were great and high quality, the employees were very polite and nice, they made us feel like royalty, the free shuttle is a plus but it had a couple of things we did not like much

I had a hard time figuring out the heater, at some point the room became too hot and I had no idea how to measure that, as a tourist feom a tropical country, we don't have those devices so we don't know how to use them, you should have the instructions glued to the wall near the heater controls. The shuttle had way too many stops around the airport so keep that in mind , the hotel is like a 5 minutes drive but we spent like 1 hour waiting and traveling in the shuttle

I have been coming to this hotel annually for 15 years. It’s starting to show its age. Hallways are dark and can use an update. Wall decor looks more suitable for kindergarten. Faucet in the shower was loose as if it was about to come out of the wall. And we had difficulty getting water in between scalding hot and freezing. When we sat down for cocktails before dinner on the side seating area the table and floor was quite dirty. Dinner service was very slow. It’s obvious that the restaurant was understaffed.
