Very modern hotel with nice design; Clean and comfortable overall; Friendly and helpful staff; Breakfast was good - I loved that you could ask for a warm meal such as scrambled eggs with bacon; Bus stops and metro stations in proximity; Lovely parks nearby; Close to the airport.

The ventilator kept going on and off on its own, it didn't bother me too much but it was annoying. There was no salad bar at the breakfast buffet but I noticed this at many hotels in Madrid so I assume it's just a spanish thing. It would be nice to just have some slices of tomatoes, cucumbers and lettuce, just a little. It felt too carby - needs more fiber.

Very comfortable beds, spacious bathroom, nice view from the window in the city. Hotel was 15 minutes on foot to the closest metro station, 20 minutes on foot to the riyad air metropolitan stadium, 15 minutes by taxi to the airport, many bus stops around. The line of the closest metro ( suanzes) goes straight to the city center.The neighborhood was very nice with many restaurants and shops around. The hotel had everything you need for short or long stays. I would like to have complimentary slippers and earbuds but it didn't really matter to me. I loved the eco friendly atmosphere and attitude in every detail in the room. Every corner was spotlesly clean. A perfect detail was the bathroom mirror that would not get foggy due to heating system behind it. I loved the armchair and the floor standing lamp which was ideal for reading if you don't want to lay down. The staff speaks very good English and they were very welcoming and helpful. The price was really good though we booked it last minute. I will definitely choose it again!

We did not have a breakfast, everything was prefect, just the problem was the painting work, which affected our comfort and rest.

The hotel was excellent, as were its services. However, I must point out that on both days, there were painting works taking place in our hallway, which significantly disrupted our rest. Especially in the mornings, when we couldn't sleep due to the noise from the work. I understand that the work needs to be done, but perhaps we could have been informed about it in advance, or maybe some form of compensation could have been offered for the reduced comfort. Despite this, we were very satisfied with the hotel, but this negative experience made our trip and the subsequent morning rest less pleasant.

Good location, very close to a bus station and a 10-15 min walk to a metro station. The rooms we stayed in were spacious, bed was comfy and the bathroom was really big. It was nice to have a bathtub. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, with good variety of food available.

They don't have toilet brushes, which is a very strange thing not to have in a bathroom. And another thing, they process the payment for the reservations as transactions without CVV. Which is highly unsecure, and because they never provided a response to my messages via booking, I had to reschedule my reservations and that cost me around 200 euros. All because they process their payments without CVV, and banks don't usually allow these transactions as they are insecure.

- Staff were really helpful. - Huge, comfortable bed. - Excellent wheelchair access throughout whole hotel - Great price for the location, about 30 mins from centre of Madrid (10-15 min walk to Metro and 15 mins on Metro) and 10-15 mins drive from airport. - Quiet rooms despite hotel being on busy road.

- We had requested a twin and when we checked in they only had a double available. Staff were helpful sorting it out and brought an extra trundle bed but would have preferred if request for twin had been noted. - No kettle or tea/coffee making facilities in the room

Stayed here at the start and end of our trip. It was a nice, comfortable hotel with excellent staff, nice gym, and restaurant and bar. Close to the metropolitano which was perfect for us but a little further from downtown Madrid if that’s what you are looking for. Within a 15 min walk of Subway lines 5 & 7, easy, short, cheap trip to/from the airport by taxi. Some nice restaurants around.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. They allowed us to check in early, at 11.30 am, which was very nice. The room was very comfortable and everything looked new and worked well. The staff were friendly and the room was serviced well. The continental breakfast was one of the best I've had in terms of range and quality. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The location is fine, but it is a 45 minutes trip to the city centre by bus no. 28 from opposite the hotel or metro, with the station being a 12 minutes walk away. The room had a fridge but no kettle, bin, or tissues.

A comfortable hotel in a beautiful quiet neighborhood which covers the distance fact from the city center that can be easily accessible by bus 28, the stop is just near the hotel(as in photo), or a 15 minute walk to Metro San Blas or Suanzes to go to any location in Madrid. The staff are kind and helpful. The room is comfy and has the main necessities. The price is okay for a 4 star hotel in a main attraction city like Madrid and compared to private apartments. They can arrange a taxi pickup for you but that's not difficult to do it yourself with airport taxis that work on taxi meter or via taxi apps...So it would be a good add if the hotel has a shuttle bus or private transfer from airport/central bus stations. The hotel was very nice and cleand, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very tasty with the wide variety of food. The neighborhood seemed to ba calm, however it's more like a business area, so not may stuff to do, places to eat during the weekends.

The underground is farther than expected and you have to go uphill. - takes about 45min to the city centre. But uber to the city cetre is about 9-13€ during day-time and 16-22€ during night-time. And takes about 15min.

Stayed in a twin bed. lovely shower with a fixed head and a moveable part. Had a bidet in the bathroom always a great surprise. Breakfast was good-basic, buffet style with option to order hot food. mainly cold meats and breads. We picked this hotel because it was near the stadium for Metallica. was literally about a 20 min walk. ideal for walking back afterwards.

how far it was from madrid, but we chose the location for Metallica not site seeing. Chose to go into Madrid town for food as nearby wasn't amazing. line 5 for the metro was at the top of the road and was a 20 min ride to middle of shopping district Gran Via. line 8 from the airport was not an option, as we wouldve had to change for a bus and still walk the rest of the way. If you want airport to hotel with ease and shortest time, get a taxi. for us it was around 30 euro.
