Outstanding Stay with Exceptional Service I recently stayed at NH Collection Colón for a week of business and leisure, a wonderful escape from my home country, and I am thrilled to share that my experience exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff ensured that every aspect of my stay was perfect. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff was both welcoming and efficient. I was pleasantly surprised by my room—it was impeccably clean and spacious, let alone the great location, easy access to all attractions, great food and luxury shopping. Throughout my stay, every staff member I encountered went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, from providing recommendations for local attractions to quickly addressing any requests I had. I would like to especially thank Cristhian at the concierge. From day one, he attended to all my requests and ensured my experience in Spain was both in-depth and authentic. His responsiveness and attention to detail exemplify top-notch customer service. With his assistance and hospitality, I enjoyed Spain even more. Overall, NH Collection Colón exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay. I look forward to returning on my next visit to Madrid.

Overall, the experience was positive. The room was not very large but well-equipped, renovated, and had everything we needed. The interior view of the courtyard was not the best choice. The highlight was the staff; their service was excellent, from the arrival to the breakfast team. It's been a while since I've encountered such friendly and attentive staff. The location was perfect for us—very central, well-connected, and close to many restaurants and places to go out for a drink.

Not much to comment on, except for the strong smell of bleach in the room, which was very clean, but the smell was overpowering. Additionally, the interior view of the courtyard was not what we desired. But that's about it.

The staff are the real treasures of this property. Everyone was so helpful and eager to help. When we had a problem with the bathroom, someone came up to help us within three minutes. The location was also excellent! It was within walking distance from all the shopping and good restaurants.

The restaurant bar closes early. But this really isn't a big issue.

there were three of us. we were given a two-room suite. spacious. everything needed was in the room. The location is perfect in my opinion. respectable area. there are many restaurants around. been in Amazonika and Captain. next stop city bus tour if you are the first time. near metro. walk 10 minutes gran via and all attractions. Behind the hotel is a street with all possible shops. all in all very convenient. breakfasts are good. The staff are responsive. help. on the side of the hotel, on the corner, a lovely little restaurant with good food

The location is amazing close to major shopping streets and the best restaurants in town. The staff were helpful, especially Rafael, Nacho and David!

The beds are super small even in a suite! 130cm wide so didn't sleep well at all. The maintenance guy doesn't know what he's doing, he couldn't even program the AC foe summer mode. It was later done by David from the front desk.

The bar area was cozy and convenient. Bartender was personable and made great suggestions for drinks. Staff at front desk were very nice and professional and provided us with information about the surrounding area.

A little difficult to maneuver into the hotel room with a large suitcase.

Close location and walkable. Excellent staff and amazing breakfast!! Clean boutique hotel.

No small dresser/ drawers. Kept my suitcases full and a little inconvenient. The window open a light wind blew metal tiles on ceiling. Scared us. And had to figure putting them back.

What a treat. From arriving and being shown immediately to the parking to a friendly check in - fabulous comfortable clean room, great area to walk around. Honestly the best breakfast imaginable. I cannot rave enough. HIGHLY recommend and will definately stay again.

The staff is the best asset this hotel has. Nacho was ecxellent, solved my window problem immediately. Rafael at the breakfast also ecxellent. Very well located. My only complein was the toilet paper that was like sand paper.

The property is very well located, secured, the rooms are well furnished and clean, the staff is very helpful and welcoming, the breakfast has variety.
