Very nice and helpfull staff. Very pretty rooms and the garden was very beautiful ! The location was outstanding!! There were delicious restaurants and small bakeries everywhere, and a metro stop right outside the door :)

We payed for a room with a small kitchen so we could make some breakfast or lunch, but the kitchen did not have anything else than plates, cutlery and cups, which made it very difficult to make anything.

It is a very spacious room and the photos don’t give it justice. It very modern and clean. The bed is extremely comfortable for an excellent night sleep. The accommodation although a bit out of the centre has an underground station right around the corner, which takes you directly to the city centre in 10-15 mins. The staff are very friendly and helpful so I enjoyed a smooth stay.

I’m a very light sleeper and could hear the noise from the corridor through the door. At the moment (April 2025) the next door building is being renovated. But I wore ear plugs and neither bothered me

What was there not to like. Very clean establishment, friendly and helpful staff. Gingko bar is a must when you stay here. Food was great. Although just in the outskirts of the main hustle and bussle, Metro was a 5 min walk. Lots of local cafes / bars etc. It's very much eat where the locals eat, some nice little independent boutiques and cheaper than the main tourist areas of the city. Although do not let us put you off from the main area's as there is lots of things to see and visit, do take some of the side roads and you will find some lovely little squares and eateries, and hidden beauties.

The only downside is that you can sometimes hear through walls or hear walking about in the above rooms. However, this was mainly first thing in the morning around breakfast time, and you will get this is most hotels. If you stay on a Friday night, be prepared to hear social noise from the local bars. This did not bother us but may bother others who stay here.

Convenient place, a quiet neighbourhood close to the centre and airport (20+ minutes by bus 200). Spacious rooms. There's nothing wrong with towels and bathrooms as other reviews suggested. Decent wifi. Two types of coffee machines (electric drip and Nespresso).

The garden side is quiet but the rooms are not soundproof (don't trust this mark if you're a light sleeper). You can easily hear other people talking not to mention closing heavy doors. The fridge works like a tank (but there's a possibility of switching it off). Kitchen equipment is modest at least. Lacks a decent knife for bread or fruits. Nothing to wash tables except hot water. From pictures it looks like you can sit on the sofa bed, in reality, it is very far from being comfortable.

- Parking is huge, new and easy to access. Included in price. Free electric charging stations in the parking. - Location very near to El Retiro Park and City Center by car 5-10 min. - Clean - Really comfortable bed - Staff is very polite and helpful - Pleasant atmosphere - We ordered food delivery from outside, driver found us easily and promptly, without additional instructions.

Could put more tissues. And no washing machine, but offering laundry service like a hotel.

We arrived in Madrid by train late at night so were grateful for the 24-hour reception. We were greeted and checked in by a friendly member of staff. He was warm and welcoming and the check-in process was smooth allowing us to get up to our room quickly to rest. We were incredibly impressed by the room, it was much bigger than expected, modern in decoration and well equipped with a kitchenette. The shower was wonderful, beds and pillows were comfy. The room was cleaned well everyday. Staff at reception lent us an umbrella when it was raining and were helpful with storing our luggage after checkout so we could keep exploring.

It was a little bit noisy. The soundproofing wasn't the best and we could hear the people upstairs moving around. One day in particular it sounded like children running back and forth upstairs for hours on end. We didn't mention this to staff as it was our last day so they may have been able to do something to help if we had. The location is a little out of the centre so most sites take about 30 mins to reach by metro but we knew this when booking and didn't mind as it was a nice quiet area.

I believe the hotel gave me an upgrade on my stay, as I was really surprised with the size of the room when I walked in. I originally booked a double room, but got a huge room that had a lounge and kitchen area! The breakfast is good with sweet and savoury options, and the staff were all kind and helpful. I asked for the reception to call me a taxi for the next morning as I had a morning flight, and the driver was there waiting for me around 10 minutes early. Would highly recommend this hotel for business trips.

The only less positive thing I can mention is the wifi. For some reason the hotel wifi worked in some parts of the room but not in the bed area. This didn't affect me much as I didn't specifically work from the hotel.

It was so close to the city center, which was very convenient. The room also included numerous unexpected commodities, such as: toothbrushes, razors and shaving cream, sink, electrical oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, etc. as well as some drinks free of charge! The room was spacious with a sitting area equipped with a table, some soft chairs, a couch, and even a TV. Room was spacious and comfortable.

Room was very clean, large, great bed.

1. Water pressure is low and needs to be improved, so the shower is not as nice as it should be. 2. WiFi - it was slow at times, and it cut out at times. Quick reliable Wifi is an essential these days and must be something the hotel can improve upon. Fix these 2 things and you've got a great overall experience.

Situated in a quiet part of the upmarket Salamanca district - we didn't mind the walking required to get to the busier parts of Madrid. Room was excellent in terms of size, facilities and cleanliness. Good bar - best mojitos we've ever had - and restaurant, with a good choice of stuff for breakfast. The hotel has great garden in which to relax - a real bonus for Madrid. Excellent value for money.
