Everything - I have stayed here before and was put in the exact same room as I was in previously which I loved. The balconies are the best part; looking down at the busy streets with fab scenery.

I knew this was the same room and had hoped that the shower had been fixed, but unfortunately it had not. The seal on the bottom of the shower has been broken for around 2 years now (since I was last there) and it meant that all of the shower water was leaking out onto the bathroom floor. We showered 2-3 times a day due to the heat and excursions, so this was quite fustrating. Also, we were only given two medium sized towels along with two hand towels, so more towels would have been nice on arrival.

Great 4-night stay in Málaga. I had to change the apartment that I had originally booked as it was horrible. So, I quickly booked that one and wanted to check in one hour later. Although it was outside of check-in hours and reception was not open when I arrived, I spoke to the receptionist and she helped me to get my keys. So, many thanks again accommodating this! As to the apartment, it is in the city centre, very clean, has everything you need to cook. The furniture was modern and of high quality. There is also a mini bar at the reception where you can get coffee, soft drinks and snacks free of charge. This was a nice treat. I highly recommend Casa de la Merced Suites.

The internet connection was not that stable and fast. But it was OK overall.

I had a wonderful stay at this property in Malaga Old Town. The location is perfect—right near the city center, with plenty of fantastic food options and grocery stores just steps away. The room was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the added touches like a TV, coffee machine, and even some sweets at reception made it feel very welcoming. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything I needed to prepare meals, which was a big plus. Highly recommend this place for its cleanliness, comfort, and convenience!

This was SUPERB!!!! So clean and cozy! Did not feel like a studio at all!!! Was new , with all amenities , little kitchenette with 1 mini fridge and another one of bigger size with 2 small water bottles inside…..2 bathrooms !!!!!!! One in the living room and another one up the stairs in the bedroom , both with showers and more than enough towels and toiletries !! It was beyond amazing !!!! The staff were easy to deal with as we checked in after they finished their working hours … was easy to communicate and they were so nice!! Such an easy process !! Also there is a coffee machine downstairs for guests to use with capsules and selection of teas, also little muffins and biscuits and cola drinks and water … was like a self service little mini bar area !!! So handy , I loved it!!! The place itself was within walking distance to everything …. Honestly nothing bad to say at all!! Absolutely love this place !!!

The location is incredible to see Malaga, you couldn’t really get any better. One of our favourite apartments we have ever stayed. We loved the little fridge at the reception where we could grab a drink or a bit of fruit each day. We loved how our room at an upstairs and downstairs area, and the rooms were very beautiful. Would definitely stay here again. The staff were also very friendly and accommodating

Not great place if you want to hire a car. It’s difficult to find a park in the street and the car parks are very expensive. My advice would be to try and park at the University area which is a 15 minute walk away.

The location is exceptional! The hotel is really modern and VERY clean. The room was really great and came with everything. It is located near the Picasso Museum so for us it was perfect. Really great choice to stay in Malaga.

When we showered, the water leaked out and flooded the bathroom a bit. We had to put more towels so that this would not happen. We reported it to the front desk, they said it was a known problem and that they would clean and change the towel on the floor but they did not. So we used the same wet towel on the floor for the 3 days we stayed. Minor detail: The check out time is not clear, here in the description it says 10:00-12:00pm. However, check out is at 11:00am.

Great location right in the mix of everything, really easy for taxis. Easy check in via WhatsApp. Had everything we needed in terms of cooking facilities etc. was also very clean. We were able to leave our bags after checkout which was great.

Very loud in the corridors in the night… you can’t hear noise from the busy streets but you can hear everything from the corridors of the building! Staff shouting as late as 1am so I didn’t sleep well.

Super friendly, helpful, easygoing staff. Excellent location, right in the centre of town. Clean and comfortable facilities. And if you have a late departure, they let you store your baggage there.

It took a fair while for the shower water to get hot for apartments on the first floor, but once I understood this, it was fine.

Prime location as everything is on walking distance both the center as the beach. The building is beautiful inside, the room as well. It gives a hotel room feeling but yet it's more a studio. Beds comfortable, room is spacious enough and it has everything you need.

Not sure if it was just my room but it took a long time for the water in the shower to get warm. As mentioned by others you do hear noise from inside and outside, if you are a light sleeper like me bring some earplugs.

Perfect location, big room, basic kitchen, lots of storage space. On the ground floor there was some refreshments and snacks

Bed is not very comfortable, sheets are not fitted. It took a long time for hot water to come in the shower.
