This is a lovely hotel right by the train station and only 5-10 mins walk to the cathedral and port. The receptionist, Manuel was so helpful and went out of his way to ensure I could checkin to my room when I arrived about 1pm. I had booked a room with a balcony and he allocated us room 801 which was lovely with an enormous private terrace. It felt like the penthouse suite as it was on the 8th floor on its own! The breakfast was also good with alot of choices of cereals, cheeses, pastries plus eggs and sausages. All in all a great stay in Malaga.

It would be nice to have tea/coffee facilities in the room. Or failing that have use of the coffee machine in the breakfast room just to get a cup of hot water for tea after a day exploring!

It was our honeymoon, and we could not have been better welcomed by Javier and the team. Our room was perfect, big and very comfortable. The hotel is very clean and quiet. Always someone in the reception if you need something. We are also thankful for the treats (champagne&chocolates :D) The location is exceptional. The train station is located 2min walk from the hotel (very easy to come&go to the airport and also Fuengirola) and the hotel is located about 5min walk from the city centre. We did everything walking. There are many restaurants, shoppings, and all you need around. We also loved the terrace, a lovely room to rest and spend one end of the night having some drink, chatting and getting some fresh air. We loved our time there. Thank you all xx

The beds are super comfi. Different pillows to choose. The room was totally cleaned everyday: not only beds and towels, but all other things as well- sink, mirrors, shower, closet, the floor was vacuumed. Location: sea, old town, grocery stores in irs nearby. Easy to get from/to airport by train (only 4 stops) and the station itself only 300 m away.

The breakfast could be a little bit better: no vegetables at all, one type of juice (orange) etc. Restaurant itself is very small and at the peak time, which is 9:00-10:00 a.m., all the tables are occupied.

everything was great, the woman at the front desk was amazing and so so sweet.

we did get stuck in the elevator, but we exceeded the weight limit so it was completely our fault. the lady was so helpful and tried to keep us calm. she immediately got us water when we got out 30 minutes later.

This hotel is in an excellent location, near the train station with direct line to the Airport and near the centre of Malaga. Our room was lovely and very clean. Breakfast was really nice with lots of choice and lovely staff. I found the hotel good value and I liked that the area in front of the hotel was Pedestrian.

Possibly the hotel lobby to have a tea or coffee making facility for hotel residents as there is none in the bedrooms, but other than this everything is very good.

Location near the center, helpful staff (with luggage room, picnic pack, electronic kettle), various breakfast, everyday cleaning. Everything was fine, enjoyed the stay.

In room 303 the upper part of the window is broken and can not fully close (red the issue in another comment before arrive) and because of this, the street can be very noisy, especialy during weekend or heavy wind. If you are not a good sleeper, better ask for another room (we had not problem with it).

- Rooms were big and spotless, amazing quality for the price - The location was perfect, it took us 10 minutes to walk to the city centre, and the train stop (Málaga Centro Alameda) was a few steps away from the hotel - The neighbourhood seems very safe, very quiet at night even though it is busy area during the day - Fantastic staff, very friendly and welcoming - We had a chance to leave our baggage in a hotel on our day of leaving and grab them later without any charge which I think is a big plus - Because it was my birthday, I did get a very nice treat from the hotel, which I think is extremely nice considering not all of the places are doing something like that - AC in the rooms were working properly which definitely helped during very humid nights

- We had a room with balcony, it was quite small balcony so I would say if someone wants to have a lot of space on the balcony they should consider that when booking but we didn’t mind at all. Besides that, everything was perfect.

Apartment was spacious and immaculately clean. Location was excellent only a few hundred yards from the train station and within easy walking distance of all main sights, never more than 15-20 min walk from where we wanted to be and closer to others. Good sized bathroom with clean towels daily. Staff were extremely helpful. We were room only so cannot comment on breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.

Unaware the minibar was charged as no price list and we were not made aware of this. Not a huge deal for us personally but many catch some out. Would be helpful to be made aware of that. Accomodation facilities states there is a coffee house on site which is not the case, again not a huge deal but perhaps worth updating this detail as we were aware there was no kettle/coffee machine and thought that would be OK both the provision of a coffee house. All of these are extremely minor and wouldn't out us off staying again.

When inside rather small reception and the chloride smell made me afraid of what I have booked, but the room was very nice! The person at the desk was super friendly, helpful and in general gave such a good vibes. Hotel is located around 20 min walk distance from the Maria Zambrano train station.

There was only one lift and one person at the desk, depending how lucky one is when arriving, it might take some time to check-in. I´m 1.72m tall and the bed felt a bit short (I removed the other pillow, so that my feet do not hang outside of the bed). Doors had to be closed with force.

I booked the hotel for its location - not far from the airport and train station. We had two rooms; they were clean had what we needed for a one night stay. A comfortable bed, a good bathroom with an excellent shower. We were very happy that we could walk out from the hotel and find cafes and bars, which were great.

There were no tea and coffee making facilities in the room. We also found our room a little too warm ( in February) and had to open the balcony door to cool the room down.
