Susana was incredibly polite and exceeded our expectations in every way. She helped us order the perfect birthday cake, beautifully decorated the room, and even organized our transfers to and from the airport. Also, Ana was very polite and informative, giving us excellent recommendations on cafes and restaurants in Marbella that really enhanced our stay. Their professionalism and warm service made our experience truly memorable. Overall, all employees were polite. The hotel was super clean and very well located, steps away from the beach and the historical center.

Room was fabulous, plenty of wardrobe space, sufficient power sockets (including USB ports), fridge, case holder and a really comfortable bed. Shower was large and powerful, bathroom contained everything you could want. Fantastic electronic system to display "Don't disturb/Please clean" rather than paper hangers also indicates whether you are in the room or not, this works so well! Staff were amazing, couldn't have been more helpful or friendly (reception and housekeeping).

The restaurant, which also takes external reservations is not well set up for dinner guests staying half board. Bed and breakfast seems more popular and this was never anything but pleasurable. Ana at reception quickly addressed our concerns and amended our booking, the hotel is centrally located and many other restaurants were easily accessed.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Lima Hotel. Although the hotel is in the centre, is it quiet and you can sleep well. Comfortable bed and pillows. The breakfast is very good. You can choose what you want to eat for hot dishes. Great and friendly staff. I highly recommend it.

They don't have a rack for drying clothes in the balcony. It would help a lot when you want to drying your swimsuits. Although for Monday-Friday they have program for breakfast from 7:30 AM, we was in the last day at 7:30 AM and they couldn't make us hot dishes because there wasn't nobody to the kichen. But it was ok because we had eat cold dishes and drank tea and coffe.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel! The breakfast was absolutely incredible. What made my stay truly special was the surprise the staff prepared for my birthday. They decorated my room with balloons and made me feel so celebrated and appreciated. It was such a thoughtful gesture and completely unexpected! The entire team was warm, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Highly recommended – I’ll definitely be coming back!

Friendly, helpful and supporting reception staff. Modern, comfortable and clean room with very good amenities. Excellent breakfast with decent variety. Great location in central Marbella with easy access to all high interest attractions and places. Nice rooftop area with pool, bar and mountain views.

Internet connection was rather bad with slow speed and very frequently disconnecting and having to reconnect again. Would have been nice to have slippers provided in the room. Water bottles fill up was never provided. Parking costs should have normally been included in the stay (you have to pay 16 additional euros per day).

It was in a perfect location… minutes from beach in one direction and minutes from Old Town in the other . Surrounded by great restaurants, bars , shops etc . The hotel was beautifully clean and well appointed. The rooms had everything you would want and more … including an actual cold fridge!! Beds were comfy and the the shower was fantastic! The staff especially were amazingly helpful and friendly! Our room was ready early which never even happens when we go to five star hotels. In fact this hotel should have five stars … probably not allowed because it doesn’t have a spa which we would never use anyway! Thoroughly recommend!!

Nothing at all

Modern, fun hotel in central Marbella, perfectly located for exploring the beach and Old Town. Staff were super friendly, room was clean and modern in style with great amenities, including a big comfy bed and great bathroom with a large shower. Rooftop pool with sun loungers etc was a cool addition.

Price was a bit higher than I'd expect and, given the high price, it would be great if the poolside bar could be open during the day to serve drinks and iced coffees etc. It did mean that if you wanted a soft drink, coffee, beer/wine or similar by the pool you had to leave the hotel to buy from a shop before coming back.

The location was really nice, 2 min from the beach, close to old town, restaurants. It was really clean. I was working and must say that WIFI on the 4th floor was good. It has a nice terrace with a swimming pool.

A hair dryer was the one mounted to the wall which is not really comfortable. Would be nicer to have a different hair dryer. I booked the Interior Double room which does not have a terrace but windows look into a courtyard. It was really nice and quiet, however it was a bit dark and windows were looking into the other room. Next time I think I would book a room with a terrace.

The room was very nice and the roof top bar and pool was a very nice bonus.

One very minor thing! There was a very floral smell as soon as you entered the hallways and in the room the first time we went in. maybe an air freshener or something like that?? It affected my husband’s breathing. I left a note for the cleaners asking that nothing be sprayed in the room and we never got the smell again in the room - only the hallways. We were very much appreciative of that.
