Everything was perfect, except the thing I wrote about the Spa center.

The spa center’s facilites were a bit old like + I don’t know why they charge it extra and daily, it should be included in the price when making the booking like at most places, but everything else was perfect!

Exceptional service they up graded us from a junior suite to the next level of the category . excellent quality of care with great and very reliable & very friendly staff . Tasty food and excellent atmosphere at all the restaurants .

Breakfast was a lovely setting with a wide range of choices. Great value. The rooms were clean, spacious and beds were very comfortable. The dining options were excellent, along with the opportunity to relax by the adults only pool.

The hotel didn't call us to let us know our room was ready, even though they said they would (we checked in at 12.30pm, just after noon). Then, we went to chase this up at 16.30pm (check in is 3pm), and it took a long time for them to take us to our rooms. A minor snag in an otherwise brilliant stay.

We recently celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary and 15 years together at this wonderful hotel, and it was an experience to remember. The entire staff is exceptionally friendly and genuine, making guests feel right at home. Everything is always taken care of, and you can truly relax knowing that you're in good hands. The rooms, facilities, and the entire property are stunning and impeccably maintained daily. Every restaurant within the resort comes highly recommended, so much so that you really don't need to leave the premises. However, if you do venture out, you can count on the top-notch concierge, CALA. He assisted us with restaurant reservations and even helped locate my husband's sunglasses, which he had misplaced. The whole hotel staff was on the lookout, and we were regularly updated on the search progress. Special mention goes to Manuel, the sommelier at the Grill. He always found the perfect wine for us. All in all, it was a beautiful, relaxing time, and we will definitely return. Thank you for everything.

10 points are not enough to acknowledge the beauty and enjoyability of this hotel. After a generous renovation, every detail presents class and luxury: Cosy furnishing, stylish equipment, subtle music, native touches, a flourishing park, exquisite restaurants and numerous facilities for workout or relaxation. The staff reflects an amiable philosophy, doing everything to make guests feel comfortable without any constriction. Outside seatings from breakfast until dinner are geniously supported even on colder or cloudy days, gently neglecting the risk of a sudden shower or chilly winds. The grand dame rocks again and is back on our top ten list in Europe.

Lovely place, very nice restaurants and pool. The food is delicious and the atmosphere is wonderful. Incredible for people watching.

Cockroaches in our room. We were staying for one night. It was a date night while living in Sotogrande for the summer. I booked the room that was available it was £2,300 and the room was reasonably small and then the family of cockroaches that came out in the evening made us really quite uneasy. We had to remove them so we could sleep.

The yoga and wellness activities available are a great addition to a wonderful resort.

This property inspires and creates a sense of true relaxation where you are able to fully recharge. From the grounds to the beach to the food to the amazing cocktails and live music at Rudi’s, this resort has something for everyone and is top tier. Make sure to unwind in the spa! perfecto!

Our first visit, absolutely amazing hotel, polite helpful staff, really liked the dinner menu in the Grill restaurant, not so keen on the dinner menu in El Patio, although lunch menu was more acceptable to our food diet. Breakfast was unbelievably good, an amazing food selection, best we have ever seen at any hotel. Our room was very nice, clean and well luxurious. We visited in January so not best time to use outside pool, Beach Club was understandably closed, but looked fantastic.

Booked junior suite and we were given what they advertise as a deluxe room on their website. When we queried this we were told that our room was a junior suite. The photos of the room we booked as per our confirmation email was definitely a junior suite. Not happed to be downgraded at the cost of same.

Security very weak. Anybody can walk in unchecked to hotel.
