We spent 10 days at the property it was really lovely. The apartment was spacious and fully equipped with all the necessary utilities. The views of the mountain and sea from the balcony were fabulous. Our towels were changed every day and beds once. There is a large Carrefour across the road. A few minutes walk to the centre and 10 minutes to the Old Town the property is centrally located to everything. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Ona Marbella Inn for all the above reasons and I felt it was good value for money. If you have a car there is a car park called PayLess it's €10 for 24 hours by far the cheapest it's just 5 minutes from Ona.

Great location and good value for money. The lady who runs the breakfast area in the morning was lovely. Very happy and helpful and went above and beyond to provide gluten free bread for one of our party and hot soy milk for coffee for another due to allergies / intolerance. She is a credit to the hotel. Also the lady that cleaned the room every day was very cheerful and did a great job

The only thing that could be improved on would be better security in terms of making sure guests respect other guests peace and quiet. Every night at around 11pm and then in the early hours we had very noisy guests on our floor playing loud music and shouting and banging doors etc. would be nice if the hotel enforced a little respect for other people staying in the hotel who are not up all night partying.

Good sized room (double/twin room). Mini fridge in the room. Extra bedding, good size storage options in the rooms. Close to the beach (less than 10 min walk), restaurants, shops and other amenities. On the edge of the Old town. Every room has a balcony (city view). Hotel breakfast available. (classic, old school hotel breakfast). Luggage storage available. Rooftop pool. (visited in Feb so I didn’t use it.)

Little variety in breakfast options - ok for a long weekend but could become boring for a week. Check price differences between option with/without a breakfast and decide if it’s worth the extra fee.

The Ona is a great choice for those who want to have an enjoyable stay in Marbella. We chose it last minute because we wanted an easy distance to travel to the bus station early when we had to leave. The location is really good for not just the bus station, its a 1 minute walk to the main high street in Marbella town and close by is the busy beach area which has hundreds of restaurants and shops to choose from. You can easily walk an hour along the beautiful coast line to Puerto Banus or just stay in the town area which has plenty to see and do. The hotel itself is a classic hotel with focus on relaxing vibes, the lifts are quick and work well, and the room itself was large and comfortable. I cannot find any fault in the service or facilities. The staff even helped us get a cab in the morning to the bus station, and it was all effortless. I completely recommend this hotel for anyone wishing to enjoy their stay in marbella and have a fuss free holiday!

This was our 2nd stay at The Ona Marbella Inn. We love the location of this hotel and how welcoming it always is. We had a lovely room on the 6th floor with a view towards the sea through the buildings, the room was spotless and comfortable with everything you could need in the little kitchen area. The hotel has a pool on the roof which is perfect for cooling down and relaxing. In the morning we had breakfast and all staff we friendly and welcoming. We didn’t need to check out until 12pm on our departure day, and when we did Ruben at reception was extremely helpful in helping us put our bags somewhere safe for later in the day. We were sad to leave, but we will be back!

We found a free parking 3 minutes away. The beach is at walking distance. The accommodation gives the possibility to store the luggage before the check in time. There is a small swimming pool on the rooftop. In the room there is a fridge. In the breakfast area there is enough choice.

The price of the parking directly offered by the accommodation is slightly high. The door of the room toilet is programmed not to close (not the best, unless you travel with your partner). The swimming pool area, like the breakfast one, could be managed better.

Spacious apartment, modernly renovated, all the staff during our stay was very welcoming and helpful, very close to a big supermarket, close to old town, and to bus station which we used daily to get to some of the nicer beaches in puerto romano. Outside of an isolated night with noise from other guests on the hallway, the other nights were quiet and slept very well. Seems good value for money in Marbella.

The underground parking while nice that there was one, was small and a bit tricky to get into at corners. It's more of an inconvenience if you use the car daily like we did, and there is the option of spending 7 eur extra a day at a nearby big parking garage. Seems limited but we did not have an issue finding a free space.

Very nice hotel for a short stay in Marbella. Good location close to the city center and the beach. Our room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good, not a lot of options, but fresh and tasty. They have private parking, but you can park on the street nearby as well. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Value for money is excellent. Overall, we would recommend Ona Marbella Inn.

The mattresses and pillows leave much to be desired.

We were staying at the 'studio' room and we loved everything about it. The view was really nice, the pool was open, the studio was spacious. The bathroom, living area, bedrooms and kitchen - there was everything we needed and asked for. The breakfast was not extraordinary but good, the staff was very very friendly. Definitely one of the best places to stay at in Marbella considering the price and the quality.

When we arrived, we had a bit of a problem finding the parking. However, we found a free one only 5 minutes away by foot. Also, even though we were contacted by an 'assistant' offering her recommendations and help, we did not receive any recommendations when we asked for it (about restaurants or spa). However, it was nothing major.

The location was very central to the shops and restaurants,the beach, old town marbella, the pool located on the rooftop was ideal to cool down and take in the views, the staff couldn't be nicer or more obliging

The pull out sofa bed was very uncomfortable. Perhaps a brush could be added to the apartments for easy clean ups of spillages ( we travelled with a child), sun loungers were a bit dated, having said all this we wouldn't rule out a return trip to Ona Marbella Inn.
