Pros Very central. Almost opposite cathedral and easy walking distance to all major sights of interest. Rooms comfortable and reasonable size, ours looked over a building. Clean, generally well serviced. Frosted glass partition between bathroom and bedroom has a blind but ours didn’t move. Lobby spacious. Breakfast good selection and from 7.00 to 11.00. Food intolerance well catered for. If you get the opportunity then dine in the restaurant. The 37 euro dinner is amazing, beautifully presented, attentive staff.

Not sure how anyone with mobility issue gets down to breakfast as you need to use a flight of stairs. Lift stops at ground floor and breakfast is one floor below. I would ask before booking.

We parked in the remote car park which was very good and excellent service from the attendants. The hotel was lovely, clean and welcoming. The room was average size but adequate, very clean and all the necessary items in it. The bar restaurant downstairs was excellent with friendly staff and great food for snack or dinner. Breakfast was good with everything you need. Great location and if in Murcia again we will book this hotel.

As a city centre hotel, facilities are limited and the fitness room was closed. But overall for the price, probably one of best you could book.

The location was most important to us. We were close to the cathedral, so there was a lot to do within walking distance of the hotel. We visited at the beginning of Holy Week (Semana Santa) and were also able to watch processions in the immediate area. Tapas bars and local shops were exciting. Bar and Restaurant staff were friendly, and even the individuals trying to sell items were kind and considerate.

Like any big city, driving in Murcia is challenging, and free parking is difficult to find. Fortunately, the hotel had affiliated parking within close proximity. The parking staff were as exceptional as hotel staff, making the price and availability a positive highlight during our stay.

Staff was welcoming and nice. They even offered me a free beer in their bar (which I did not use! I do not drink beer!) Room was spacious and bathroom huge! I do not know where that was coincidence but on the wall there was a big picture of Pisces sign, which in fact is my zodiac sign. All good, thanks!

Everything was great! The only thing is that the guests above were dragging chairs or table or something in the morning which was waking me up on the weekend days. I'd suggest the hotel to stick special felt cushions on the bottom of the legs of their furniture so other are not bothered. Overall everything was wonderful!

Fantastic location our room had view of tower on the cathedral. Staff very helpful and friendly . Good size room clean linen ,comfy bed . Staff provided a kettle to enable me to make a hot drink. Added bonus free drink and a tapas provided via voucher on check in . Would definitely go back .

One day there was maintanance ongoing with drills all day , hospitality staff were a bit loud early mornings when cleaning rooms. Very noisey guests above us dragging furniture across floor late at night . Reported to reception who said they would sort . Sadly didnt make a difference .

Excellent hotel with exceptional staff. Everyone was lovely. The hotel is spotless clean and the location is excellent. Our only issue was the aircon in our room wasn't working but we also didn't inform the staff until we were leaving, so not a hotel problem as I'm sure they would have fixed it for us, we just didn't want to bother them. The staff couldn't do enough for us, they booked taxis and recommended places for us to visit etc. We would definitely recommend the hotel and would stay here again

Nice hotel in the Murcia historic center close to all main city attractions. Comfortable and good sized bed. Clever designed bathroom with all facilities. Good quality breakfast and friendly staff. There is a very good quality restaurant in the hotel.

There was a cigarette smell in the room. The rooms are not really soundproofed (as stated) and can get noisy depending on the neighbours. Some wallpapers in the room are starting to peel. The keycards stopped working before requested checkout time.

We liked everything, staff was very nice and helpful, room clean and amenities good, very nice big bed with comfy mattress, bathroom well equipped. Locationg was perfect, very central, lots of shops, bars and restaurants nearby.

Upon arriving by car, it was a bit difficult to park the car whilst checking in (we had to park on the pavement). We paid 19,50 € extra for the underground parking, wich is only 2 minutes walk away.

We liked that they provided big towels and bigger size (XL) bathrobes. The hotel is hidden away, but it is a 2-minute walk away from the cathedral and the main walking street. The sound insulation for the windows was amazing - there was a disco happening under our window and we could not hear it (unless the window was open). Very nice range of options for breakfast, including options for lactose-intolerant and celiacs. We had a high-quality mattress, and the bed in itself was very big. The room had really good air conditioning. The bathroom had a nice hairdryer, as well as a 2-in-1 shampoo and conditioner.

The bed was on wheels, which made it very uncomfortable, as there was no way to fixate the wheels in place. The options for the view were mountain view or city view: what we got was more of an alley view with a disco below our window that had flashing lights and not much else. The control panel for the air conditioning was running low on power, so we needed to take the batteries out and hit them together a few times for the control panel to work.

The bed was too firm for me but great for my husband. The pillows as always in Spanish hotels were not supportive of your neck. However the room was very clean and bed was king-size. Location of the hotel is perfect. Close to the bull ring and a short distance to the major shopping area. We have stayed here before & will definitely be back.

Better pillows, more neck support. Otherwise everything is perfect
