Very quiet, relaxing. Rooms lovely and comfortable. Beds really comfortable.

Really need some cushions on the sunbeds round the pool. Also perhaps a few more beds, people were lying in the grass and ran out of sunbeds. Need to come up with an idea that your room card is like a credit card for all your room expenses, then there is no mix up. Really hard to sign your name on the screens.

Facilities are great, clean and nicely situated. Food was good with plenty of choice. Most of the staff were very friendly and obliging.

The price of dinner was €35 not €25 as stated on booking.com. They need to change the music playing in the hotel and around the pool, terrible cover versions on a continuous loop. Had one member of staff in the restaurant who was extremely rude and obnoxious.

Breakfast was fantastic. Lots of choices and variety. Fresh fruit, eggs, yogurt, pastries, cooked meats. Entertainment at night was suited to the guests. The staff were friendly and helpful. One waitress in particular in the breakfast room was friendly and upbeat.

The pool boys didn’t have a lot to do but could’ve perhaps cleaned around the pool area and the circular seating area.

Breakfast was very good, nice selections of cereals, fruits, eggs, meats etc. The salad bar in the evening had a good selection. Staff were very attentive & friendly, very keen to please. The spa and massage was incredible.

The evening meal Buffett was a little limited for the 35€ charge. Coffee machine at breakfast was very slow

The hotel was very clean and quiet. The pool area was very nice too.

The only 2 things were the cost of the car park we thought was alot of money especially when its part of the hotel, 19€ a day is on the pricey side. The bar staff were very slow at serving drinks at the rooftop bar.

All the staff were very friendly. Lovely clean rooms, very nice decor, comfy big bed. Great choice of food for breakfast. At least 3 pools. Grounds picturesque. Really couldn't fault it, would definitely stay again.

We were aware it would be around 20 minutes taxi to levante beach benidorm, but only cost 17euros.

Perhaps the staff could be more informative. I booked the trip for myself and partner and I don't feel the staff gave much information. I asked and booked the spa and was told there was no charge unless I booked a treatment. However when I took my partner down for a birthday treat I signed a piece of paper agreeing to 40 euros and once I signed continued inside and found the Turkish Bath to be out of use(the one thing I wanted to use) and the lady never told us before entering to give us the choice to accept or not.

The staff are lovely especially Sara the receptionist she made us feel so welcome went above an beyond to help us, the whole hotel is beautiful clean and modern our room was lovely also huge balcony kitchenette very comfy bed, we loved the b heaven roof terrace an pool spend most days there in all we loved everything about the hotel

Only issue I would say is you probably need to rent a car to get about as it’s quite secluded but worth it for the peace and the views

Breakfast was correct, room was clean. Staff was nice and helpful. The main concern was the pool restaurant, no experienced waiters, normal food quality, they switched the ice-cream sauce. I can not recommend this restaurant but there is no other available un the hotel. In general is a 3-4 stars hotel amenities. Not valued the money we paid

very comfortable beds, very clean, fabulous pool and immaculate gardens. The staff accommodated us at the Barceló La Nucia Hills hotel whilst the Palms hotel was closed until June. They helped move us back to the Palms when my brother arrived in June and put us in rooms next to each other for which I’m most grateful

we stayed at the very start of the season so evening dining options were limited.
