Room, location, and continental breakfast are all good. No complaints on these fronts. Discounted parking in car park, provided by the hotel is only short walk away and was reasonable. Make sure you get the underground car park address, as advised by the hotel, and park up first. Otherwise, you will go around the houses finding the place. It's only 2 minutes from the hotel. Keep the carpark entry ticket and the discount ticket provided by the hotel as you need both to exit the carpark.

Excellent location in city centre a few minutes walk from old town plus Gascona restaurant area. Large bedroom with comfortable beds, plenty of storage space and electric sockets. Room was quiet despite busy street outside. Bathroom was excellent with shower, bath and bidet. Breakfast for additional 6 euros per person had reasonable choice of cereal, cake, bread, cheese, ham etc. Staff very pleasant. The hotel offers a discounted parking fee of 11.5 euros per 24 hours in a nearby car park. However, negotiating the one way systems and pedestrianised streets by car proved very difficult so was unable to locate it. Ended up parking in a car park further away (Jovellanes near Gascona) which was much easier to drive to. 15 euros per 24 hours. Still only a few minutes walk to the hotel from there without much luggage

Thin walled rooms so we could hear a noisy dog in adjacent room. Not the hotel's fault but you will need a good sat nav or prior knowledge of the city to get to the hotel by car

One of the few May hotels in Oviedo that has not raised its daily rate to greed levels. The staff is sparse but very friendly though obviously overworked. Attractive room, wood panelling, tho a bit retro... in other words it was up to date maybe early sixties. Really nice art work. Room clean and comfortable. Good bed.

The breakfast was lacking in choice. The coffee was not good at all. Worst I've had in a while.The hotel needs a bit of an upgrade. The lobby could use new furniture which wouldn't cost much actually. The elevator only allows one person. The TV remote was held together with tape. In other words the place needs some modest money invested in what was obviously once top class place.

Reception and accommodation provided by staff was great...spoke enough English to make my broken Spanish more than good enough to get checked in and settled. Room was reasonably small, but call it cozy, and more than sufficient to provide enough space for a single traveler to get settled and be comfortable for my stay, as I wasn't planning on spending a great deal of time in the room, anyway. Location is phenomenal...right in the middle of the central city, so you have easy walking distance to almost anything, but on a reasonably quiet stretch with an open plaza right across the street that is a nice place to sit and have a coffee in the morning.

While the bathroom was on the small side of small, it still works out...however, the water pressure in the shower left a little something to be desired. I think I was on the fourth floor, so that could have been part of the issue, and I think one morning I had to wait until fewer showers were being used in the building to get enough pressure going to get my shower in.

Very good breakfast, room a bit small but city centre site very good although difficult to get to on arrival but once know way around it’s fine. Good parking across the road left car there for full four days and charge not out of the way.

A modern hotel, with the facilities one expects in such an establishment. A good-sized room, with, desk, chair and a large and comfortable bed. An ample breakfast and helpful and obliging staff.

The hotel's hot water supply was usually an asset, but the plug in the basin did not fit, making shaving a lengthy operation and wasting a lot of water. On the morning of my departure the water did not run hot at all, so I left unshaven!

The layout of the room was odd. The toilet was in a closet sized room all by itself while the sink and shower were right next to it in their own small room. The room for the toilet was very cramped for a tall person; I'm 6ft 2inches tall and when sitting on the toilet my knees were touching the opposite wall.

Everything about the hotel was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good, but most important: the room was quiet and with excellent climate control, so I slept very well. The room was also very big, with a desk and chair to work on, the bed was very good, the bathroom was great with a shower, a toilet, a sink, and even a bidet.

The only problem was that two days before my arrival the hotel started sending me e-mail and text messages in Spanish about that I should pay in advance (via some fishy webpage where I could leave my credit card details). Just don't do that! The booking is guaranteed via booking.com, where I left my credit card details so that in case I wouldn't show up it would be fully charged; and this was actually pretty stressful: I was already on my way to Oviedo but not sure anymore there would be a room foor me when I would arrive at the hotel.

Central location but very quiet. Friendly staff. Decent breakfast included in room rate. Pet welcome with VIP treatment, see picture. We travelled by car and an underground parking is available across the road, with discounted rate for hotel resident, which can be further reduced using an app.

If you arrive by car, the underground parking lot is in front of the hotel on the other side of the road. The hotel has a bonus card for this. Phillippe at the reception desk was a kind person with a positive attitude.

The previous hotel guest had smoked in the room. It's not the hotel's fault, it's the guest's fault, but the hotel could have ventilated the room.
