All the staff are wonderful, from the front of house, breakfast and cleaning staff. They always try their best to accommodate every request. The location is perfect, the bed is comfortable and the breakfast is delicious.

We love this hotel, however, the WiFi is poor, we have stayed in 3 different rooms now and the signal is always intermittent. It is impossible to stream a film. Even when doing a simple Google search sometimes the signal drops out and we have to wait 10 minutes to reconnect.

The hotel is well situated in the middle of Oviedo and right on a street full of restaurants/sidrerias where we enjoyed having lunch. The room was very spacious, beds were comfortable and we appreciated having windows that one could open to refreshen up. We enjoyed the breakfast offering, having some local food and the standard buffet. The staff at the breakfast room were incredibly nice.

Arriving at the property was a bit confusing as google maps doesn’t show the hotel as accessible by car but only for pedestrians. This is not the hotel’s fault but I would suggest them to ask guests how they are arriving beforehand to ensure there is no confusion and stress around the parking. The hotel is placed in a street of restaurants so it is a bit noisy until 23h or midnight, it was not a big deal for us but for families with children it can be a problem, specially if you are on a lower floor. The parking of the hotel is quite small so forget about it if you have a big car; to access it you need to take a car-lift and the space down there is quite tight. The price however is fair.

We had a family room which had two bedroom each with their own bathrooms. Property is in a pedestrian street, it was easy to access by car and to load/unload the bags. The highlight for us was the front office staff who were very friendly and helped us discover Oviedo. The property is a short walk away from the old town and there was a laundromat opposite from the property.

Good location close enough to bars/resturants. Room large with confortable bed. Nice and quiet at night as room not overlooking the street.Air Conditioning very good. Secure, undercover garage parking.

Having to pay same parking price as car especially as car next to our motorbike parked half way into our bay. Breakfast very average at best for a 4* hotel. Cooked food was cold.

I LIKED THE LOCATION BECAUSE IT WAS VERY CENTRAL. THE STAFF WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND APPROACHABLE. THE ROOM WAS IMPECCABLE AND THE BREAKFAST WAS JUST WONDERFUL, CATERING FOR ALL TASTES.

ONLY THE FIRST NIGHT I HEARD NOISES WHICH WORRIED ME, BUT NEXT DAY I TOLD THIS TO RECEPTION AND THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO HELP ME IF THIS CONTINUED, BUT I AM GLAD IT STOPPED AND I STAYED IN THIS HOTEL FOR MANY NIGHTS.

The room was sparkling clean. The shower pressure was excellent and the bed was comfortable. The staff was professional and helpful. The hotel is located nearby the cidrerías in the middle of a very diverse restaurants with excellent gastronomy. I definitely recommend this hotel and I will go back to Oviedo in the future.

Very helpful reception staff, particularly the lady on evening duty who found a kettle for me to make some herbal tea. Great location for exploring the old town.

Difficult to find if you’re driving. The sat nav and Google maps didn’t recognise the street. Breakfast was a bit disappointing, especially the overcooked scrambled eggs!

It was situated in a lovely area, close to bars, cidrerias and restaurants. It was close to everything.

Position was great, near Sidre Street and cathedral. Room spacious, overlooking street, could be noisy at night, but didn't bother us.

Parking was a little tight, so be aware if you have a larger car or not a confident driver. Two parking garages, one accessed by driving into a lift.

Location was good. Staff was super friendly and helpful. No issues with room at all.

Car access was a little wonky - if arriving in afternoon / evening you’re basically driving across what feels like a closed pedestrianized street, with tables / chairs / etc. But that’s just the way it is - not the hotels fault, and certainly no big deal in the grand scheme of things. Oh - if you to park there, you’re in for a trip!
