The chef let the hotel down trying to carve the pork leg with a chopping knife 😩😫😝all it needs is a carving fork and carving knife so professional Then chef again never seen this in my life takes big piece of beef out of fridge and then cuts pieces (steak)off no seasoning and put on BBQ didn't try pork and chicken don't think they were seasoned either pre prepare the beef for steak earlier and season well

Lovely smells throughout the hotel. The attention to detail within the hotel was amazing, they have really taken the time to focus on customer experience and satisfaction, which you can tell. We were greeted at almost 12 midnight with smiles from the reception staff, who helped us get to our room and explained how things worked. Pools were warm and clean, and were mostly quiet. Adults only aspect was very appreciated after a noisy flight over due to children.

One of the lifts was broken so it was a bit annoying at times going up and back down for guests. Star prestige extras weren’t explained very well, and we were a bit confused as to what we were allowed, and where we could go. Soft drinks were free on the top floor lounge, but had to be paid for on the lower levels, which didn’t make sense to me at all. Room service food was a bit bland, and expensive for what it was, and took over 30 minutes and another phone call to arrive.

The staff were amazing and very accommodating with our requests. Food was exceptional too. Thank you so much for the Birthday dessert and gift from Gloria in House keeping.

Room was a little strange, I was staying with my friend so having an open plan bathroom felt a little strange as we had to accommodate each others privacy when using the shower. Location - outside hotel was rowdy with chanting from groups but am pleased to say it does not disturb you at night time the hotel is very quiet.

Very clean, lovely breakfast area with plenty to choose from & beautifully presented. Staff are very friendly & helpful throughout the hotel. Pool is kept spotlessly clean. Nice sun loungers with towels provided. Fabulous Japanese restaurant on the rooftop terrace with lovely view. Not cheap but worth a visit. We had a room overlooking the pool which was lovely.

Unfortunately the area outside of the hotel isn’t great. Very noisy, rowdy & drunken Germans. I travelled with my 23 year old daughter & we were quite disappointed at how bad it was. People describe it as the “German Magaluf”. We did, however, still manage to find a few lovely places to eat where, once inside, we could’ve been anywhere. Also we found our air conditioning to be fairly inadequate in our room, but it wasn’t a huge problem.

Beautiful hotel, extremely clean and very modern. We booked a sea view suite which had stunning views. It came with a good size hot tub also. We went all inclusive which was definitely worth it. On Mondays & Thursdays they had a BBQ/Tapas by the pool which was incredible. Chef Vane & hostess/waitress Katy were exceptional. Highly recommend!

Great hotel rooms, staff are excellent. Japanese restaurant was amazing views and meal.

Pool area is a strange layout and could be much better. Not the hotel's fault but the location is surrounded by party goers and does require a taxi to a quieter side of playa del palma for a meal.

Clean and well designed hotel room with good shower and ensuite facilities. Great choice at breakfast, food was very nice. Pool was clean and well maintained and bar service was good. Staff were friendly and attentive.

Taxi transfer could be offered from Palma to the Hotel. Buffet selection should discount teenagers - we both ate very little compared to other guests and it would have been great if this was recognised.

The staff and facilities within the resort are excellent. We spent the majority of four days at the resort without really having to leave, with plenty to do to keep us entertained and relaxed. Drinks provided on arrival (perhaps only those on all inclusive), an excellent check in overview and maps. Food and drinks were all very good, plenty of selection and good variety throughout our stay. Rooftop bar has a fantastic view, great spot to watch the sunset. The spa and massage is fantastic and they had a bonus massage provided free of charge when we booked one.

There wasn’t much that could be improved. An iron and ironing board was not in the room but when requested was provided free of charge, would be better to have by default. The food on the room service is not included in all inclusive which is a bit misleading.

What a fantastic hotel! The Staff is perfect! Esther, Bartek and Jennifer You are great! Food is incredibile. I felt always like special guest here. Location perfect. 7 floor bar and terrace with stunning view is perfect. Rooms are clean and big enough. Swimming pool etc. Very good. Close to the Beach. What More You need to be happy?

Well worth upgrading to "Star prestige" with its own access to adults only area on rooftop with rooftop pool and sun beds. Also separat breakfast area. Good gym. Great breakfast. Very friendly and professional staff. Very clean and upscale hotel. Excellent value for money if you like paying for 5 star hotels.

Playa del Palma is crowded with party people. Restaurants, bars and beach clubs are far from modern standards. If your are looking for upscale beaches and beach clubs, Playa del Palma is not the place to go. But very easy to get a taxi and head for Palma (which is fantastic).
