Good location, comfy bed, great food and friendly hotel staff

Very friendly staff, spacious rooms, lovely pool and within a short walk to a beach.

Very noisy! Clubs and pubs were nearby and the loud music went on until midnight so difficult to sleep.

We were near by everywhere we wanted to go

We loves the outside pool area.

There were A lot of noice from the nearby german bar.

The receptionist Jose was very friendly and took his time to show us what’s worth to see in Mallorca. And also the breakfast is a 10/10!

The hotel was very clean and situated 5 minutes walk from the beach. Rooms were spacious and staff were very nice.

If you are going for a relaxing break away, this hotel is not for you. The rest of the guests are there to party and are noisy constantly. Banging on doors, running up and down corridors, talking, laughing & partying in the corridors at all hours during the night. We had 1 full nights sleep out of 4 due to the noise. Other observations were there was only 1 plug socket behind the bed and one behind the TV. No bin in the room, just a small pedal bin in the bathroom. Also, if you book bed and breakfast, they give you a small piece of paper which you have to take with you each day or you won’t be allowed in the restaurant. Annoying if you are on the 5th floor and forget to take it. I’f you are going to rely on a taxi to take you anywhere (specifically the airport), book way in advance. When we checked out we ordered a taxi to the airport with reception and waiting just over an hour. Not the hotels fault, but worth thinking about.

The room had a stuffy smell. The Television (TV) was not a smart TV. Couldn’t watch anything upon arrival. We had to leave the next morning. We couldn’t wait to leave this place. The hotel didn’t look as seen on the website. We asked if the bedsheets could be changed due to being itchy but we were given the sheets to do it ourselves We paid for the room with breakfast included. No information was given to us regarding breakfast. We missed it in the morning and asked if we could get something small to eat. It was a long process before they decided to refund us the breakfast money.

Nothing really.

The noise (all day long). No hot water in the shower. Balcony door (and window) does not open. The room is smelly. Bed is not comfortable for a 170 euro hotel.

Our room was directly above the beer f garden next door. What a loud mess
