I was there in December. This should be a decent 3-star hotel. As everybody say - it's clean, it is very close to the sea and the beach. A direct bus can take you from the airport to the hotel. If you wish to come by car, there are plenty of parking spaces near the hotel (IN DECEMBER!!!)

The breakfast and dinner buffet offer diverse choice of dishes. However, as is quite clear for this price, this is not a fine dining offer. Generally speaking, in my evaluation of this hotel, I dind't want to decrease its rating, but my problem with this hotel is that if you are not a german seeking for a german environment on Mallorca, then in my opinion you should seek something different. Everything is set for Germans from fluent german-speaking reception (constantly switching from english to german) to inviting musicians singing for the germans at night. A gasthaus (restaurant) for germans with bavarian music is just round the corner. In my opinion I would prefer a more international environment when choosing vacation in Spain.

Having traveled in November, we got an unbeatable deal that included breakfast and dinner. The buffet was amazing, so many choices and different options to choose from every day. The staff was very nice and helpful, we were able to check in earlier. The location is perfect, under a minute to walk to the beach and Balerman 6 and many other food/drink places. The bus stop is just on the corner and a bus to the airport runs every 30 minutes for EUR5 (cash only) and bus to the Palma centre runs every 10 mins for EUR2. The beach and sea was clean and just about warm enough for swimming in the mid of Nov. The hotel has an outdoor pool that still had clean, relatively warm water.

To my surprise, there were very limited toiletries in the bathroom, just a soap bar and shower gel, no shampoo or conditioner. There were no drinks included with the dinner, not even water. Only drip coffee available at breakfast.

I loved the hotel. The location was beautiful and convenient. There's a long promenade for a walk by the beach. There's a bus stop 1 minute from the property and gives a quick and convenient access to Palma city. The food at the hotel was really good quality and was diverse every day.

The only thing I didn't like was that there was no water at dinner as part of the included meals. The water was taxed separately and I think that is an inconvenient approach. I think if that is improved this would be a really perfect hotel and service.

Our recent stay at Hotel Riu Concordia was absolutely wonderful! First off, the location couldn’t be more convenient. It’s super easy to reach from the airport—just hop on the A2 bus, and the stop is right down the street. Exploring Palma is a breeze too, with the 25 bus taking you straight to the iconic La Seu Cathedral in the old city. The beach is just a short walk away, and the area is packed with great restaurants, car rental spots, and anything else you might need for your trip. The cleanliness! Our room was spotless, spacious, and came with a balcony, giving us a direct view of the beach from the balcony. Another highlight was the dinner buffet. This was our first time trying a half-board service at a hotel, and we’re so glad we did. The buffet offered a wide variety of options every evening, from local dishes to fresh seafood and vegetarian-friendly choices. To top it off, the hotel hosts two themed dinner nights each week, adding an extra layer of excitement to the experience. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The hotel also has great amenities like a bar, a pool and well-maintained common areas, making it a relaxing place to return to after a day of exploring.

Have birthday trip to Palma and stayed in Riu Concordia for 4 nights. Great location - beach just 2 min walking. Airport shuttle and city bus stop just at the corner of the hotel. 25 min to the Airport. Room was spacious, very clean, with balcony (+nice sunny view). Comfy beds. Friendly and helpful staff - they give you advice how to commute to city center, change money (to feel comfortable using city bus). Very good breakfast - variety of cheese, ham, pastry, hot meal, sweets, fruits! And thank you for the birthday present! :) That was super nice!

Location of this hotel is superb: 2 minutes from the beach and A2 bust stop in from of the hotel. Staff were very helpful and with a great attitude towards guests both working at the reception and the restaurant or lobby bar. High quality food for breakfast and dinner.

Smell on level -1, lack of a kettle in rooms (lobby bar can provide hot water on request but a kettle would be much more convenient). The idea of a very bright light connected to a motion sensor that blinds you at night hours is weird. A dim light I saw in several hotels would be much useful and not so disturbing. A switch that can turn the light off would also do the job.

Very good value for money. Normally not the kind of place where I usually stay, but great for my last night in Mallorca. Very friendly reception and staff (like anywhere in Mallorca). Large and very clean rooms. Great breakfast and supper buffet. Huge choice with vegatarian options. Was shocked to hear some Germans were complaining and being rude to the hardworking waiters about one food item not available... Get a life...

Nothing really. There is probably a lot of food waste after those gigantic buffets with unlimited choice Probably not a good choice in summer months if you look for a quiet vacation, but ok in winter months

The hotel is fantastic. The rooms are spacious and impeccably clean. They attend to many details that make for a delightful experience. The staff are exceptionally friendly and pleasant. The beds are extra-large and extremely comfortable. Additionally, the hotel offers everything one might need. The hotel is situated in a prime location, just a few steps from the beautiful beach, and is well-connected to other parts of the island. You can reach any destination on the island within an hour by car.

Breakfast was disappointing. While there are many options, only a few met our expectations. The choices remain the same every morning, with nothing new or exciting to try. The options are quite ordinary, not particularly special or tasty. Additionally, there's no variety in the coffee selection—only black Americano is available.

A lovely welcome by Patricia, swift checkin. I arrived about midday and wasn't expecting to be able to go into my room straightaway, but it was ready and so i did have immediate access. Location was very good, few minutes walk to the beach, bus stop and supermarket were so close too. Pool was clean and a nice temperature. Great selectiom for breakfast, lots to choose from. Friendly staff

Nothing really but if I had to say something I found the pillows too chunky, but that is down to my taste, I could have asked if they had smaller but I didn't

Location was 2 min from the bus stop Balneari 8 i think was the buss stop and 5 min from the beach we had a bar and pool at the hotel with heated temperatture of 20 degres , 3 minutes away from the bigest pub Bamboleo excelent beers coctails and food very safe with lots of other food optins on the same street

i had a 3 night holiday and i did not had enough time to visit all the atractions and it was so cold for water atractions next time for sure i will stay more
