The room was amazing, with a huuuuge bathroom. Of course, you've seen the pool pictures, but it's even more amazing in person. There are actually two pools, and since they’re in the yard, it stays super warm there even when it’s windy outside. The sunshine would warm us up, and we could just lay on the tanning beds feeling suuuper cozy. The staff deserves an extra shout out for being super helpful and nice. I don’t know if anyone else can relate, but there was a sparkling water machine in the bar/coffee area, so I had access to unlimited sparkly water, yay :D free and nice coffee every morning too. The breakfast is made to order, which is really nice. The room was cleaned every day and so nicely, honestly the whole staff is super talented and seems to really enjoy what they do. In general, the hotel is in the historical center of Alcúdia, and it feels extra special to stay there. If I ever come back to Mallorca, I wouldn’t stay anywhere else honestly. And a small but very important thing - I accidentally left my necklace in a bathrobe, and they found it! They’re even posting it back to me. Just amazing service, I feel so lucky. 🧷 tip for pro hikers - visit the Platja des Coll Baix, hard to get to, but so worth it

The location was perfect! It was super close to everything in the old town and was lovely to step out into beautiful streets. The free parking very close by was a huge bonus too! The staff were brilliant and the pool was always free and quiet when we wanted to use it. I loved the addition of a honesty bar meaning you could completely relax with a glass of wine by the pool.

Not much to add here! Maybe the breakfast was a little expensive and so we ended up finding something cheap and lovely close by.

Staff are super friendly and it may be an all-woman-employed hotel (I could be wrong). Clean, quiet, and super close to the center of the town, a yoga/healthy breakfast place right next to the hotel. I recommended it to other travelers who want to stay close to restaurants and stores.

The only downside around the area is that if you don't ask the hotel to call a taxi or just take a bus nearby, it is rather difficult to find a cab. Uber/Lyft seem available in the area but impossible to get a ride usually so it might be best to have a taxi driver's contact info to get around( if you travel far)

The Property is situated within the old town hall f Alcúdia and it is 5 minutes from every amenity. The staff were great and very accommodating, they suggested places to eat and drink according to our preferences as well as activities to do that avoided being involved with local scams etc. The property has two amazing pools with hot tub features which is exactly what you need to get out of the sun.

There were no negatives to this stay, however if required to add improvements I would improve the ease of the a/c unit and its interface as well as the capacity around pool areas.

This was the most beautiful stay in hotel that we ever had. Everything was wonderful. The hotel is in central location in the center of old town Alcudia, yet it is quiet. A peaceful oasis in the heart of the city. Room was nicely furnished, bed was comfortable,the shower was spacious. We had room with a terrace, we saw the church tower from it, i recommend this room. Water, coffee, tea are avaible at the hotel at any time you want. It’s self service so you can get your coffee whenever you want. The hotel has two buildings right next to each other and each has a hot tub. Both have a unique atmosphere. The hotel offers breakfast,it was very tasty from quality ingredients. Keep in mind this is a boutique hotel,no mass hotel breakfast. Breakfast is a treat here in this beautiful dining room. Staff was very kind and helpful. They gave us all the information we needed, they arranged a boat trip for us,they accommondated us 3 hours before check in.

There’s nothing to not like, felt very welcomed the moment I stepped in. Staff were super friendly, warm, polite and gave good recommendations on restaurants and beach locations. Excellent service all around plus very comfortable rooms. You would appreciate their good air conditioning after a walk out in the heat. A great shower after a day in the sea. One of the best boutique hotels I’ve stayed in. Thanks for everything team!

The hotel is very tastefully decorated marrying local stone and glass and has an exceptional relaxation spot next to the Roman-style water bassine that adds to the exceptionally calm atmosphere that this place conveys! A true hidden gem in the health of Alcùdia! The hotel also offers massage services in a unique location like inside a cave, which is totally worth it after a very hot day visiting the surroundings!

The water temperature was cold during one night of our stay.

We loved our stay from beginning to end. Buffet breakfast was lovely - something different every day and you could order eggs or pancakes if you wanted. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The plunge pool was wonderful and although we didn't use the honesty bar, it was a great option to have. There is a wee water dispenser in the bar that we used every day - it dispensed ice cold water, which was brilliant. The location is perfect for exploring Alcudia and the surrounding area.

Very beautiful hotel, quite secluded and smart. very good tea coffee facilities housed in a very spacious kitchen area. also there was a spa and other areas to sit and relax in.

I thought the room was a bit small with no view. A part of the hotel was opposite and the window needed a modesty blind/curtains for day time.

Location is great in the old town of Alcúdia. There are many restaurants nearby. It was very clean, our room was cleaned every day. Staff was very friendly, they recommended us where to go and what is worth visiting in the area.

The only thing I didn’t like was there was no dryer for the clothes anywhere. This was our beach holiday and it was a bit inconvenient we didn’t have a dryer to put our wet swimming suits.
