The stay was nice , it is a really unique place. There are many possibilities to go trekking. The staff was very friendly. The room is simple, but nice. I liked it.

The communication with the owner via email was not good. There are very strict rules - you may not sit at the tables or enter the kitchen from 7.30 till 10 30 (or 11.30) during the breakfast time., if you haven't booked a breakfast And there is no table in the room. And The tables in the corridor were empty. To my question if I at least use the table , he would not answer. He said nobody has complained before. But all guests with whom i spoke found the rules too strict. The people are on vacation and want to relax and not to get up before 7.30 to get to the refrigerator. You could put one into the corridor for this case. I found it not guest friendly.

The location of the hotel is wonderful! The interior of the hotel is beautiful and original. I loved the raw style of the hotel which reminds guests it used to be a monastery. Truely wonderful. I would like to be back!

I missed information how can I book breakfast after arrival. I did not notice a paper card in reception stating that I need to put my name if I would like to have breakfast. I think it would be great if such info is provided by email once the hotel is booked.

The location, the peace , the tranquility, the wonderful building, the history , the friendly staff, the fabulous continental breakfast, the individual uniqueness of the single room. A different kind of stay - one that I thoroughly enjoyed.

Not much at all. The checking in machine is a bit daunting. I tried to follow the Spanish directions but in the end I had to give up and switch to English. I'd read a few reviews before I came and one said to bring your own water, drinks and snacks as there is nowhere anywhere near to buy them. There is a small bar in the hotel grounds but it wasn't open very often.

The location on top of the mountain with a view over the bay of Pollenca was fantastic. Driving up the narrow road to the old church provides instant relief and peacefulness. Parking is easy, walking around the building is charming, nice park benches and a great view. I ordered a vegetarian breakfast the night before and it was fabulous. Not too much, some regional fruits and some cheese for the bread and the croissant plus an orange juice and a tea. Like-minded, calm people you could talk to and they even offered some of their food in the community kitchen area. The small, minimalistic room was fine for me, as well. Getting around with a car was easy. A few minutes to Alcudia beach and Pollenca beach and also to Formentor it's only about 30 minutes.

The shower was really small and since it's an old building without AC and small windows, the moisture is hard to get out of the room. So rather high humidity in the room.

Nice, helpful staff. Location is remote and a bit isolated from everything…which I like. Idyllic location overlooking the sea.Stunning scenery and views.

The computerized automated check- in machine was a bit wonky, but finally got it to work.Seemed to glitch on a two number 5s in a row .Maybe it was me. Would like a kettle for hot water as kitchen is off limits between 8-11 unless you order the breakfast. I still love the place!

A historic building in a fabulous location, breakfast was good and the staff that came in to serve it were friendly. This is a very unique place to stay, with no other hotels near by which is exactly what we love, right on trail system with a walkable beach.

I am never a fan of the auto-check in. We had trouble with the machine accepting our child's passport but likely not a lot of kids stay here. The owner was responsive but I would prefer to have a human to deal with. I think if you arrive before a certain time, you can deal with a human. Fortunately some very nice Mallorcans helped us.

The little "castle" is beautiful and creates a very convenient atmosphere, I think. The view is great from the rooms all the way on the top of the building. There are no evelvators, but we didn't need them. Checkin was easy, there are lots of parking opportunities. The drive from Alcudia to the castle is around 10 minutes by car along serpentines.

The beds are single beds which were placed next to each other. Unforunately, the moved around a long and weren't fixed together, meaning the split in the middle was a bit annoying. The small bathrooms are sufficient, but there's no ventialtion from the bathroom directly outside - instead there's a window which opens into the room and the room has windows. It was okay for us, but would have been nicer, if they were built a little different. With regards to the price - it's fine :)

The ATM check in machine! Very difficult to use! Key pads needed so much pressure to actually input anything. (that said the 24 hour access for check in very welcome!) As expected a tiny toilet room and a separate free standing shower cubicle in the bedroom. All ok with us but I'm not sure would be to everyones liking!

The area of this place is amazing - high, quiet and picturesque, away from the hustle and bustle of tourists. Beautiful sunset view, nearest lovely restaurant. The hotel resembles a castle inside. The kitchen is fully equipped. Room with bathroom, hairdryer, clean and tidy. A very convenient check out check in system. Safe access to the code.

a unique location surrounded by nature, bays and amazing views ! it was so calm and lean back vibe up there. U reach a nice bay within 800meters to enjoy without any tourists for diving. Or u can reach up hill to enjoy amazing hikes and incredible views. If u are looking for something special to calm down and relax or being active in nature - this is the place to go !

the room we stayed in was very small and hot, there is a fan , but we didn’t trust it , cause it’s spinning above the bed and looks not kinda scary. The room felt a bis humid and it was hard to dry any clothes
